American Thinker: Conservatives must be honest with themselves
The conservative movement lost its way when it stopped questioning its own ideas and principles. The grand conservative movement of Ronald Reagan became a power-grab by lost men, resulting in the party becoming irrelevant. The first principle is that government should be controlled by the Rule of Law, not control the citizens. Every citizen has certain rights that come from divine decree. Both sides of the political spectrum have forgotten this principle and burden the individual with more laws, regulations, and taxation. The idea of Republicanism is that the individual decides what they want within the confines of the law. Our nation was formed as a constitutional republic and it's time to ask the hard questions and demand the right answers.

Forbes: Good Housing Policy Still Depends On Human Not Artificial Intelligence
AI won't save us or come up with better decisions. It's just a tool that's as good as the data and programming behind it. It can help analyze housing demand, assess creditworthiness, and improve transportation accessibility, but it's not offering groundbreaking insights. In the end, human experts like Christian Haas are more reliable in making housing and mobility decisions.

National Review: Flawed Fossil-Fuel ‘Subsidy’ Math
Global subsidies for fossil fuels reached $7 trillion in 2022, according to a working paper by economists. However, the paper is not peer-reviewed and does not represent the official views of the IMF. The authors conflate subsidies with externalities and fail to consider the benefits of fossil fuels, as well as explicit subsidies for renewables. The paper recommends a regressive carbon tax, neglecting the vast differences in energy needs between emerging and developed economies.
National Review: Bidenomics Beats Up America’s Farmers
Biden's new regulation on the H-2A visa program is causing problems for farmers as wages for seasonal agricultural workers skyrocket. The rule forces farmers to miscategorize employees and pay inflated wages, leading to financial losses and potential farm closures. Congress should pass the Farm Operations Support Act to reverse this rule and protect the H-2A program.

American Thinker: The COVID-19 Iron Curtain
Despite the lies and fear-mongering from the medical/pharma/government autocracy, a significant sector of the population continues to believe in their propaganda. The Federalist: Creative NFL Coaches Can Make Running Backs Great Again
Fall marks the beginning of football season with the NFL resuming action. Speculation has centered around the diminishing value of running backs in pro football, leading to contract disputes between players and management. The league's preference for passing has caused teams to invest less in the running back position, opting for cheaper rookie deals instead. Running backs have formed a collective to challenge the status quo and shake up the league.
