Breitbart: NYC Sues 30 Counties for Refusing to Accept Migrants: 'Xenophobic Bigotry'
New York City is suing 30 counties in New York state for their refusals to take in border crossers and illegal aliens. Mayor Eric Adams had attempted to transport them to surrounding counties but was blocked by two separate judges. The city’s homeless shelter system is currently housing more than 81,000 people and the weekly inflow of border crossers and illegal aliens entering the shelter system peaked at 5,600 last month. This lawsuit aims to end “xenophobic bigotry” and the belief that illegal immigration is straining public resources, hospital systems, infrastructure, and driving up housing prices. It is estimated that illegal immigration is costing New York City taxpayers $5 million per day and is predicted to cost over $4.2 billion over the next two years.
Breitbart: DHS IG: Biden Has Border Agents 'Providing Care, Welfare Services' to Illegal Aliens
DHS Inspector highlights concerns that border agents are not performing their law enforcement roles but are providing care and welfare services to the detained and individuals who are being processed and planned for release into US interior. DHS's catch and release priorities have resulted in agents being taken off their normal duties. Since February 2021 to mid-April 2023, about five million border crossers and illegal aliens have been welcomed to the US. Millions of them were released directly into American communities by DHS.

Townhall: We Are Jews Against Soros
Conservative activists have founded a new group called "Jews Against Soros" to criticize the influence of philanthropist and political donor George Soros. Co-founder Josh Hammer argues that criticisms of Soros are not inherently anti-Semitic, and that the "leftist influence" of his Open Society Foundations, coupled with his civic activism efforts, has caused damage across several continents. Soros has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to a range of causes, from education campaigns to political campaigns, and has also backed “Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions” boycotts of Israel. Hammer maintains that targeting Soros is legitimate, as his influence causes genuine damage to public safety.
Townhall: CNN's Mostly False Take on Biden's Stance on Abortion
CNN host Dana Bash falsely claimed Biden's position on Roe v. Wade during an interview with Mike Pence, but no one called her out on it. Biden was endorsed by Planned Parenthood in 2020, and the Democrat platform language was unequivocal: they believe every woman should have access to safe and legal abortions, and they oppose any federal or state laws creating barriers to reproductive health and rights. While in office, Biden endorsed the Women's Health Protection Act, which would have repealed state restrictions on abortion. When Republicans called it an "abortion until birth" bill, pro-Democrat fact-checkers claimed it was "mostly false."
