Blackpool Pleasure Beach has unveiled a CGI preview of its upcoming pendulum ride, Aviktas, which will be the tallest in the UK at 138 feet. Set to open in 2026, the £8.72 million attraction promises an exhilarating experience with dramatic swings and outward-facing seating, enhancing the thrill.
The ride will be located next to the Big One roller coaster, transforming the seaside park's skyline. CEO Amanda Thompson emphasized the ride's colossal scale and its significance for the park and the industry. Clearance work for the ride's construction has already been completed.
