The Federalist: No Forgiveness For Pandemic Sins Until The Guilty Repent
No Forgiveness For Pandemic Sins Until The Guilty Repent
Christianity Today published an article calling for forgiveness for pandemic mistakes, but fails to address the lack of accountability or admission of guilt from those responsible for shutting down the economy and imposing draconian mandates. The author's argument is similar to a false call for a pandemic amnesty, with no commitment to repairing the wrongs done by officials responsible for harming the whole country. False messaging and mandates were imposed by a group of people who believe they are justified, with no admission of wrongdoing or accountability. The ruling class did its best to impose harsh restrictions, but they will do it again when they get the chance. This article falls under category.

The Epoch Times: US Bipartisan Leaders Invite India’s Modi to Address Congress
US Bipartisan Leaders Invite India’s Modi to Address Congress
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited to address a joint meeting of the US Congress on 22 June, marking his second such appearance. In a letter signed by leaders from both parties, Modi was praised for deepening relations between the two nations. The Indian premier, who was previously denied a visa due to alleged human rights violations in 2005, will also be hosted by US President Joe Biden for a state visit. The trip comes as the two countries seek to strengthen ties amid ongoing competition with China.

India has overtaken China as the world’s most populous country, with 1.428 billion people according to the UN Population Fund's "State of World Population Report, 2023". The shift in demographic status could indicate a new balance of power in the Asia-Pacific. A leading geopolitical analyst stated that India now has the opportunity to become the "next China" but warned that further conflict with Beijing over the Line of Actual Control or due to Chinese territorial expansion will hamper India's economic growth and geopolitical aspirations.
