Surging 2024 Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Praises Elon Musk’s Free Speech Battle Against Leftist Censorship
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an upstart Democratic presidential candidate, appeared in a Twitter Spaces conversation with CEO Elon Musk. They discussed free speech in social media platforms and the need to protect democracy. Kennedy praised Musk for fighting against censorship on Twitter, and both agreed that restraints on speech and information could be a step toward totalitarianism. Kennedy, an active critic of Big Pharma and COVID vaccines, has double-digit support in the contest for the Democratic Party’s nomination, but his long-shot bid to win against incumbent President Joe Biden is unlikely.

The Epoch Times: Germany, Indonesia Bolster Defense Ties Amid Rising Tensions in Indo-Pacific
Germany, Indonesia Bolster Defense Ties Amid Rising Tensions in Indo-Pacific
Germany and Indonesia have agreed to strengthen their defence cooperation to boost engagement with countries in the Indo-Pacific region. The German Defence Minister met with his Indonesian counterpart and discussed plans to strengthen defence cooperation, with the possibility of conducting a joint military drill with regional partners. Germany plans to deploy a frigate to the Indo-Pacific next year.

German Defence Minister Pistorius stated that Germany must defend the rules-based international order and realign its armed forces to enhance military cooperation. Germany is seeking to show a greater military presence in the Indo-Pacific region amid growing alarm over China's territorial ambitions, but also relies on China as its most important trading partner. Earlier this year, a German delegation visited Taiwan to demonstrate Germany's support against military aggression but has no formal diplomatic ties with the republic.

Target Rocked by More Bad News as Consumer Outrage, Boycott Continues
Target's stock has been downgraded by KeyBanc Capital Markets, moving from 'overweight' to 'sector weight' as the company struggles with a conservative-led boycott. The company's sales were already sluggish and it has faced calls from some LGBT advocates to more significantly promote Pride merchandise, effectively creating an impossible position from which to please both the right and left. The resumption of student loan payments as the pandemic lifts are likely to put further pressure on consumer spending, according to Bradley Thomas from KeyBanc.

Forbes: All-Business Class Airlines Tend To Fail Because They Can’t Compete
All-Business Class Airlines Tend To Fail Because They Can’t Compete
All-business class airlines often fail due to the lack of high-priced demand. High-priced demand doesn’t fly all the time, and planes, people, and real estate are paid for every day of the year. Moreover, bigger networks have a major advantage compared to the smaller, nonstop competitors. They can offer connecting flights and diversify their passenger base in ways the nonstop airline cannot. Therefore, larger networks have a higher competitive advantage over small, all-business class airlines.

Military whistleblower goes public with claims US has secret UFO retrieval program: ‘Terrestrial arms race’
A former National Reconnaissance Office combat officer claims the US government and its allies have been retrieving craft of "non-human origin" for several decades. David Charles Grusch, an ex-Air Force veteran, blew the whistle on a secret military program that he says has recovered partial fragments through and up to intact vehicles that are from "non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin." The Pentagon cleared Grusch to go public with his claims and informed authorities, including Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG). The UAP Task Force was not read into the elite craft retrieval program, and the discreet programs have been nesting within various secret access programs to gain Asymmetric national defense advantages.
