Fox News: Supreme Court hands Biden admin major win on immigration case
The Supreme Court ruled that GOP-led states do not have standing to challenge a policy narrowing federal immigration enforcement. The justices found that the Republican states did not have standing to challenge a narrowing of ICE priorities for arrests and deportations of illegal immigrants.
Breitbart: Border Patrol Chief: We Need to Work 'to Instill Some Consequences' for Some Nationalities Crossing Border and 'Build Some Wall'
US Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz has called for the construction of more border walls and increased infrastructure and personnel to manage the flow of illegal immigrants. Ortiz claims that a managed border requires continued investment in the southwest border's infrastructure, technology, roads and increased personnel levels. He also called out the State Department, saying that consequences need to be instilled for those illegally crossing the border. Ortiz's call to action comes as he also reported that projections indicate roughly 90,000 apprehensions in June, numbers that have not been seen since 2020.
Breitbart: Bass: We Can't Absorb More Migrant Buses Because of Homelessness 'Crisis' -- I Defend Sanctuary Status that Requires Spending on Migrants
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass defended the city's sanctuary city status as a way to protect immigrants and prevent the Los Angeles Police Department from acting as ICE. Being a sanctuary city will spend city resources on migrants, but the city cannot handle any more buses of migrants sent by Texas Gov. Abbott or any other Republican officials due to the city's ongoing housing crisis. Bass also criticized other officials' anti-immigrant sentiment, viewing it as a reflection of their xenophobia and anti-immigrant ideology rather than a practical matter.

Fox News: Officials reveal behind-the-scenes decision to vent toxic chemicals after East Palestine train derailment
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) revealed that Ohio authorities burned toxic chemicals, including a cancer-causing chemical vinyl chloride, in the response to a train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio in February. The state made the decision to burn hazardous material despite the long-term health risks, including cancer, to the 4,200 residents who reside in this small manufacturing town. Although no hazardous chemicals have been detected by officials, residents continue to experience headaches, dizziness, and nausea since the crash. Congress is under pressure to pass the Railway Safety Act to impose greater restrictions on the transport of hazardous materials and stiffen penalties for safety violations.
National Review: The Corner: Don’t Give Them One Inch
Progressives are attacking the legitimacy of Supreme Court Justices like Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito with baseless insinuations and smears, but National Review and its contributors are fighting back. Dan McLaughlin's legal knowledge and thorough research dismantled ProPublica's recent attack on Alito's ethics, while Rich Lowry used mockery to expose the Left's attempts to disgrace Thomas. These efforts are more than slander, they are campaigns of intimidation masquerading as journalism, and they threaten the originalist majority on the Court's bench. National Review is speaking out against these tactics and needs supporters to help interdict their malign designs.
The Right Scoop: Joe. Biden. Was. In. The. Room.
IRS whistleblower reveals Hunter Biden demanded bribe payment from CCP-linked business partner while sitting next to his father, providing further evidence that Joe was involved in his son's business dealings despite denying it. Whistleblower also revealed IRS recommended felony charges for Hunter Biden for not paying $2.2 million in taxes on $8.3 million of income, and that DOJ prevented search warrant execution on Joe's guest house where Hunter was staying. DOJ also verified Hunter's laptop was real and worked with Big Tech to censor news stories during 2020 election. U.S. Attorney found probable cause for search warrant on Hunter's residence, but DOJ stopped execution.
Breitbart: Obama: Fox News, Right-Wing Radio Skews Facts, Makes People Fearful of Each Other
Former president Obama believes watching Fox News or listening to right wing radio skews facts, creates fear among people and blocks democracy's functioning. Such media creates a different reality than what readers of liberal media perceive. The views created by conservative media are fundamentally different, making it challenging to work collectively.
National Review: The Corner: The Hacks Keep Coming
Left-wing advocates are attacking Justice Amy Coney Barrett, claiming a conflict of interest due to the sale of her home to a leader of a religious advocacy organization that had filed briefs with the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court justices are not required to abide by an ethics code, leading to renewed scrutiny and calls for Court "reform." However, experts state that Barrett's real estate deal does not violate any ethics rules.
Breitbart: Carlson: No Presidential Candidate ‘Hated More’ by Media than RFK Jr.
Tucker Carlson defends Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s campaign launch, claiming he's the most hated by the media. Carlson criticizes establishment media for criticizing Kennedy's campaign more than Trump's 2016 launch. He argues that the medical establishment has "beclowned itself for all time" and expressed support for Kennedy's theories about vaccines.
Spectator USA: Barack is back... to save the Democratic Party he stymied
Barack Obama is holding closed-door meetings with several politicians, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Hakeem Jeffries, in search of a worthy successor. Obama has recognised that his legacy as president will be determined by the successors he leaves behind, and is, therefore, looking to cultivate a new champion. However, Obama appears to have left his party in shambles after his agenda resulted in Democrats losing more than 1,000 seats at state and federal level during his tenure.
Fox News: Hunter Biden used his father's name to extort Chinese business partner: IRS whistleblower
Hunter Biden allegedly invoked his father, President Biden, while pressuring a Chinese business partner, according to testimony from an IRS whistleblower. The House Ways and Means Committee released testimony from two whistleblowers who claimed that the Justice Department, FBI, and IRS interfered with the investigation into Hunter Biden's tax evasion case. The probe began in 2018 and was an "offshoot" of an IRS investigation into a "foreign-based amateur online pornography platform." The investigation was codenamed "Sportsman" and whistleblowers claim that decisions in the case were influenced by politics.

Fox News: When the Supreme Court granted Mother Teresa's wish
The US Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling corrected the wrongs of Roe v. Wade, overturning one of the worst decisions in constitutional law. Pro-life states have since saved over 60,000 lives, despite opposition efforts to portray a "patriarchal hellscape." Charity groups are stepping in where states fall short, providing support for mothers and their children. The 'Providing for Life Act' would guarantee paid family leave, expand the child tax credit, strengthen support programs like WIC, and create a federal resource clearinghouse for pregnant women. While policies such as these support pro-life efforts, the fight against abortion must continue through federal and state-level efforts, charity, and cultural transformation. America's future depends on the protection of the unborn.
The New American: Show The Nice Man Your Resume, Tyler - The New American
Parents accompanying their children to job interviews and intervening in their work battles is becoming a disturbing trend. Recession-nurtured, first-job-anxiety could be responsible or the root cause lies in parents coddling their kids their entire life, some form of childhood cocooning that prevents them from learning to deal with the uncertainty and confusion of life. The daily doings of the helicopter parents and their kids have been made more challenging by the pandemic. Learning self-reliance and risk-taking may be the cost of prohibiting kids from developing vital life lessons, including frustration, misunderstandings, and how to deal with problems independently.

Foreign Policy: North Korea Does More Cyberspying Than You Think
North Korea's cyber program is largely focused on espionage rather than financially motivated cybercrime, according to a new report by cyber-intelligence firm Recorded Future. The report analysed 273 cyberattacks over 14 years and found that more than 70% of them were motivated by information collection, with government entities being targeted most frequently. Pyongyang predominantly seeks information on how adversaries think and access to technologies that will aid it in a conflict. The US is a distant second in the list of targets, at 8.5% of attacks, with almost 80% of attacks where geographical information was available having taken place in Asia.

The Epoch Times: Real Estate Crosscurrents
May's report on homebuilding showed a surge in activity after a long decline. Rising mortgage rates have a depressing effect, but real estate is seen as an inflation hedge, which should moderate the ill effects of high mortgage rates while showing that people expect general inflation to last, making the Fed's inflation fight more difficult. The allures of real estate to fix the cost of shelter and the outstripping returns on other forms of investment, particularly during periods of inflation, look attractive even if people must stretch to shoulder financing.

The Federalist Papers: Navy Detected the Titanic Submersible's Implosion 5 Days Ago, But It Was Kept Under Wraps
The U.S. Navy has been using classified technology to detect sounds in the search for the lost Titan submersible. Although they detected sounds suspected to be the implosion of the vessel, officials have yet to conclusively link them to the Titan. The Navy has not named the system that detected the noises due to national security reasons.
After the U.S. Navy detected underwater noises, the search for the Titanic-exploring submersible, the Titan, has turned up no results. Reports of knocking and other sounds have yet to be linked to the Titan's implosion. The notion that the crew may have attempted to contact the outside world was dispelled when the Coast Guard announced both the loss of the Titan and the futility of the search.

The Navy reportedly kept quiet about it, as they were not completely certain it was the sub. Representatives have criticized the military's handling of the situation as an "epic failure of leadership".

The Titan submersible had intended to explore the ruins of the Titanic but lost communication on its first dive. The crew is presumed dead.

Breitbart: Warner Bros. to Implement AI Film Management System
Warner Bros. has signed a deal with Cinelytic for an AI-driven project management system that can assess the value of stars and how much a film is expected to make, reducing the time executives spend on repetitive tasks and providing better financial parameters. The platform can calculate in seconds what would take days for a human to assess, including pricing and creative decision-making. This comes amid the ongoing Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike, as Disney recently faced backlash for employing AI to create the opening credits of its new Disney+ Marvel series Secret Invasion.
