GB News: Palestine Action: Four people charged after £7m of damage caused at RAF Brize Norton
Four individuals have been charged in connection with £7 million worth of damage to two Voyager aircraft at RAF Brize Norton. The accused, aged 22 to 36, face charges of conspiracy related to entering a prohibited area and committing criminal damage. The incident involved the turbines being sprayed with red paint.
The activist group Palestine Action has claimed responsibility for the vandalism. Following the incident, UK MPs voted to classify the group as a terrorist organization, which would criminalize membership and support under the Terrorism Act. Security Minister Dan Jarvis condemned the group's actions as crossing the line from protest to terrorism.
