Police are searching for 66-year-old Christopher Spelman, a sex offender who failed to comply with registration requirements. Last seen at Bournemouth railway station on July 4, he is believed to be living in a tent and traveling through transport hubs and campsites.
Lancashire Police have urged the public to report any immediate sightings by calling 999 or to provide previous sighting information via email. Spelman was released from jail in July and has not registered an address with authorities.
