Smaller crowds and fewer new faces in attendance are raising concerns among donors and fundraisers across the country, who worry that early fundraising efforts are not delivering as hoped.
The Federalist: Time Is Running Out On Biden's Election-Takeover Bomb
President Biden's Executive Order 14019, titled "Promoting Access to Voting," is illegal and unconstitutional as it commands federal agencies to engage in overtly political activities that will affect elections. The order directs every federal agency to use taxpayer-funded resources to engage in voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts, which are overtly partisan activities reserved for political parties, not government. The order violates the National Voter Registration Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, the elections clause of the Constitution, and the Anti-Deficiency Act. Congress and state attorneys general can work together to stop this scheme by suing the Biden administration seeking a permanent injunction barring agencies from carrying out Executive Order 14019. Congress can also advance legislation to cut off the funding needed to carry out this executive order and use its subpoena and oversight power to gather evidence.

The Boston Celtics are shaking things up by acquiring Kristaps Porzingis from the Washington Wizards and sending Marcus Smart to the Memphis Grizzlies.
