Fox News: Janitor attempting to turn off beeping noise destroys decades of scientific research, causes $1M in damages
A janitor from Daigle Cleaning Services allegedly damaged $1 million in scientific research by turning off a freezer that stored cell cultures, samples, and other research elements in a laboratory at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The freezer was storing elements at minus-112 degrees Fahrenheit and all its contents were destroyed when the temperature rose to minus-25.6 degrees Fahrenheit after the freezer was turned off. RPI filed the lawsuit against Daigle Cleaning Services.

Forbes: AC Milan Star Sandro Tonali Will Have It All To Prove If He Joins Newcastle
Newcastle United is set to sign Italian midfielder Sandro Tonali from AC Milan for around €80 million ($87.47 million), according to Tonali's agent Giuseppe Riso. The deal includes a six-year contract with a salary of €6 million ($6.56 million) plus a further €2 million ($2.19 million) in bonuses for Tonali. He will undergo a medical before the move is finalized. Despite Tonali showcasing his standout talent at Milan, the sorry state of Serie A and the growth of Premier League clubs' greater financial resources have allowed Newcastle to easily outspend Italian sides in the transfer window.
