The Blaze: Elon Musk says young kids who believe in Santa cannot grasp the idea of 'gender'
Elon Musk tweeted that young kids who still believe in Santa Claus cannot understand the concept of gender. He previously shared a meme about a pregnant woman asking a doctor if her child is a boy or girl, and the doctor responding that the kindergarten teacher will decide. Musk has also voiced his opposition to gender-transition measures on children, saying that he will lobby to criminalize such actions on kids who are not of the age of consent.
Musk has also weighed in on former President Donald Trump's indictment, saying that there seems to be more interest in pursuing Trump compared to other politicians and that the justice system must apply the law equally to maintain public trust. He emphasized that differential pursuit of justice weakens public faith in the system.
Flag And Cross: It's Not Just Trump They're After: 45 Says Deep State 'Thugs' Just Indicted Someone Close to Him
Former President Trump's ex-aide Walt Nauta has been charged with six criminal counts relating to the mishandling of classified documents. Nauta was seen as a key witness in the DOJ's investigation into the 45th president and had previously served as Trump's military valet while he was in the White House. Trump responded to the news by calling the DOJ "corrupt." The charges against Nauta are punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
The Right Scoop: Ben Shapiro weighs in on Trump indictment
Ben Shapiro calls Trump's alleged actions, as described in the indictment, "nuts" and "ridiculous" but also points out the double standard in prosecuting Trump while clearing Hillary Clinton of similar charges.
Selective prosecution, as demonstrated in the different treatment of Trump and Clinton, may be grounds for dismissing the case against Trump. Photos of Trump's document storage were released, but he responded by posting a photo of the boxes on the sidewalk, claiming he has nothing to hide.
Red State: Turley Reveals How Dem Efforts to Take Down Trump May Come Back to Bite Biden
George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley found the Trump indictment "extremely damning" but noted that every indictment falls apart to some extent when you see all the evidence. Turley also raised the possibility of retroactively impeaching Biden for past crimes while Vice President, as the Democrats created the precedent. Turley noted that the efforts to get Trump could end up coming back and biting Biden. The Democrats have turned the system into a banana republic, and as long as they are in power, the rule of law will be perverted. The only way for change to happen is for Republicans to win in 2024.
Forbes: Democratic Leaders Break Silence On Trump Indictment—But Biden Stays Mum
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries have made a joint statement following the indictment of former President Donald Trump, encouraging his supporters and critics alike to let the case proceed peacefully without political interference. President Joe Biden has declined to comment on the indictment to protect the integrity of the Department of Justice's processes and the rule of law. The indictment includes 37 federal felony charges for mishandling classified documents, making Trump the first former president in US history to face federal charges.

The Federalist Papers: Popular 'Call of Duty' Player Skin Removed After Real-World Inspiration Admits 'Real Problem' with LGBT Agenda
Video game "Call of Duty" removed a Nickmercs "operator bundle" from its store after he tweeted that "they should leave little children alone" in response to a protest at a California school board meeting, where parents were objecting to the use of LGBT propaganda in education. The tweet was seen as objectionable by "Call of Duty's" publisher, Activision, which is celebrating Pride month. The game, which includes a level where players shoot unarmed and innocent civilians in an airport, often gets an M rating suitable for mature audiences, yet is played by children.
Breitbart: Gay Group Slams Dem Gov. as 'Pervert' for Opening Women's Spaces to Men
Gays Against Groomers called Governor Katie Hobbs a “pervert” for vetoing a bill that would have prevented men from sharing bathrooms and locker rooms with young girls. Hobbs' veto is part of the elite-backed progressive campaign to forcibly diversify Americans’ view of male-and-female sex and is getting top-level support from the federal government. As celebrities, television shows, media outlets, and left-wing activists continue to hype transgenderism, more young people are identifying as non-binary. Biological males have been invading women’s spaces, participating in their beauty pageants, competing in their sporting events.

Breitbart: 4,000+ Congregations Split from Pro-LGBTQ+ United Methodist Church
Thousands of United Methodist Church congregations left this year over the church’s acceptance of LGBTQ+ ideology. The Wesleyan Covenant Association, a leader in the "disaffiliation" movement, reports that over 4,800 Methodist churches have broken away from the UMC so far this year, with 60 congregations leaving in Michigan and 250 in Kentucky last weekend alone. The disaffiliated churches are choosing to join the more theologically conservative Global Methodist Church, which was founded in 2022 and consists of around 2,500 congregations. The infighting began in earnest in 2019, when the General Conference of the UMC debated promoting homosexuality, but the UMC still “steered the church toward the left on key social issues such as LGBTQ+ ideology”. The UMC website reportedly suggests that the rules on LGBTQ+ issues may change in the future.

The Federalist Papers: Democrats in California Senate Advance Controversial Bill Making It Far Easier to Shoplift
The California Senate has passed a bill that would prohibit store employees from confronting suspected shoplifters. SB 553 aims to protect employees from harm by requiring employers to maintain violent incident logs and provide active shooter training. However, opponents argue that the bill could encourage more theft and potentially allow criminals to exploit businesses across all industries. The debate surrounding whether to prioritize employee safety or deter theft is now in the hands of the state Assembly committees.

Officials from Coconino County Emergency Management shared images of cars strewn over the tracks, including white vans falling out of a train car and an upside-down truck crushed beneath another train car.
