This problem was caused by the previous Socialist Democratic Party's open-door policy towards refugees and has led to 55 no-go zones, calling for military intervention back in 2017. This has led to a rise in populist leadership that calls for sensible solutions.

Red State: NEW: Judge Denies DOJ's Motion for Special Conditions of Release and to Seal Witness List in Trump Classified Docs Case
Former President Trump's trial regarding the alleged improper retention of classified documents has been pushed from August 14, 2023 to December 11, 2023. Special Counsel Jack Smith disclosed the existence of 84 witnesses, the list of which the government sought to file under seal. Trump is unable to discuss the criminal case with witnesses or co-defendant Walt Nauta. Judge Aileen Cannon denied the government's motion to file the witness list under seal, but granted a pre-trial conference regarding classified information which is set for July 14, 2023. Jointly, the defendants have until July 6, 2023 to respond to the government's motion for a continuance of the trial date.

Trump acknowledged being recorded, and said the information was "highly confidential, secret".

Other major companies including Ford, Uber, Oracle, Grubhub, and Spotify have also conducted layoffs this year, with Forbes tracking layoffs from the first quarter. The reasons for layoffs include Covid-19, market conditions, macroeconomic conditions, economic uncertainty, and high staffing and operating costs.

Canada is forgiving up to $60,000 of new medical graduates' student loans if they stay and work in rural areas to increase healthcare services. The loan waiver program would take effect in late fall 2023 and gradually increase depending on how many years a healthcare provider works in an under-served rural or remote community. Canada seeks to recruit from 3,000 to 8,000 medical graduates per year for rural areas and the cost of the loan forgiveness will be $3.2 million annually. The new plan proposes to raise loan forgiveness by 50%, which would mean doctors could qualify for $60,000 and nurses could qualify for $30,000.
