Flag And Cross: Winsome Earle-Sears Goes on Live TV and Sets the Record Straight After High School Shooting
Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears brings a breath of fresh air to politics as a black Marine Corps veteran with intelligence, wit and charm. After a shooting outside a graduation ceremony in Richmond, Earle-Sears focused on the role of gangs not law-abiding gun owners. She stressed the need to weed out criminal and gang activities, and hold individuals accountable. Unlike Democrats who seek to blame inanimate objects and demand more gun control, Earle-Sears remains tough-on-crime and preaches accountability. Her messaging is something all politicians should embrace.
Fox News: FBI willing to allow all House Oversight Committee members to view Biden doc alleging criminal scheme: source
The FBI has offered all members of the House Oversight Committee the chance to view the subpoenaed document alleging President Joe Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme in a secure location. The 1023 form is said to outline a $5m scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is set to begin contempt of Congress hearings against FBI Director Christopher Wray for failing to comply with the committee’s subpoena for the document. The FBI has continually refused to hand over the unclassified record to the custody of the House Oversight Committee.
The Epoch Times: RNC Rolls Out Campaign to Push Early Voting
The Republican National Committee (RNC) has launched a new campaign urging Republicans to cast their ballots early ahead of the 2024 presidential election. The “Bank Your Vote” initiative will educate Republicans on where, when, and how to cast their ballots prior to Election Day, either through mail-in ballots or early voting at the polls to narrow the gap on pre-election day voting. To achieve those goals, the GOP will spread the word by going door-to-door in cities across the United States and harvesting ballots where legally permitted. The initiative will be spearheaded by Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) and Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.).
The divisions have been clear among the GOP’s 2024 presidential primary field, which continues to grow despite former President Donald Trump’s commanding lead. The Bank Your Vote campaign also comes on the heels of Arizona Republican Kari Lake’s announcement that she will be launching the “largest, most extensive ballot-chasing operation” in Arizona’s history. The practice of ballot harvesting is not legal in Arizona, but Lake advised that her volunteers would work within the confines of the law to ensure as many Republican votes as possible are cast.
Spectator USA: Welcome to the media wars
The line between media and politics is more blurred than ever, with media stories stealing the limelight from presidential campaigns. The declining influence of cable news is one of our July issue's cover packages. Can cable news be saved by the 2024 election or is it on an irreversible decline?

Breitbart: Biden State Department Slams Pink Floyd Rocker Roger Waters ‘Long Track Record of Using Antisemitic Tropes’
The Biden administration has stated that Pink Floyd's Roger Waters' recent performances in Germany contained antisemitic imagery, and that Waters has a "long track record of using antisemitic tropes. Waters appeared on stage in a costume reminiscent of Nazi-era Germany. EU antisemitism envoy Katharina von Schnurbein condemned Waters' performance, and police in Berlin opened an investigation of Waters on suspicion of incitement. Waters has drawn criticism from the pro-Israel community for his support of the BDS movement.
Newsbusters: The Revolution at the Heart of ‘Pride’
Pride Month is a call for revolution and the replacement of traditional cultural norms with new, untried norms that maximize human happiness. The LGBTQ+*&^% movement seeks to unmoor sex from marriage and parenthood and eliminate the sex distinction itself. The elites in society seek to rewrite durable societal norms in favor of unending sexual gratification through the suppression of traditional norms.
Daily Wire: Joy Behar Seems Fine With Sex Changes For Minors: ‘It’s Not Like They’re 80% Of The Population’
Joy Behar defends sex changes for minors on "The View," claiming Republicans passing bills banning such procedures are using them to distract from real issues in society. Elliot Page and Behar criticized GOP-led bills to stop minors from undergoing irreversible surgeries. Page said the time was right to write "Pageboy" and address anti-trans rhetoric. Behar asked why the transgender community was being attacked. Page called the bills a political tool to gain votes and distract people from real issues needing to be addressed. Page did not say what these issues were.

Euromaidan Press: Airport in Ukraine’s Lviv may resume its work, Ukrainian official says
Lviv International Airport may reopen as a part of a humanitarian corridor after the EU program “Connecting Europe” is signed, providing Ukraine with a way to reopen the Ukrainian sky, according to Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of Lviv Oblast State Administration. Kozytskyi hopes that the EU will allow Lviv airport to resume operations as Ukraine closed its airspace to civilian aircraft on February 24, 2022, when Russia invaded Ukraine. The European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation forecasted that restrictions on flights over Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Moldova will remain in place until 2029.

National Review: The Corner: The Left’s Clamoring for a Wealth Tax
Leftist politicians push for unrealized capital gains tax on the super-rich, claiming it will make them pay their “fair share”, but economist Richard B. McKenzie argues that such a tax would impair firms’ investment in innovative products, leading to slower growth in workers’ real incomes and retirement accounts, and ultimately hurt non-wealthy stockholders as well. Wealth tax proposal is merely a ploy to get votes from envious voters, with little consideration for the pros and cons or the trade-offs between increased government revenue and its effect on the behavior of those taxed.

The prevalence of fentanyl as an illegal street drug is a top driver of increasing overdose deaths in the US.

The Blaze: Gov. Katie Hobbs vetoes bill that would have prevented filming porn in K-12 classrooms, even after 2 teachers were fired last fall for allegedly filming OnlyFans content at Arizona middle school
Democratic governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs, vetoed a Republican bill that aimed to ban the filming of pornographic content in public school buildings. The bill followed allegations that two teachers filmed explicit content in a middle school before posting it online. While Republicans argued that the bill would prevent children from accessing sexually explicit material, Hobbs and other Democrats rejected it, stating that it was a thinly veiled attempt to ban books and could lead to censorship of classic works, such as "1984," "The Great Gatsby," and the Bible. Republicans have criticized Hobbs’ veto.

Forbes: Undersea Connectors Show The Way To Globalization Of Electricity
Alternative Transmission Inc. plans to supply electricity via undersea cable from the U.S. mainland to Puerto Rico and beyond, with big investments and engineering taking place to support renewable energy globally. Globalisation has had a positive impact on electricity, with undersea cable technology benefitting from improved laying techniques and a widespread acceptance of high-voltage direct current connectors. The goal is to use wind and solar farms to generate electricity in renewable-rich locales, then transport it to consuming hubs, such as the sun-deprived islands of the Caribbean.
The Epoch Times: Cyber Gang Behind NS Breach Says It Erased Stolen Data, but Experts Urge Caution
Ransomware group Clop claims to have deleted personal data of governments and police services, but Brett Callow, an analyst at cybersecurity firm Emsisoft, said that should be assumed false. He noted that there was no reason for a criminal enterprise to delete information that may have value. Nova Scotia says up to 100,000 public sector workers may have had sensitive data stolen in the hack, but the province's Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Solutions says it won't communicate with the group. People who feel they may be affected are asked to monitor their financial transactions and contact their bank to report suspicious activity.

Licht faced criticism from both liberal media critics and CNN staffers, and his tenure was plagued with internal leaks. Additionally, CNN's ratings dropped under his leadership, and the network's morning show struggled to gain traction. David Zaslav, the incoming CEO of CNN's parent company, hopes that the three executives he is installing will "right the ship" before a new leader is named.
