Fox News: Another Venezuelan migrant charged in deadly Mexican detention center fire
Another Venezuelan migrant, identified as Carlos "C", has been charged by a federal judge in Mexico for his suspected role in the March blaze at a migrant detention center in Ciudad Juárez, which killed 40 people. Along with another migrant from Venezuela, Carlos "C" allegedly started the fire, which was the deadliest ever at a Mexican immigration facility. The incident sparked controversy and intense criticism about the treatment of migrants by both Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and American authorities who have pressured the Mexican government to ward off rising arrivals of people from across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Red State: Conservatives Go Ballistic Over Latest Trump Indictment, Call Into Question the Timing
Donald Trump has been indicted by the DOJ for alleged violations of the Espionage Act related to documents he took with him after leaving the White House. Conservatives are already reacting and wondering if the trial will take place before the primaries. Republicans must chart the surest path to victory in 2024 and voters should play chess, not checkers.
The timing of the indictment is being questioned as it comes after congressional members were briefed on allegations against Joe Biden. The current regime's corruption and lack of accountability is highlighted. The press is already lining up to defend the indictment. Republicans need to be ruthlessly strategic and vengeful to take back their power in the next election.
Breitbart: Donald Trump: 'I Have Been Indicted ... I Am An Innocent Man!'
Former President Trump announces federal indictment by DOJ prosecutors as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation of his handling of White House documents. Trump claims he was indicted over the Boxes Hoax, despite alleged evidence of numerous boxes of documents held by President Biden. Trump claims he is innocent and will appear in court Tuesday in Miami. The exact charges are unclear, marking the first time a former president or leading opposition candidate for the presidency has faced indictment.
Fox News: Trump allies link ex-president's indictment to FBI's Biden document: 'Radical Far Left will stop at nothing'
Congressional allies of Donald Trump suggest his indictment is a distraction from allegations that President Biden took bribes. They accused the Democrats of meddling in the 2024 election and using law enforcement agencies to prop up Biden's presidency. Trump had been summoned to appear before a Miami court over Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into handling of classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago. Republicans, including Rep. Elise Stefanik and Rep. Matt Gaetz, called the allegations against Trump the Boxes Hoax, an attempt to distract the American public from evidence of bribery received by the Biden family.
Fox News: $15.2B New Hampshire budget clears Legislature with rare bipartisan support
New Hampshire lawmakers pass $15.2 billion budget without need for a conference committee for first time since 1999. Governor Chris Sununu praised the budget and its bipartisan cooperation, tweeting a video of a man dancing. The previous Legislature session in 1999 was marked by bitterness, with lawmakers postponing action on almost 200 bills.
Washington Free Beacon: Trump Says 'Corrupt Biden Administration' Told Lawyers He Has Been Indicted
Former President Donald Trump claimed on social media that he has been indicted by the Biden administration over the "Boxes Hoax" and has been summoned to appear at the federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday. The details and evidence of the indictment have not been verified and Trump's attorneys did not respond to a request for comment. The U.S. Justice Department has been investigating whether Trump mishandled classified documents he retained after leaving the White House in 2021, with roughly 13,000 documents seized from his Mar-a-Lago estate, 100 of which were marked as classified.
The Federalist Papers: DeSantis Called Out for Dirty Campaign Move, Using Fake Images to Depict Trump Kissing Fauci
Conservative voices on social media are criticizing Ron DeSantis for using deepfakes to create an attack ad against Donald Trump, calling it a slimy and dishonest move. The ad highlights Trump's inability to handle Dr. Anthony Fauci and the COVID pandemic. While the core criticism of the ad remains true, the use of deepfake imagery generated by AI is a dangerous tactic that is being employed by both Team Trump and Team DeSantis. This controversy illustrates the potentially ugly nature of the GOP primary season and the need for Republicans to come together to defeat Democrats, rather than picking at and smearing each other.
The Blaze: 'I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!: Trump says he's been indicted, summoned to appear in federal courthouse next week
Former President Donald Trump has announced that he has been indicted on federal charges and summoned to appear in court on Tuesday. The charges reportedly stem from a probe into whether he violated the law by having documents marked "classified" at Mar-a-Lago and obstructed the government's efforts to obtain the records. Trump described the indictment as a "DARK DAY" for the nation and warned that the U.S. is "in serious and rapid Decline," before adding, "but together we will Make America Great Again!"
PJ Media: Biden Took $5 Million to Have Ukraine Prosecutor Fired, FBI Document Suggests
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene claims to have seen an FBI document that shows then-VP Joe Biden took $5 million to pressure a Ukrainian official to fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma Holdings, who had paid Hunter Biden $1 million per year from 2014-2019. Burisma's owner allegedly told an FBI source that he paid $5 million to each of the Bidens, and it was all bribery to get the prosecutor fired. MTG declared it was illegal and the investigation will continue.
The FBI document, attributed to a well-paid informant, is starting to look like a smoking gun. Joe Biden laughed and called it "malarkey" when asked about the allegations of him "selling out the country." Reps. MTG and Luna spoke to reporters, and MTG detailed how the Ukrainian businesses keep a paper trail of their bribes, adding it would "take 10 years" for Congress to discover the bribe. The investigation into the Bidens will continue.
Fox News: New Twitter Files claims FBI worked on behalf of Ukraine to censor accounts on Twitter: 'Block' these accounts
The FBI has been accused of working with Ukraine's intelligence agency to censor Twitter users including journalists, according to the latest Twitter Files. Aaron Maté of The Grayzone News reported that the FBI helped Ukraine to ban Twitter accounts and collect data. Twitter declined to censor journalists targeted by Ukraine, however a special agent from the FBI contacted a pair of Twitter executives in March 2022 on behalf of Ukraine’s intelligence agency, the SBU, sending them a list of 163 Twitter accounts. Among the accounts were also some of American and Canadian journalists.
The FBI has been increasingly under scrutiny, accused of seeking censorship of social media accounts to maintain the government's political narratives. Matt Taibbi reported on several Twitter Files, while Joseph Vazquez from MRC Free Speech America expressed concerns about the censorship and foreign influence. The latest scandal indicates that both government-sponsored censorship and foreign influence were at play and that the FBI was willing to pursue censorship on behalf of its leftist political interests.
The Epoch Times: Tim Scott Silences The View: His Life Counters Their Lies
Presidential candidate, Tim Scott appeared on 'The View' to showcase his story of hard work and success, proving that skin color and partisanship don't have to go hand in hand. Scott's conservative values are worthy of emulation and his existence crumbles the liberal narrative of identity politics and systemic racism.
The Epoch Times: Twitter Files: FBI Assisted Ukrainian Government's Effort to Censor Twitter Accounts, Including Journalists
The FBI assisted Ukrainian intelligence in requesting Twitter accounts be blocked due to suspicion of disseminating disinformation during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The SBU requested Twitter take urgent measures to block 163 accounts and provide user data. The list included accounts of journalists and media outlets, some of which have been flagged as spreading false information in the past. Several FBI officials were reportedly aware of the communication, but the bureau declined to comment.
National Review: The Corner: Trump Announces That He Has Been Indicted by Biden Administration Special Counsel

Spectator USA: Donald Trump: I have been indicted, again
Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by the Department of Justice on seven counts for taking classified documents while leaving the White House, according to a post on Truth Social. Fox News: New York lawmakers approve bill creating state reparations commission
New York lawmakers approve a bill to create a commission that would examine the extent to which the federal and state governments were complicit in slavery and address lingering economic, political, and educational disparities that Black people face in New York State . The nine-member commission will deliver a report one year after its first meeting, and its recommendations would be non-binding. The bill must be signed by the governor to become law.
This comes after California became the first state to create a reparations task force in 2020. In their report, the task force recommends a formal apology from the state on its legacy of racism and discriminatory policies and the creation of an agency to provide a wide range of services for Black residents. They did not recommend specific payment amounts for reparations .
Front Page Magazine: The Challenge of Communicating with Leftists
I used to be a leftist, but events and facts pushed me out. I now write essays on social media, trying to get my leftist friends to see why their arguments and philosophies can hurt innocent and relatively powerless victims. They conjure an imaginary enemy, while ignoring actual facts and real victims, and refuse to listen to what those they disagree with have to say. ( )
Red State: Reporter: This Is the Proposed Monologue That Got Tucker Fired From Fox
Fox News fired top-rated host Tucker Carlson in April in a surprising move, with the exact reason for his termination still unclear. However, journalist Emerald Robinson claims that an internal email suggests Carlson’s planned monologue about Ray Epps, a man who was filmed apparently egging on the crowd during the Jan. 6 riots, may have been the final straw. Carlson discussed how Epps encouraged protestors to break through police and breach a federal building, while wondering why Epps was not charged when he encouraged violence. Robinson opines that this was likely the reason that Carlson was fired.
National Review: The Corner: It Appears Mar-a-Lago Case Will Be Brought in Florida
Special Counsel Jack Smith is likely to bring the Mar-a-Lago probe of former President Donald Trump to Florida, where the key locations and important action occurred. Witnesses and evidence had been presented in Washington, D.C., but the recent use of a grand jury sitting in Miami indicates that the case will likely be brought in Florida to prevent a strong venue change motion from Trump, should the case be indicted in Washington. The Defense team is likely to argue that the case so obviously should be in Florida that the government acted in bad faith by conducting the grand-jury investigation in D.C.
Smith knows that if he appears to be afraid to try the case in Florida or forcing a trial in Washington because it is rigged in his favor, it would hurt his case, so he is willing to bring the case where it should be brought. If his evidence is strong, he should be willing to bring the case where it should be, and Florida is the right place. The Biden Justice Department would prefer to try Trump in Washington, where the jury pool is hostile to Trump, but the locus of his alleged crimes is the Sunshine State, making Florida more appropriate for the case. Bringing the bulk of the case in Florida would not preclude Smith from filing separate charges in Washington, where the venue would be proper.

Front Page Magazine: Anti-White Racism
Woke ideology is the new McCarthyism, targeting conservatives, Republicans, and white people as racists. Whites are demonized by government, media, academia, Hollywood, and corporate America. The War on Whites defends white Americans by promoting their value system, achievements, and contributions to society. Whites, like any other group, are victimized by discrimination and entitled to protection.
Red State: NEW: Antifa Member Identified as Part of Brawl Outside Glendale, CA School Board Released on Bail
Armenian-American parents protested LGBTQ ideology in the classroom and school-wide "pride month" events at the Glendale United School District meeting. Members of the Armenian-American community, which holds traditional, conservative values, showed up in force. Violence ensued from Antifa members, with one arrested, releasing on bail quickly.

PJ Media: Germany: Gang Rapes Hit Record High, Up to Half Committed by Migrants
Germany has seen a surge in gang rapes, with the country now experiencing an average of two per day. The total number of gang rapes in 2022 reached 789, with foreigners committing 50% of all incidents. However, those with a migration background or dual citizenship are listed as "German," making it unclear how many were committed by ethnic Germans. The rate at which migrants are involved in gang rapes has increased in the past 10-15 years, with foreigners comprising 41.18% of suspects in 2020. Germany became famous for migrant gang rapes after the Cologne New Year's Eve quagmire in 2016, in which numerous German women were sexually assaulted by migrants.

Breitbart: Members Only: India Hints at Not Inviting Zelensky to G20
Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar announced that the G20 summit in New Delhi this September will only be for members and those invited, following a question on whether Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would be invited. Ukraine is not a member of the G20 and was not on the list of invited guests released by India. Jaishankar stressed that India-Russia relations are important for stability and that India's balancing act of relationships with Russia and the Western world has been made more difficult by the topic of Russia's war in Ukraine, which is expected to feature at the summit.

The Epoch Times: Stock Market Today: Bulls Run Again on Wall Street as S&P 500 Climbs 20% Above October Low
The S&P 500 rose 0.6 percent to signal the arrival of a new bull market on Wall Street, having rallied off its low from last autumn. At 20 percent above the bottom hit in October, the index's measure of health has climbed out of a bear market drop of 25.4 percent over nine months. Nvidia and a handful of other tech stocks were responsible for the lion’s share of Wall Street’s gains and though no one can predict when the Federal Reserve will stop hiking rates, hopes are rising that it may soon. The broad expectation among traders is that the Fed will hold rates steady next week, which would mark the first meeting where it hasn’t raised rates in more than a year.
Investors have nearly always made back all their losses in S&P 500 index funds eventually, but no one can be sure when the Federal Reserve will stop hiking rates, which is chief among the challenges that still remain for the stock market. Despite a remarkably solid job market and spending by consumers, hopes are rising that the Fed may soon stop hiking interest rates. High rates work to undercut inflation by slowing the entire economy and dragging on prices for stocks and other investments. Thursday offered a good example of the S&P 500's real-world gains with seven stocks, as Apple, Microsoft and Nvidia, being responsible for the majority of the S&P 500’s gain this year.

Fox News: Bill Murray, 72, dating singer Kelis, 43: report
Actor Bill Murray and singer Kelis are rumored to be dating, with a photo of them together at a festival in South London adding to the speculation. They have allegedly been getting close for a while after meeting in the US, and Murray has been seen at several of Kelis' performances. Kelis was previously married to rapper Nas and shares a son with him, as well as two children with her late husband Mike Mora, who passed away from cancer in March 2022. Murray was previously married to Jennifer Butler, with whom he has four sons, and to Margaret Kelly, with whom he has two sons.
Breitbart: Oxford University Announces UK’s First LGBTQ+ History Professorship
Oxford University has created the UK’s first permanent ‘Professorship in LGBTQ+ History’ in its Mansfield College after receiving £4.9m from the Arcadia Fund. Professor Matt Cook will become the first Jonathan Cooper Chair of the History of Sexualities. Cook will work to enhance understanding of the LGBTQ past, foster debate with LGBTQ scholars, writers, and activists from around the world and will build Oxford’s reputation for work in this field. The Oxford Union debating society was taken over by leftist LGBTQ activists last month with one protester gluing herself to the floor in order to disrupt feminist Philosophy Professor Kathleen Stock's speech.
Front Page Magazine: Medieval England Was Too White
Woke academics are now targeting medieval studies, accusing it of being too white and calling for the decolonization of the field. They want to erase the study of English history altogether, claiming it is inherently racist. Even famous figures like Isaac Newton and Robert Burns have been accused of being complicit in slavery, and Edinburgh University renamed a tower after Black Lives Matter activists accused the philosopher David Hume of racism. The anti-racist era has reduced every field to a study of whiteness and racism, leaving little room for apolitical scholarship, and the Left's rewriting of history threatens to erase everything that came before.

Flag And Cross: Matt Walsh Exposes Transgender Care's Biggest Scam with Under Cover Video
Conservative firebrand Matt Walsh has published his first foray into undercover journalism, investigating the transgender networking within healthcare. Walsh documented how easy it is to procure surgery prerequisites, such as letters of recommendation, from clinical social workers who often do not follow industry standards. Walsh also accused healthcare providers Folx and Plume of putting profit above responsibility, providing evidence that both groups exploit gender dysphoria diagnosis for insurance payouts and sell letters authorizing surgeries for high fees. Walsh ends his thread by questioning major healthcare providers if they know they are paying for surgeries based on false information.
Front Page Magazine: Unmasking Mandy
Joe Biden nominated Mandy Cohen to head the CDC, but her support for lockdowns and child masking have raised questions. Cohen's career before the pandemic included outreach for "Doctors for Obama" and work at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she was called to fix Healthcare.gov. Under her leadership, North Carolina closed and restricted schools, restaurants, gyms, sports venues, and businesses for months while she preached mask wearing and social distancing. Cohen is also a proponent of vaccines despite evidence suggesting they do not prevent infection or transmission.
Fox News: Lawsuit filed against Alaska state troopers alleging discrimination based on HIV status
John Doe, a man with undetectable and untransmissible HIV, filed a lawsuit against the Alaska State Troopers, alleging discrimination when his job offer was rescinded after he disclosed his HIV status during his medical exam. The lawsuit states that advances in medicine render HIV status irrelevant to a person's ability to perform the duties of the job. Doe seeks to challenge the constitutionality of the job offer rescission and prevent others from facing similar discrimination. The lawsuit alleges violations of civil rights laws, the state and U.S. constitutions, and the Alaska Human Rights Act.
Named as defendants in the lawsuit are the head of the troopers, the state of Alaska, the troopers, and the troopers' outside vendor. The lawsuit argues that the reasons given for rescinding Doe's job offer were pretextual and that his HIV status was the true basis for the discrimination. Doe had completed all required exams, tests, and interviews, and was one of the 10 finalists selected for the job, but was told that other candidates were better qualified, despite half of the finalists offered the job not living in Alaska.
Fox News: New York AG warns of price gouging amid poor air quality from Canadian wildfires

She has advised New Yorkers to report any abnormally high prices for essential items and to follow local health guidance to stay safe. New York’s price gouging statute covers state vendors, retailers, and suppliers, and includes essential goods and services. Smoke from the Canadian fires has led to air quality alerts along the US East Coast and has caused New York stores to sell out of air purifiers.

Front Page Magazine: FBI Agent Who Became Worst Spy in U.S. History Dies
Former FBI agent Robert Hanssen, convicted of spying for the Soviet Union, died in prison earlier this week. His crimes were deemed some of the most serious betrayals of trust in US history. However, when it comes to egregious betrayals by FBI personnel, Hanssen is faced with stiff competition from the likes of former director James Comey, Peter Strzok and current director Christopher Wray, who have turned an institution once considered unimpeachable into a corrupt agency. Their actions have damaged Americans' trust in the honesty of our government and elections. Instead of showing contrition and retiring, all three are still plaguing the country.

A California man, Ari Young, was acquitted of attempted murder and assault charges against a sheriff’s deputy, Meagan McCarthy, who had gone to assist his mother during a 911 call. A nearby neighbor filmed Young physically abusing McCarthy, then taking her gun and firing in her direction. Despite the video evidence, Young was found guilty only of a lesser charge of negligent discharge of a firearm while the jury was undecided on several other charges. The case is indicative of a wider trend that suggests that bias against law enforcement could become a growing problem in the US justice system.

The Federalist Papers: NRA Hits Back Hard At Newsom's Proposal for 28th Constitutional Amendment for Gun Control
California Governor Gavin Newsom has proposed a 28th Amendment to the US Constitution aimed at increasing gun control. Newsom's plan involves universal background checks, a waiting period for all gun purchases, raising the age for firearm purchase from 18 to 21, and banning "civilian purchase of assault weapons". Responding to the proposal, the National Rifle Association (NRA) branded it a "public stunt" and accused Newsom of "unhinged contempt for the right to self-defence". The amendment, which would require the participation of 34 states to come into effect, has been dismissed by some as too draconian.
