Breitbart: Texas Governor Orders Installation of Floating Border Barrier in Rio Grande
Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced the installation of a 1,000-foot-long floating barrier consisting of four-foot-wide buoys in the middle of Rio Grande near Eagle Pass, Texas. Abbott says it is part of a strategy that will proactively prevent illegal crossings by making it harder to cross the river and reach the Texas side of the southern border. The project is funded through legislation signed into law allocating $5.1 billion for enhanced border security measures in the state.

Fox News: SEAN HANNITY: There is a different set of standards for Trump and his supporters
Sean Hannity of Fox News compared Trump's indictment for mishandling classified documents to Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden's alleged mishandling investigated in the past. He argues that there seem to be two sets of laws: one for Democrats, Clinton, and Biden, and another for Trump supporters, conservatives, and the president himself. He suggests that while Democrats and Trump haters could easily be forgiven, the standard for conservative remains high.
Newsbusters: Amanpour Pushes Coons to Deride Republicans on Environmental Policy
PBS's Amanpour and Company discuss the Canadian wildfires and air pollution caused, whilst portraying Republicans as against a healthy environment. However, Democratic Senator Chris Coons tried to promote a bipartisan bill for a carbon border tax. Amanpour continued to express her dislike of those who do not agree with her views on the environment. They spoke about environmental policy that is bipartisan, yet Amanpour used this opportunity to express her anti-Republican bias, by saying they are the ones holding back progress.
The Epoch Times: Government to Take Over Renewables Planning in Australian State
The Victorian government has launched the Victorian Transmission Investment Framework, which will handle future planning and development of renewable energy transmission projects. Government body VicGrid will oversee the framework, including identifying new priority areas and publishing a new draft transmission plan for consultation. However, controversial transmission blueprints, including Australian Energy Market Operator's Victoria-to-New South Wales Interconnector West and Western Renewables Link, will remain under the operator's control, leading to concerns from farmers and landholders.
The Epoch Times: In-depth: Trump Indictment Unsealed, Breakdown of All 37 Felony Counts | Facts Matter
Former President Donald Trump is facing 37 criminal counts in the classified documents case, including gathering and transmitting defense information, obstruction of justice, and false statements. The maximum sentence for all counts is a potential 400 years in prison.
Forbes: Dershowitz Sees A Possible Smoking Gun In Trump Indictment
Alan Dershowitz initially believed Trump's indictment for illegally retaining classified government documents and obstructing justice was weak, but after reading the 49-page unsealed indictment, he acknowledges that at least one part is somewhat stronger than he had initially believed. The indictment cites a tape recording in which Trump allegedly brags about classified information in a document about Iran. If this recording proves that Trump engaged in illegal sharing of classified information, he could face the "Richard Nixon standard," which forced Nixon to resign after being confronted with proof that he had obstructed justice, paid bribes, and destroyed evidence. Republicans are now sweating quite a bit as a result of this revelation.
Red State: Kevin McCarthy Denounces How DOJ Treats Biden and Hillary, Says Trump Deserves 'Equal Justice'
Former President Donald Trump faces federal indictment by a Miami grand jury next week over alleged mishandling of classified documents. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) called it “a dark day” for the nation, tweeting that "Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades. I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump against this grave injustice." McCarthy heavily criticized the DOJ for applying a double standard when it came to Trump. He questioned how President Biden even had the possibility of a document from the Senate and called for federal prosecutors to apply equal justice of law.
Breitbart: Marsha Blackburn: Indictment of Trump, Not Clinton, Reveals 'Two Tiers of Justice'
Sen. Blackburn believes that the indictment of former President Trump and the lack of investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails reveal a two-tiered justice system. She points to Clinton's deletion of 30,000 emails and destruction of phones, and argues that President Biden is now being protected while Trump is being targeted. Meanwhile, Clinton mocks Trump by promoting her "But Her Emails" merchandise on social media. The phrase references Clinton's past email scandal and mishandling of classified information on a private server. Sen. Cruz calls Trump's indictment an "assault on democracy."

Breitbart: Sydney Morning Herald Apologizes for 195-Year-Old Coverage of Massacre
The Sydney Morning Herald has apologized for articles published in 1838 that defended colonists accused of the Myall Creek Massacre, in which at least 28 Aboriginal people were murdered. The paper campaigned for the 11 accused mass murderers to escape prosecution and opposed the death sentences eventually handed to seven of the men. The Myall Creek Massacre was the first and only time in Australia's history when colonists were arrested, charged, and prosecuted for the mass killing of Aboriginal people. The apology comes ahead of a planned referendum on constitutional recognition for Indigenous Australians, scheduled for later this year, to establish a parliamentary committee for their issues.
The Epoch Times: Southern California Hotel Workers Authorize a Strike That Would Be 'Largest Ever'
Hotel workers in Southern California have authorized a strike due to disagreements over pay and conditions, with a walkout possible from July 1st. The employees, represented by Unite Here Local 11, want a $10 hourly wage increase, affordable family healthcare, pension schemes, less extreme workloads and employers to focus on “safe and humane” working conditions. The contracts of the 15,000 workers the union represents are due to expire at the end of June. The industry-wide action, the largest ever by hotel workers, could threaten two major sporting events, the FIFA World Cup and Summer Olympics, scheduled for Los Angeles in 2026 and 2028 respectively.
The hotel industry has cut staffing levels and increased workloads, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, say the workers who also claim soaring rent costs make living in Los Angeles impossible on their current salaries. Contract talks between the union and hotel operators had recently collapsed, according to Kurt Petersen, co-president of Unite Here Local 11, who said the hotels had come back with a counterproposal which didn’t include what he called “any economic responses”. Lupe Pitones, a Westin Bonaventure hotel front desk worker recovering from a COVID-related liver transplant, said she and colleagues were fighting for health insurance that covers their families, adding: “We deserve more because prices are higher and we’re not getting enough hours. We’re hard workers and we will fight when it’s time to fight.”
