Red State: HUGE: Transcript Shows Joe Biden in the Room While Hunter Biden Threatened Chinese Officials to Pay Them, DOJ Sunk the Investigation Into the Matter
New transcripts from the House Ways and Means Committee reveal that Hunter Biden threatened his Chinese paymasters that his father, Joe Biden, would destroy them if they were not paid immediately. The messages were sent over WhatsApp in 2017. Henry Zhao, one of Hunter's Chinese paymasters, is implicated in a bribery scheme and has ties to the Chinese Communist Party. The testimony also alleges that the FBI obfuscated possible evidence implicating Joe Biden in various crimes.
Investigators found WhatsApp messages from Hunter Biden to Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, where Biden threatened that Joe Biden would destroy Zhao if they were not paid immediately. The messages implicate Zhao in a bribery scheme and link him to the Chinese Communist Party. The FBI also allegedly obfuscated possible evidence implicating Joe Biden in various crimes. Assistant US Attorney Leah Wolfe also forbid FBI agents from asking about "the big guy," which could implicate the now-President. This scandal is bigger than any other presidential scandal in American history.

The WSJ editorial board said Alito would not have received a fair response from ProPublica and highlighted the media's one-sided defense of the outlet. ProPublica editor in chief Stephen Engelberg expressed dismay at Alito's decision and the WSJ's framing of his essay, but ProPublica had misled readers by omitting relevant information.

California mom Abigail Martinez testified in front of the California Judiciary Senate, claiming that her daughter, Yaeli, was “murdered by gender ideology.” Yaeli had identified as male in high school and was allegedly encouraged by the school and her LGBTQ support group to take hormones, undergo gender reassignment surgery, and not speak to her mother about it. Ultimately, Yaeli was taken from her home by the California Child Protective Services and moved to a group home where Martinez was only allowed to visit her once a week for an hour. Yaeli later committed suicide. Martinez criticized the state of California for taking children from their families and forcing them to choose between affirming drugs and removal of healthy body parts or losing their child.

Elon Musk announced on Twitter that the terms "cis" and "cisgender" will be considered slurs on the platform. This decision came after writer James Esses received abusive tweets from transgender activists who used the term "cis" after he rejected the label. Musk warned that repeated, targeted harassment will result in temporary suspension of accounts. The origins of the term "cisgender" were also highlighted, as it was coined by a German sexologist who argued that exposing children to pornography was harmless. This is the first time a mainstream term from the political left has been deemed off-limits on a major social media platform.

The complaint reports that facilitating cancellation is not “the primary purpose of the Prime cancellation process” but the process still only takes under a minute to perform. Amazon argues that the complaint is disingenuous, and calls on the FTC to target firms whose behavior is actually fraudulent or contrary to the consumer-welfare standard.

Numerous groups are now questioning whether she should be able to practice law, with some petitioning the American Bar Association to revoke CUNY Law School's accreditation.
Prominent California educational leaders are pushing Critical Race Theory (CRT) lessons that praise Marxist Angela Davis, who has looked up to Osama bin Laden. Some on the left and right have already condemned the move. Teachers have also been caught out promoting the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which supports the Palestinian cause and wants Israel to be boycotted over human rights abuses. Such activism is now impacting students at all levels, leaving many with no choice but to wear their views on their sleeve or face alienation and discrimination.

Several "suspicious" packages have been sent to Tennessee lawmakers, leading to the offices being shut down and a lockdown being put in place on the sixth floor out of an abundance of caution. The FBI is investigating the incident, with hazmat teams on the scene to assess the substance. A source said the letter contained a white powder substance and mirrored threatening letters received by Kansas Republican lawmakers, with both being signed "your secret despiser" and listing a return address for a transgender activist who passed away several years ago.
Kansas legislators and officials also reported receiving letters containing white powder since Friday, with some suspecting political motives. So far, it appears the letters have been sent exclusively to Republicans, and the KBI and the FBI are working together on investigating the issue. The substances tested so far are not explosive nor biohazard, but officials have asked everyone to remain vigilant in handling mail. One Republican lawmaker believes the letters could be linked to Republicans overriding the Democratic governor's vetoes.
