New Biden Talking Point Dropped: Get A Load Of The Latest Rub On Hunter’s Chinese Business Dealings
White House spokesman Ian Sams issued a statement responding to questions about the release of the IRS Whistleblower's transcripts alleging that Hunter Biden threatened a Chinese Communist official while his father was in the room. Sams said, "As we have said many times before, the president was not in business with his son. As we have also said many times before, the Justice Department makes decisions in its criminal investigations independently, and in this case, the White House has not been involved." The Biden administration has changed its defense from "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings" to "the president was not in business with his son."

Breitbart: Conservatives Slam ProPublica's ‘Hit Piece’ on SCOTUS Justice Alito
Conservatives Slam ProPublica's ‘Hit Piece’ on SCOTUS Justice Alito
Conservatives are criticizing news outlet ProPublica for publishing an article accusing Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito of acting unethically by taking a "luxury fishing vacation" with GOP billionaire Paul Singer, who later had cases before the Supreme Court. ProPublica implied that Alito should have recused himself from cases connected to Singer. Alito refuted the article’s claims and accused ProPublica of misleading its readers. Conservatives accused ProPublica of continuing its pattern of targeting conservative Supreme Court Justices and receiving funding from left-wing organizations that target Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas.

Former Acting Director of United States National Intelligence Richard Grenell and President of the Judicial Crisis Network Carrie Severino also criticized ProPublica for attacking Alito and called them a left-wing news outlet. The Judicial Crisis Network accused the left of undermining the legitimacy of the Supreme Court to pack it with liberal politicians in robes. The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board also pushed back against ProPublica, calling the story a "non-scandal built on partisan spin intended to harm the Justice and the current Court majority." The Board accused the left of trying to destroy the Court because they cannot accept their loss of control.

Russian Coup Update: It Ends With a Whimper as Prigozhin Goes Into Exile But Will Anything Ever Be the Same?
In Russia, Putin's PMC ally Prigozhin attempted a coup with his Wagner Group, capturing two cities, shooting down Russian aircraft, and even rallying some Russian army personnel. After tense moments, a deal was struck, dropping charges against Prigozhin with him settling in Belarus, while non-rebel Wagner PMCs are offered to serve in the regular Russian army. The attempted coup revealed deep fractures within Russian security forces, with some Putin supporters calling him a moderate, something that's disputed, especially by those who have pointed out Putin's involvement in nerve agent attacks and military expansion.

The report raises biosafety concerns with the facility’s handling of viruses and lack of trained personnel. Watch: 'My Best Friend's Wedding' Star Walks Off 'The View' in Protest
Actor Dermot Mulroney made an empty gesture by walking off the set of "The View" during a pre-taped interview to show solidarity with striking writers in Hollywood. Mulroney returned to the set for pictures with the co-hosts after his walk-off, and the moment is expected to feature in the broadcast.
