Fox News: Texas to deploy inflatable border along Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass
Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced the deployment of an inflatable barrier along the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass to prevent illegal crossings between ports of entry. The floating barriers are intended to deter illegal migration at hotspots along the border, with the first 1,000 feet being placed near Eagle Pass. He had recently retired and had plans to travel.
