The Blaze: Actress Alicia Silverstone lauds RFK Jr., says she ditched Democratic registration and switched to Independent last year
Alicia Silverstone endorses Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for President, praising his vision of peace, unity, and justice for all. She switched to Independent last year and is disappointed with political leadership. Kennedy provides hope and inspires trust in the government.
Potential for a 2024 presidential rematch between Joe Biden and Donald Trump as they both run for re-election. Kennedy and Marianne Williamson are vying for the Democratic presidential nomination against Biden. Trump is currently the clear frontrunner for the Republican Party.
Newsbusters: DEFUND PBS: Reporter Lobs ‘Question’ to Biden About ‘Anti-LGBTQ’ ‘Intimidation’
PBS White House correspondent Laura Barrón-López asked a loaded question about anti-LGBTQ laws, which prompted President Biden to insult Americans who disagree with him. Barrón-López's question contained falsehoods and hate, and Biden responded by reading from prepared notes. He claimed that Americans who believe in protecting women's sports and elementary school students from graphic sex images are "callous," "cruel," and "prejudiced." He also falsely claimed that individuals can be fired for being gay in the United States and announced new initiatives to protect the LGBT community. ( )
The Right Scoop: Trump supporters suddenly OUTRAGED over photoshops of Trump going around…
JD Vance and MTG are angry over a photoshopped image of Trump hugging Fauci, calling it unacceptable and demanding it be taken down. However, the image was not an ad, but a montage of Trump's own words on why he didn't fire Fauci. Trump has also smeared DeSantis with photoshopped images, but Vance, MTG, and other Trump supporters did not speak out then.
The New American: Socialism Versus Nature - The New American
Tom Palmer of the Atlas Network argues that socialism destroys the environment, as seen in historical examples such as China's sparrow-killing campaign and the Soviet Union's ecological devastation. Socialism means central planning, which ultimately results in nasty pollution and catastrophic environmental costs. In contrast, free markets with property rights and private ownership protect the environment better, create wealth, and incentivize preserving nature.
Breitbart: White House Mocks James Comer for Promising Biden Probe Bombshells
White House spokesperson Ian Sams ridicules Rep. James Comer's investigation into President Joe Biden's alleged $5 million bribery scheme, claiming the congressman failed to provide evidence in his six months of investigations . Comer's investigation identified three Biden family members who received a total of $1.3 million from a Chinese energy company and the family business received at least $10 million from foreign business schemes, leading to allegations of influence peddling. However, the FBI has refused to allow the House Oversight Committee to review an informant file that allegedly linked Joe Biden to his family's business deals in Ukraine. In response, Comer's colleague, Rep. Andy Biggs, declared that the document may be used to impeach Biden.

Washington Free Beacon: Portland Rolls Back Sidewalk Camping Ban It Didn’t Enforce Anyway
Portland City Council bans camping on city property during the day, excluding parks and sidewalks, to comply with a new state law. Violating the ordinance three times could result in a $100 fine or 30 days in prison. This is a response to a rising homelessness crisis.
Daily Wire: Ben Shapiro Explains Why Corporate Brands Let Themselves Be Ruined By Intersectionality
Popular beer brand Bud Light is suffering from financial woes, with sales falling 24% in the week ending on May 27 compared to the same week the previous year. The decline follows a partnership promotion in April with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, which alienated many conservative customers, leading to calls for a boycott. Speaking on a podcast, Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro argued that corporations such as Bud Light felt compelled to engage with intersectionality and pursue 'woke' policies due to pressure from investment giants including BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street, which mandate corporate engagement with environmental, social governance standards. Despite criticism, Bud Light is continuing to sponsor Pride events across the United States.
The Epoch Times: Bud Light No Longer the Top-Selling Beer Brand in US Amid Boycott
Modelo Especial has taken over the top spot as the best-selling beer brand in the United States, topping $333m in sales compared to Bud Light’s $297m. Although Bud Light is still the top-selling beer in the US, the beer brand has faced significant backlash after it produced a promotional can for transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, with an April boycott driving down sales. According to the latest data, Bud Light experienced a 24% drop in sales last week, accompanied by a 17% decrease in AB InBev's stock since the boycott started.

PJ Media: Of Course: San Francisco First Big City Where a Dude Wins a Woman's Beauty Pageant
Monroe Lace, a transgender woman, is crowned Miss San Francisco, making history in the pageant's 99-year-old event. The victory highlights the pageant's move towards Leftist virtue signaling, with little relation to advancing attractive and accomplished women. Critics point out the damage done to confused and conditioned children and financial benefit for big pharma and gender-transition surgeons, while Monroe plays the victim card, claiming death threats and mean comments about his appearance. The Miss San Francisco's duty as a man is to visit an elementary school almost every day, promoting transgenderism.

The Economist: After the dam collapse, Russian-controlled areas have been abandoned
After a dam collapse, Russian-controlled areas have been abandoned, with Russian forces appearing not to care about the plight of inundated residents. Most of the town, Oleshky, in the Kherson region of Ukraine, is under water, with people learning about abandoned loved ones over agonising phone calls when they manage to get a connection. Ukrainian residents have been dealt a double blow of war and ecological catastrophe, but for those living in the Russian-controlled east bank, the prospects are even worse. Civilians have been left on their own, with operational security the top priority for Russian forces.
Residents of Hola Prystan were offered an early chance to evacuate when a dam broke down, but only 30 people out of an estimated 6,000 evacuated, and many chose to follow official advice. Those who did remain are now rescuing themselves, sailing between each other's roofs, using any available means. As emotions run high, Kherson locals are also worried about what can be said on the phone to relatives on the other side, as phones are monitored. While Ukraine's foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, announced on June 8th that agreement had been reached with the UN to form new emergency groups for evacuation in occupied territories, it will prove difficult without the agreement of the Russian side.

The Epoch Times: Majority of Canadians Want Formal Inquiry Into Foreign Interference: Survey
A new survey shows that a majority of Canadians support a formal public inquiry into foreign interference in Canadian politics, and nine in 10 support creating a foreign agent registry for individuals working on behalf of foreign entities. Special Rapporteur David Johnston, who rejected a public inquiry, has faced criticism and a motion for his resignation from MPs. The Nanos Research survey, conducted between May 31 to June 3, 2023, found that 56 percent of respondents saw foreign interference as a major threat to Canadian democracy, and almost 90 percent supported punishing perpetrators with criminal charges and jail time.

National Review: The Corner: On the PGA, LIV and Subordinated Moral Arguments
The PGA painted itself into a corner with its strategy against LIV Golf. They used moral arguments as a PR strategy when competing with them, but ultimately, the moral argument was subordinate to business interests. The PGA could have made a less severe version of the argument, but instead, they encouraged their star players to make that argument. The best strategy was to merge with LIV before they became a true business threat. In a global market, governments have the right and ability to set capital controls that prevent these kinds of mergers and investments.

The New American: What to Make of New Projections of Big Government Savings - The New American
The recent debt-ceiling deal does little to address long-term U.S. debt, which is projected to reach 115% of GDP by 2033. Projections are based on current law and policies, but future policy changes, natural disasters, and geopolitical upheavals will impact government finances and lead to larger deficits than projected. Also, rising interest rates and persistent inflation may add to the deficit, making spending restraint necessary.
Forbes: It’s Time To Retire The Labor Law
The Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 was based on the concept of a traditional job, where employees worked at a specific location and had a manager. Laws and regulations were established for hourly pay and overtime, but these no longer reflect the modern workforce. For example, Uber drivers have variable hours and downtime where they can choose to work on other tasks like studying or leisure. Government regulations need to be updated to reflect modern work practices, including recognizing that employee benefits are a substitute for wages and treating labor contracts like any other commercial contract.
The pandemic and the growth of ride-sharing services like Uber have highlighted the need to change government regulations of employment practices. Current laws remain based on old-fashioned ideas of what work means. Modern work practices include working from home, having multiple employers, and having downtime during work hours. Government policies need to evolve to ensure workers' rights, including recognizing employee benefits as a substitute for wages and treating labor contracts the same as other commercial contracts.

The New American: This Day at the Convention of 1787: Compromise, Compromise, Compromise - The New American
The Constitutional Convention of 1787 saw the adoption of the Connecticut Compromise, which created a bicameral legislature consisting of the House of Representatives and Senate with differing types of representation. The Three-Fifths Compromise was also reached, where enslaved individuals were counted as three-fifths of a person for the purposes of representation and taxation. The New Jersey Plan, which proposed amendments to the Articles of Confederation, was rejected in favor of a complete overhaul of the government.

Breitbart: New York Urges Residents to 'Limit Use of Household Appliances' to Reduce Pollution
New York has issued an “Air Quality Health Advisory” due to low air quality caused by incoming wildfire smoke from Canada. Residents are urged to reduce pollution in their own lives by “limit[ing] the use of household appliances” and using fans instead of air conditioning. The advisory also encouraged New Yorkers to use mass transit instead of driving and only carpool with members of their own household due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Epoch Times: The Potentially Long-Term and Fatal Consequences of Wildfire Smoke
Wildfires in Canada have caused a smoky haze to blanket the Northeastern United States. Doctors are concerned over the poor air quality and advise caution, even for healthy individuals. Wildfire pollution can seriously impact respiratory, cardiovascular, and mental health. Pesticides, fertilizers, and other chemicals can make their way into trees and plants, and when they burn, dangerous chemicals are released, along with particulate matter in the smoke. Lower-income communities, which often lack efficient air conditioning and air filter units, suffer disproportionately from the harmful effects of wildfire pollution. Experts recommend reducing outdoor activities, using HEPA air purifiers, wearing masks, and having an evacuation plan in the event of prolonged exposure to wildfire smoke. Additionally, certain herbs and supplements have demonstrated potential in promoting lung and respiratory health.
Daily Wire: If You Say You’re Trans, Health Care Providers Will Happily Cook The Books
Investigative journalist Matt Walsh recently published the results of an undercover expose into Plume, the largest transgender healthcare provider in the United States. Plume conducted 22-minute video calls approving one of Walsh's producers for an orchiectomy after verifying none of his fake information and rubber-stamping Gregg's gender dysphoria claim after they were repeatedly informed Gregg did not have gender dysphoria. Walsh argues the fraudulent nature of "trans healthcare" is politically motivated and is hurting patients. Walsh is urging lawmakers to hold the Telehealth providers to account.
The Epoch Times: Supreme Court Affirms Right of Nursing Home Patient to Sue the State
The US Supreme Court has ruled in a 7-2 decision that Americans relying on government programs like Medicaid and food stamps can sue to secure rights under the laws that created those programs. The ruling comes after the case of a dementia patient who was admitted to a nursing home in Indiana claimed that the facility poorly managed his condition, over-medicated him with psychotropic drugs, and transferred him to different facilities, allegedly causing his condition to deteriorate. The Talevski family sued through their daughter, claiming violation of the Federal Nursing Home Reform Act, and the Supreme Court upheld an appeals court ruling allowing the case to proceed under a Reconstruction-era federal law known as Section 1983, which provides a cause of action for victims of civil rights violations by state officials.
The Epoch Times: Birth Rates Are Dropping Worldwide Post COVID-19 Vaccination—Here's What Women Can Do
Birth rates have been declining all over the world, with a deficit of nearly 5,000 births per month in the UK in 2022 compared to previous years. In the United States, the decline rate has been about 2% per year. However, healthcare professionals are concerned about an unprecedented rise in stillbirths, with a stillbirth rate of 22 per month in a hospital in Fresno, California, compared to 5.8 in previous years. Some doctors suspect that COVID-19 vaccines may be causing inflammation, micro-clotting in the placenta, and other risks to pregnant women.

The Epoch Times: Instagram Algorithms Promote Pedophile Networks: Investigation Finds
A vast network of pedophiles exists on social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Snapchat, TikTok, and Mastodon, which connect pedophiles to one another and to victims through hashtags and algorithms. According to the report by The Wall Street Journal, Stanford University, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Instagram’s algorithms help connect these pedophiles to children and teenagers, who create and sell self-generated child sexual abuse material (SG-CSAM) for money. The report also notes that social media algorithms effectively serve as pimps, connecting pedophiles to children by recommending and suggesting pedophilic content to those who desire it. Social media algorithms have created a system wherein thousands of pedophiles buy pornographic images, pornographic videos, online video meetings, and even in-person meetings with children and teens.
The Blaze: Youth pastor accused of secretly filming teenage girls while they changed their clothes in church bathroom
Former youth pastor Daniel Kellan Mayfield has been arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor for allegedly filming multiple women and girls in the bathrooms of the Gowensville Baptist Church in South Carolina. Police then discovered other recordings on his cellphone dating back to last July. Mayfield has reportedly confessed to all the charges and is currently being held without bond.

Breitbart: REPORT: LIV Exec Calls Rory McIlroy 'Little B*tch' After PGA Tour Merger
LIV Golf doesn't think Rory McIlroy will be in high demand for its team format, according to a league executive. The new team-based format has already been touted as a massive money maker, however, one executive said "nobody wants that little bitch on their team”. McIlroy became one of the staunchest defenders of the PGA Tour during its faux war with LIV. He called former PGA Tour golfers who bolted for the rival league “duplicitous” and turned down a rumoured nine-figure deal to stay with the Tour. The PIF is banking on selling the 12 LIV Golf teams in order to get its investment back.

Lorenz's attempt to reassure her leftist Twitter followers that viewers were only attracted to Carlson's message because of "Elon Musk and his cronies" falls flat due to Carlson's continued success.
