Gataway Couple: What's Really on the Backside of Mt. Rushmore?
Mt. Rushmore National Memorial was constructed from 1927 to 1941, showcasing the faces of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. The backside of the monument depicts the natural landscape of the Black Hills before construction. Gutzon Borglum, the sculptor, created a 70-foot passageway within the mountain, but his plans for a grandiose Hall of Records were never completed due to lack of funding. A vault at the end of the passageway now preserves the story of the monument's creation and the history of the United States.

Fox News: ‘Whatever it takes': San Francisco resident calls for ‘boots on the ground’ to fix city, ‘we need action now’
San Francisco Mayor London Breed's plan to fight crime and homelessness is not working, according to local activist Richie Greenberg. He blames weak drug enforcement laws for the rampant crime in the city and wants open-air drug markets shut down. Despite Breed's emergency measures and request for federal assistance, many residents are disappointed in the leadership's failure to rein in crime. The police department is understaffed by 541 officers and the proposed budget plan doesn't include funding for an emergency response center. Greenberg wants a drastic increase in law enforcement to get the drug dealers arrested and the streets cleaned up.

Forbes: India Look To Continue Domination Over Australia In Fight For Test Cricket’s Million-Dollar Prize

India has had a stranglehold over their rivals with four straight series victories, including on faster and bouncier pitches in Australia. India has been rated the best red-ball team in the last five years or so, but being labelled the 'best' Test team has always been subjective given the mishmash of bilateral fixtures. The WTC was developed to provide context to the wheezing five-day format over a two-year period.
