Trump Suggests That FBI Planted Classified Material Into Evidence They Took During Raid
Former President Donald Trump has responded to his federal indictment for retaining national defense information, obstruction of investigation, and lying to investigators by suggesting that federal agents “stuffed” classified material into evidence. He claimed that his lawyers were not allowed to be present during the raid of his property, Mar-a-Lago, last year. Special Counsel Jack Smith confirmed that Trump will receive a speedy trial. The investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified material is ongoing, according to Trump.

The Epoch Times: Judiciary Committee Says 'Everything on Table' if DOJ Fails to Produce Docs on Mar-a-Lago Raid ‘Abnormalities’
Judiciary Committee Says 'Everything on Table' if DOJ Fails to Produce Docs on Mar-a-Lago Raid ‘Abnormalities’
The House Judiciary Committee is demanding DOJ documents related to the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, which involved "unusual features" and "abnormalities." FBI official Steven D'Antuono raised concerns during a testimony about the raid, including the decision to assign it to the Washington Field Office instead of Miami, the lack of a U.S. attorney assigned to the case, and the exclusion of Trump's lawyer. The Judiciary Committee is prepared to subpoena for the documents if they aren't produced.

D'Antuono also indicated a belief that either Attorney General Garland or FBI Director Wray decided to seek a search warrant, despite opposition from line agents working the case. Additionally, no U.S. Attorney was assigned to the case despite it being standard FBI operating procedure, and Jay Bratt, who leads the DOJ's counterintelligence division, functioned as the lead prosecutor. Jordan alleged that Bratt was the same department lawyer who improperly pressured a lawyer representing an employee of Trump. The committee is demanding all documents and communications referring to the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Top Biden Appointee Admits She Lied Under Oath
Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm admits to lying under oath to Congress about owning individual stocks. Granholm divested from stocks, but still owned shares in six separate companies. Granholm tried to cover up her lie by quietly divesting, and only admitted to it when she feared being caught. Regardless of whether she should be charged with false testimony, Granholm should resign due to ethical issues, including profiting from sales of Proterra stock. The lack of accountability within the Biden administration continues to be a problem.

Trump called the Justice Department Special Counsel Jack Smith a "deranged lunatic," a "Trump Hater" and a psycho who shouldn't be involved in any case having to do with 'Justice'. Trump is expected to plead at a hearing in Miami on Tuesday, and his aide, Walt Nauta, was also indicted for allegedly moving documents in an effort to hide them from investigators.
