The Federalist: NLRB Adopts Dirty Union Trick For Marxist Infiltration
Union "salting" is a tactic where unions pay insiders to gather information for organizing campaigns. NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo recently asserted that noncompete clauses in employment contracts obstruct union organizing efforts. This could be a turning point for NLRB history and a nod to the infiltration of federal institutions by union interests.
The Federalist: This Mom's Question Exposes Abortionists' Fake Compassion
Haywood Robinson reflects on a memory from his days doing abortions, in which a patient asked if her baby was a boy or girl. This led him to realize that despite the bodily parts being gone, there is still a humanizing aspect to the situation. He questions why doctors did not speak up against Roe v. Wade and instead sold out at the cost of millions of lives. Robinson suggests that it is false compassion that those in the abortion industry feel for the women in their care, as they value profit over saving lives. He encourages the use of ultrasound machines in pregnancy resource centers to sway abortion-prone women to keep their babies.
Fox News: Top energy industry group grading presidential candidates' energy plans
Power the Future, a key energy industry group, is launching a campaign to rank US presidential candidates on their energy agenda by sending a questionnaire outlining energy policies to all candidates alongside letters. They aim to create a platform for a productive discussion on the topic, stressing the urgent need for sound energy policy and a reversal of the current administration's climate agenda. Power the Future is critical of President Biden for curtailing energy production and increasing consumer prices through pipeline shutdowns and other policies, and intends to publish all responses received without editing.
The questionnaire requests candidates to outline their energy vision and their intention to reverse President Biden’s actions killing the Keystone XL pipeline to pause fossil fuel production on federal lands and waters, among other policy points. Other energy industry groups including Power the Future have criticized the President for pursuing policies they deem unfavorable to the industry and have increased consumer prices. Republican candidates including former President Donald Trump and Governor Ron DeSantis have expressed a desire for increased U.S. energy production. Similarly, Democratic candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is an environmental activist who wants to rapidly transition to green energy.
The Federalist: Impeachment Is The Only Way To Check Biden’s Abuse Of Power
Sen. Chuck Grassley implicated Joe and Hunter Biden in a bribery scandal following interference by the Justice Department in a criminal probe. The DOJ has now indicted former President Donald Trump for alleged mishandling of sensitive documents while ignoring similar conduct by Joe Biden. The media have framed the accusations around upcoming campaigns, obscuring the corruption at hand. Only a full impeachment of President Biden can bring accountability to the administration. The ruling requires a simple majority in the House and must be enacted to determine the truth behind the Biden family businesses and Burisma.

Fox News: New York City receives $25 million emergency grant to fund e-bike charging stations after series of fires
New York City has been awarded a $25m emergency grant from the US government to fund numerous charging stations across the city for e-bikes, after several fires caused by faulty e-bike batteries, killing four people. Mayor Eric Adams hopes the stations will provide a safer way for delivery workers, who rely on e-bikes to efficiently do their jobs, to recharge lithium batteries used to power their bicycles. The city has seen over 100 fires and 13 deaths this year linked to e-bikes, more than double the total number of fatalities from last year. Officials have sought the public's help in cracking down on unsafe e-bike shops and fire officials issued at least 10 citations to shops for improper handling of the batteries.

Liberty Nation: Abortion – A Matter of Religious Liberty?
Religious leaders in America are using religious liberty lawsuits to defend abortion access, challenging red states that have recently put in place trigger laws after the fall of Roe v. Wade. There are currently around a dozen or so lawsuits before the courts. Jewish and Muslim abortion access advocates have sued states such as Indiana, Florida and Kentucky, while The Satanic Temple has challenged abortion bans in Texas, Idaho and Indiana in federal court, arguing that practicing abortion is a religious ritual for them. Even though the argument of protecting the right to terminate pregnancy as a matter of religious liberty through lawsuits is not new, Politico considers it the “sleeper legal strategy that could topple abortion bans.”

Liberty Nation: The Family Farmer Faces China and Other Hostiles
US farmers face a new threat: the increase in farmland sales to China and other hostile nations. While previously foreign investment was welcomed from countries such as Canada and those in the EU, the acquisition of substantial farming land by Shuanghui International Holdings in 2013, a Chinese state-controlled conglomerate, raised concerns around food security and the Trojan Horse possibility of foreign entities threatening the US food supply. In Wyoming, Montana, Florida, Texas, North Dakota, and across the prairies, state legislators are taking a stand against the purchase of farmland or leasing of farmland by foreign countries with exempt status given to countries such as China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia. .
