Hayes failed to mention that the facility would train all first responders in the area, not just police, and would increase the safety of the area. The spike in violent crime in 2020 might have been due to the pandemic, and violent crime is rapidly declining now, Hayes explained.

The Epoch Times: Study: Replacing Lost Bacteria Alleviates Long COVID
A study presented at the Digestive Disease Week conference in Chicago has suggested that a mixture of Bifidobacteria species in pill form could reduce symptoms associated with post-acute COVID-19 syndrome (PACS) or long COVID. After six months of treatment, the patients taking the pill had better improvement in symptoms of fatigue, memory loss, difficulty concentrating, digestive problems, and general unwellness than the control group. Bifidobacteria strains have been linked to immunity and are believed to have many health-promoting properties. Another study published in early 2022 used the same formula for 28 days on 25 hospitalized patients, speeding up antibody formation against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The study also reported a reduced nasopharyngeal viral load, reduced proinflammatory immune markers, and resolved gut dysbiosis. The study used control groups. Previously, Bifidobacteria were known to help reduce colds and influenza.

The current guidelines for climbers prohibit solo climbing, require that climbers have previously reached a peak at least 7,000 feet high and forbid those over 75, double amputees, and blind persons from climbing.

The New American: EPA Has No Authority to Implement Proposed ‘Green’ Power Plant Standards - The New American
Republican lawmakers and witnesses at a hearing this week warned that the EPA's proposed Green House Gas (GHG) standards for power plants will jeopardize Americans' access to affordable and reliable electricity. The requirements will limit the operation of coal-fired generators in 23 states and cause power plant operators to shut down nearly every coal-fired unit by 2030 or 2039. There are concerns that such regulations could also lead to insufficient operating reserves and unstable power grids across the nation. While some supporters of the EPA’s proposed standards argue that the impacts of the proposal are modest, others say the technology and policy changes needed to achieve a zero-emissions, high-energy planet at an affordable cost are not yet in place.
