The Biden administration has introduced new rules for gun owners possessing pistol-stabilizing braces, requiring them to register and pay a fee or forfeit the brace. House Republicans voted against these regulations, but Senate Democrats upheld them. The stabilizing braces were designed for veterans with hand disabilities. Democrats have made unsupported claims that adding a brace can turn a semi-automatic handgun into a machine gun.

Disney's The Little Mermaid star Melissa McCarthy was featured in West Hollywood's Pride Parade, which included explicit BDSM sex acts.

On June 26, 1945, the United Nations was established with the signing of the U.N. Charter in San Francisco by representatives of the 50 countries attending the United Nations Conference on International Organization. Poland signed later, becoming one of the U.N.'s original 51 member states.
The United Nations originated from an alliance formed during World War II to replace the League of Nations. The forerunner to the United Nations was the League of Nations, an organization conceived under similar circumstances after World War I. Today, the United Nations has nearly 200 nations that are members of the General Assembly, with its headquarters in New York City and offices in Geneva, Switzerland; Nairobi, Kenya; Vienna, Austria; and The Hague in The Netherlands.

The Epoch Times: Rising Number of Wildfires Trigger Poor Air Quality Warnings in Ontario, Quebec
Canada is experiencing a record-breaking number of forest fires, with 465 active fires reported across the country, 240 of which are out of control. Smoke and air quality warnings have been issued in parts of Ontario and Quebec, and officials are closing outdoor pools and declaring beaches off limits to swimming due to the danger posed by the fires. A triathlon event and numerous sports programs have been cancelled, with fireworks displays for Canada Day also being cancelled in some areas due to the risk. The fires have burned an area nearly four times the size of Lake Ontario, and this year is expected to become Canada's worst fire year.

Yankees' MVP Aaron Judge is recovering from a torn ligament in his right big toe. After receiving two platelet-rich plasma injections, Judge is still no closer to returning to the field. A noted Florida physician, Dr. Joseph Purita, specializes in regenerative medicine and suggests bone marrow aspirant, along with stem cells, might provide better treatment for Judge's injury than multiple PRP injections alone. Purita has given PRP treatments "every day" during the week in treatment of athletes who want to expedite their recovery time and has seen even better results using the new ultramodern legacy approach of "red light therapy." However, Purita warns that there are no guarantees in medicine.
