The Epoch Times: Johnston Cuts Ties with Firm Contracted for Special Rapporteur PR Work: Report
David Johnston, special rapporteur on foreign election interference, cut ties with crisis communications firm Navigator after learning they also worked with Independent MP Han Dong, who resigned in March over allegations of liaising with Beijing regarding the detainment of Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor. Dong denied the claims and in April launched a $15m defamation suit against Global News. Despite the ISR defending its contracting of Navigator for the investigation, all federal opposition parties questioned the rapporteur's tenure and relationship with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The incident itself highlights the ongoing politics of the alleged Chinese influence in Canada.
The Epoch Times: Pediatrician's Letter Questioning COVID-19 Vaccine for Children Was Sent to Disinformation Unit
A UK pediatrician linked to HART, a group of doctors and scientists concerned about COVID-19 policies, was reported to the government's disinformation unit for questioning the safety and ethics of vaccinating children. The group sent a letter to top scientists in January 2021 noting "disturbing language" used by teaching union leaders to encourage children to accept COVID-19 vaccines. The NHS began administering the vaccine to British children aged 12-15 in September 2021. Jones believes her letter was sent to the Counter Disinformation Unit by the Department of Health and Social Care. The unit was active during the pandemic, but the Rapid Response Unit disbanded in August 2022.
The British Army's information warfare machine, the 77th, passed tweets from British citizens to the Cabinet Office regarding COVID-19 at the start of the pandemic. Headmaster Mike Fairclough also discovered the government disinformation unit surveilled his social media posts related to questioning the effects of lockdown and masking and the mRNA vaccine rollout. A government spokesman said the units used publicly available data, including social media, to assess disinformation trends and narratives and did not target individuals or impact anyone's ability to freely discuss and debate issues.
The Epoch Times: Russiagate: The Scandal That Became Business as Usual
Russiagate is far from over as it has become a form of governing in which Washington punishes its enemies, protects its friends, and interferes with elections with impunity. The machinations involve the Democratic Party, the FBI, CIA, and major news outlets to advance the conspiracy theory that Donald Trump teamed up with Vladimir Putin to steal the 2016 election. The major culprits, including Joe Biden, former President Obama, and Hillary Clinton, however, have not been held to account, and are even employed by leading media organizations.
Forbes: Trump Lawyers Suddenly Resign After Indictment—Latest Shakeup To Legal Team: Here’s The Timeline Of Changes
Two attorneys representing former President Donald Trump in DOJ's probe into his handling of classified documents abruptly quit, less than a day after Trump was indicted on seven criminal charges. No reason was provided for their departure other than to call it a "logical moment" to leave Trump's legal team. Trump announced the indictment in a Truth Social post Thursday night, setting the stage for a hearing in U.S. District Court in Miami on Tuesday, where he's reported to face judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump-appointed judge. The former president appears to face charges including obstruction and willfully retaining national defense secrets, as well as conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Fox News: Trump could face decades in prison if convicted on all federal charges
Former President Trump faces 37 federal charges for crimes including national defense information retention, obstruction of justice, false statements, and document withholding. Special Counsel Jack Smith emphasized the "gravity" of the charges but noted that the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Each count carries a maximum prison sentence and/or fine, up to the discretion of the presiding judge. Trump has pled not guilty and is ordered to appear in federal court.
Fox News: Biden repeats false claim son Beau died in Iraq, incorrectly states he ran for president while vice president
President Biden falsely claimed that his son Beau died while serving in the Iraq War and incorrectly stated that he ran for president while serving as vice president under Barack Obama. Beau actually died from glioblastoma in 2015 after serving a tour in Iraq from 2008 to 2009. Biden has made similar false claims in the past.
Biden's additional claim that he ran for president while serving as vice president is also inaccurate, as he only ran for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2007 and did not run again until the 2020 presidential primaries.
Red State: Special Counsel Gaslights, Completely Ignores DOJ Malfeasance and Double Standards in Statement on Trump Indictment
Special Counsel Jack Smith made a statement on Friday announcing that former President Donald Trump had been indicted by a grand jury in southern Florida. Smith emphasized the importance of protecting classified information and enforcing the law equally for everyone, but his statement was filled with gaslighting about the existence of "one set of laws" in the country. Critics pointed out the department's selective prosecution, including the failure to prosecute Hillary Clinton for storing classified national defense information on a private server and the allegations against Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.
Fox News: Former UK PM Boris Johnson steps down from Parliament, claims he was pushed out over 'Partygate' scandal
Boris Johnson resigns as Member of Parliament, citing mistreatment by a select committee and lack of evidence for misconduct in the "Partygate" scandal. He is critical of current Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and the Conservative Party's drop in popularity.
The Epoch Times: Defendant Seeks to Identify Jan. 6 Suspicious Actors, Government Informants at Capitol
A Texas man, Ryan Zink, indicted for Jan. 6 Capitol breach, has filed a motion to compel prosecutors to identify any suspect actors or informants who could have been responsible for the window vandalism he filmed. Zink stands accused of disorderly conduct, entering and remaining in a restricted building, and obstruction of an official proceeding. Zink says he’s being prosecuted for attempting to expose vandals. He’s seeking identities of “individuals suspected of being confidential government sources, undercover agents, or protected Antifa assets” through the motion. (, )
The Epoch Times: Law Professor: Trump Could 'Pardon Himself' if He Wins in 2024
Former President Donald Trump faces 37 felony charges for mishandling classified records, according to a federal indictment. George Washington University law professor, Jonathan Turley, said Trump could theoretically pardon himself if he were indicted. Turley also suggested that the forthcoming US presidential election could be considered a referendum on the case and its implications, and Trump could potentially run as a candidate who would “pardon himself.” Trump maintains his innocence and says the indictment is part of a longstanding witch hunt targeting him, and is meant to interfere with the 2024 election.
Spectator USA: Boris gives parting honor to hairdresser
Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has approved almost 40 honors and seven peerages, including one for his House of Commons hairdresser Kelly-Jo Dodge who is set to receive a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE). Johnson's political aides, Ross Kempsell and Charlotte Owen, will also become two of the youngest members of the House of Lords. The announcement has turned heads, as Dodge's honor is usually reserved for contributions to the arts, sciences, charity and public service outside the civil service.
The Babylon Bee: Trump Names Hunter Biden As His Running Mate So DOJ Will Stop Investigating Him
Former President Trump announces Hunter Biden as his running mate, causing all investigations against him to be halted by the Department of Justice. Bannon calls it a brilliant move and Trump celebrates the victory on his social media account. DOJ officials admit defeat, stating that their hands are tied.
The Epoch Times: Twenty Grim Realities Unearthed by Lockdowns
Lockdowns have brought about significant changes, twenty of which have been summarised. Lockdowns have resulted in suppression of human rights, censorship by Big Tech, influence and power of Big Pharma, Government propaganda by Big Media, and consolidation of industry. The administrative state, cowardice of intellectuals, pusillanimity of universities, madness of crowds, and lack of ideological conviction of both right and left have also been brought to light. The ruling class has shown sadism, massive class inequality, cravenness and corruption, an enabling power of central banking, limitations on travel, a tolerance for segregation, and a goal of a social credit system.
Forbes: Who Is Walt Nauta? Aide Indicted With Trump In Mar-A-Lago Documents Case
Former President Trump's longtime personal valet and faithful aide, Walt Nauta, has been indicted alongside Trump for the alleged mishandling of classified documents at Mar-A-Lago. Nauta served as a White House valet and followed Trump to his personal residence in Mar-A-Lago after he lost the 2020 election, according to media reports. The reason for Nauta's indictment is not yet clear. Trump has responded to the indictment by calling him a "strong, brave... Patriot" and accusing the Department of Justice of "trying to destroy his life."
The Federalist Papers: Hillary Spits in Our Faces, Openly Gloats About Getting Away With Worse than What Trump Was Charged With
Former President Trump faces federal charges related to classified documents, while Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, both Democrats, seem immune to consequences despite mishandling classified materials. This double standard raises questions about fairness and accountability in our justice system. Clinton's recent Twitter taunt about her infamous email scandal highlights the partisan privilege she enjoys. However, the ongoing disparity in our justice system where Democrats seem to receive preferential treatment should concern every American who values fairness and equal accountability.

The Blaze: Washington judge forces Christian-owned women's spa where nudity is compulsory to admit transvestites with intact male genitalia
A Washington court rules against a Korean spa, owned by Christians, that only admits nude biological women and transvestites who have had sex confirmation surgery, after a discrimination complaint by transvestic activist, Haven Wilvich. "Penises were verboten" but Wilvich claimed he was discriminated against on the basis of "sexual orientation." In response to Wilvich's victory, the spa owner, Myoon Woon Lee, expressed concerns for the safety of his female clients. The case has wider implications for women's-only spaces.
Washington Free Beacon: Inclusive Bigotry: Watch These Adorable Muslim Children Stomp All Over the LGBTQQIP2SAA+ Pride Flag
Muslim children stomped on LGBT Pride Flag at protest in Ottawa, Canada, while their families cheered. Woman wearing headscarf stated "Leave our kids alone!" Video posted on social media by Ben Kew. The situation challenges the intersectionality of two "oppressed" minorities and exposes liberals' inability to process conflicting ideologies. If Muslim children stomped on an American flag, it would be considered "Islamophobic." Remember the New York Times describing George Zimmerman in a nonsensical way in 2012. You're a bigot.
The New American: The Origins & Evolution of LGBTQ Tyranny in America - The New American
Journalist William F. Jasper and TNA TV host Paul Dragu discuss the LGBTQ movement's push for full approval and the forces that set its tyrannical machine in motion 100 years ago. They examine the destructiveness of non-heterosexual lifestyles, and question whether Western civilization can reclaim its virtuous values.
Daily Wire: California Bill Would Classify Not Affirming Child’s Transgenderism As ‘Child Abuse’
A California bill introduced by Assemblymember Lori Wilson and state Senator Scott Wiener would classify not affirming a child's gender identity as "child abuse." AB 957 rewrites family law and requires that a court considering the "best interests" of the child must consider affirmation of transgender identity. Organizations interacting with children, including schools, churches, and hospitals, would be required to affirm gender transitions in minors. The bill's vague language makes no distinctions regarding the age of the child, how long the child has identified as transgender, or the difference between affirming social transitions and sex-change treatments.

PJ Media: 'Where's the Money?' Laughing Biden Mocks Us Over His Bribery Scandal
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene accuses Joe Biden of taking a $5 million bribe to have a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma, a company where his son Hunter served on the board, fired. The New American: Ukraine Officially Unveils Counteroffensive Against Russia - The New American
Ukraine has officially launched a counteroffensive against Russian troops, involving a spectrum of actions, including offensive ones. The extent of Ukrainian progress in the initial stages of the counteroffensive remains uncertain, although Ukraine has already mobilized Leopard II tanks on the southeastern front. Both countries have made claims about the destruction of military supplies, but failed to offer evidence. The Ukrainian counteroffensive started several days ago after several noteworthy episodes, such as the shelling of the Nova Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, which caused major flooding on the banks of the Dnipro River, and the capture of the city of Bakhmut by Russian PMC Wagner Group mercenaries. Analysts contend that the military advancements in Ukraine’s eastern part would enable Kyiv to advance south toward the Sea of Azov and deprive the Russian mainland of Russia-controlled Crimea. Russia had been preparing for its own military retaliation, constructing an 800-km defensive line, including bunkers, trenches, and antitank ditches. Russia claims that Ukraine has already incurred significant losses in the initial days of the counteroffensive.

The Epoch Times: IN-DEPTH: Former Congresswoman Calls for Immediate Exit From the WHO
Former Minnesota congresswoman Michele Bachmann has called for an exit from the World Health Organization (WHO) as it seeks to gain more power over nations during times of public health emergencies. Bachmann attended the WHO’s 76th World Health Assembly in May, where national leaders discussed the draft of a pandemic treaty, with 307 proposed amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations. There was no vote taken on the amendments or bureau text. Bachmann questions the WHO’s authority to make final decisions without a discussion or vote. Furthermore, the WHO announced on 5 June that it would adopt the European Union’s digital COVID-19 vaccine passport system. The proposal was not discussed at the assembly, making Bachmann question how the WHO can make final decisions without discussion or a vote. Bachmann’s fear is that the WHO’s powers will cover “areas such as the environment, racism, poverty, and climate change” to which member states will be bound to regulate their “rights and obligations in handling public health events and emergencies that have the potential to cross borders”. She and others fear the proposed WHO treaty and accompanying amendments to international law would complete the transfer of individual nation-state sovereignty over health care decisions to the WHO.

The Epoch Times: Gun-Related Deaths Reached Record Levels in US in 2021: Report
Gun deaths in the US reached an all-time high of over 48,000 in 2021, an increase of 3,600 from the previous year. Over half of the deaths were due to suicide. Black people were 14 times more likely to be shot and firearm fatalities accounted for 51% of all deaths involving black teens aged 15-19. Shootings are becoming more lethal due to the increase in military-grade, higher velocity, higher lethality weapons, which have larger magazine capacities and the ability to fire bullets faster. Mass shootings have also escalated, with 162 already reported in 2023, coinciding with a rise in firearm sales to a record high in 2020 and remaining strong in 2021.

The American Mind: Day Trippers
Silicon Valley companies are turning to ketamine for "ketamine-assisted therapy" sessions to improve office vibes, even among high-level female executives. However, ketamine can be addictive and result in severe bladder failure, and most research shows that drugs impair the mind and do not help confront and find solutions to problems. Ketamine binges by top executives reveal a defect in modern feminism, as their reliance on drugs shows that they have abandoned foundational values and substituted them with leftist anti-values like groupthink. They only have themselves to blame for their paucity of ideas, and serious self-reflection or leaving California altogether may be the answer.
