Breitbart: Holder: Trump Wouldn't Have Been Charged if He Returned Material, Obstruction Was 'Tipping Point'
Former Attorney General Eric Holder commented on the reported indictment of former President Trump, stating that the case is based on obstruction. Holder argued that if Trump had returned the material from the Justice Department upon request, the case against him would not exist. However, given Trump's obstructive behavior, the case must be pursued to maintain a nation of laws.
Breitbart: Adam Kinzinger Celebrates Trump Indictment: 'Justice Is Being Served'
Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) celebrated the Department of Justice's indictment of former President Donald Trump, stating that justice is being served and that no one is above the law. Kinzinger has long been at odds with Trump and has called for his indictment in the past. Trump has announced on Truth Social that he has been indicted, but the details remain unknown at this time. The former president has reportedly been ordered to appear at the federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday for federal criminal proceedings against him.
The Epoch Times: 'Political Profit': Labor Under Fire on Higgins' Claims
Labor is accused of politically profiting from Brittany Higgins’ rape allegations. Text messages suggest Higgins strategized her story with Katy Gallagher when she was in opposition. The Liberal Party is demanding senior government members clarify what they knew and when, alleging senior Labor ministers weaponised a rape allegation. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese deemed this attack “bizarre.” The Federal Court of Australia heard that the phone records may have been an “orchestrated campaign'' to influence the defamation action against ABC, Network Ten, and Lisa Wilkinson. Senator Reynolds threatened to refer Higgins’ compensation payment to the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

Fox News: Meet the American who invented the shopping cart, Sylvan Goldman, Oklahoma supermarket mogul
Sylvan Goldman, the son of immigrant pioneers, invented the shopping cart in Oklahoma during the Great Depression and as the Great Plains were recovering from ecological disaster. His brilliantly simple idea was born in the midst of hardships. The shopping cart is the ultimate symbol of American bounty and the richness of consumer culture, revolutionizing merchandising and changing the face of America.
Goldman's shopping cart invention has been described by his biographer and others as the greatest development in the history of merchandising. Despite being met with initial resistance, it quickly became a huge success after some classic marketing magic and remains ubiquitous in American markets today. Goldman used his fortune to launch a vast business empire and donated large buildings, small statues, and major support to charitable causes, leaving a lasting legacy.

The Federalist: 'Across The Spider-Verse' Is Evidence Of Marvel's Serious Decline
“Across the Spider-Verse,” the anticipated sequel to the acclaimed “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” falls short of expectations. While Spider-Gwen provides some charm and freshness, the film overall is too long, shockingly dour, and lacks genuine resolution. The sequel reflects Marvel’s growing mediocrity as the MCU slides toward blandness, bizarre, and systemic decline. The cliffhanger approach falls flat with MCU creators writing through green-colored glasses and only thinking of money. The timeless charm of the original is lost in the sequel’s overt attempt at serialized storytelling. With Marvel’s trend of systematic decline, viewers may want fewer movies from them.

Flag And Cross: Bible Found Opened To Psalm 106 And 107 One Of Few Objects To Survive Deadliest Fire In US History
In 1871, a wildfire that began in Peshtigo, Wisconsin was overshadowed by the Great Chicago Fire which occurred on the same night and led to the destruction of 2,400 square miles of land. The Peshtigo fire ravaged the town and surrounding areas, leaving nothing in its path and killing 800 people. A charred Bible was recovered from the inferno, opened to Psalms 106 and 107. The fire was a result of slash-and-burn lumbering, construction from railroads, and daily use of flame, coupled with a long period of drought and fierce winds. The petrified Bible and other exhibits on display in the Peshtigo Fire Museum provide a haunting reminder of the tragedy.

The Federalist: School Suspends Christian Counselors After 'Misgendering' Claims
Three school counselors in Massachusetts have been placed on administrative leave following anonymous claims made by the Amherst-Pelham Regional High School student newspaper. The accusations reported allegations of anti-LGBTQ prayer and “misgendering” against adjustment counselor Hector Santos, guidance counselors Delinda Dykes, and Tania Cabrera of Amherst-Pelham Regional Middle School, triggering a Title IX investigation. In emailed statements to the Daily Hampshire Gazette, Dykes and Santos wrote that they “strive to treat every student with dignity and respect,” and both deny the allegations.
The trio’s lawyer, Ryan McLane, maintains that there has been no wrongdoing, and attributed the accusations to unfounded claims. The report in the student newspaper also suggested that Doreen Cunningham, Assistant Superintendent of Diversity, Equity, and Human Resources, had ignored claims made by parents. Cunningham was also put on administrative leave, and Superintendent Michael Morris took medical leave soon after, following a vote of no confidence from the Amherst teacher’s union.

Paul has been under investigation for several years and had one of his offices raided by the FBI in 2019.

Flag And Cross: Construction Project Unearths Unusual Burial Site Of Mastodons
Construction workers in Grand Rapids, Michigan, discovered the bones of a juvenile mastodon while digging a culvert. Science curator Cory Redman estimated the skeleton was 40-60% complete, but it could be more or less once fully analyzed by the archive research center. Mastodons were large animals that roamed mainly in the Midwest about 10,000-20,000 years ago. Curators will attempt to radiocarbon date the bones and, after analysis, the skeleton will be displayed in the museum. Michigan has more than 300 reported discoveries of mastodon remains.
