HUGE: Transcript Shows Joe Biden in the Room While Hunter Biden Threatened Chinese Officials to Pay Them, DOJ Sunk the Investigation Into the Matter
New transcripts from the House Ways and Means Committee reveal that Hunter Biden threatened his Chinese paymasters that his father, Joe Biden, would destroy them if they were not paid immediately. The messages were sent over WhatsApp in 2017. Henry Zhao, one of Hunter's Chinese paymasters, is implicated in a bribery scheme and has ties to the Chinese Communist Party. The testimony also alleges that the FBI obfuscated possible evidence implicating Joe Biden in various crimes.

Investigators found WhatsApp messages from Hunter Biden to Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, where Biden threatened that Joe Biden would destroy Zhao if they were not paid immediately. The messages implicate Zhao in a bribery scheme and link him to the Chinese Communist Party. The FBI also allegedly obfuscated possible evidence implicating Joe Biden in various crimes. Assistant US Attorney Leah Wolfe also forbid FBI agents from asking about "the big guy," which could implicate the now-President. This scandal is bigger than any other presidential scandal in American history.

The Blaze: Wall Street Journal fights back over criticism for letting Justice Alito scoop hit piece targeting him
Wall Street Journal fights back over criticism for letting Justice Alito scoop hit piece targeting him
The Wall Street Journal defended its decision to give Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito an opportunity to respond to a ProPublica hit piece that accused him of legal and ethical violations. Alito responded to the charges in a WSJ op-ed before ProPublica had a chance to publish its article. The WSJ editorial board said Alito would not have received a fair response from ProPublica and highlighted the media's one-sided defense of the outlet. ProPublica editor in chief Stephen Engelberg expressed dismay at Alito's decision and the WSJ's framing of his essay, but ProPublica had misled readers by omitting relevant information.

‘Murdered By Gender Ideology’: Mother Whose Daughter Committed Suicide Blasts Child Protective Services
California mom Abigail Martinez testified in front of the California Judiciary Senate, claiming that her daughter, Yaeli, was “murdered by gender ideology.” Yaeli had identified as male in high school and was allegedly encouraged by the school and her LGBTQ support group to take hormones, undergo gender reassignment surgery, and not speak to her mother about it. Ultimately, Yaeli was taken from her home by the California Child Protective Services and moved to a group home where Martinez was only allowed to visit her once a week for an hour. Yaeli later committed suicide. Martinez criticized the state of California for taking children from their families and forcing them to choose between affirming drugs and removal of healthy body parts or losing their child.

Breitbart: Elon Musk: 'Cis' And 'Cisgender' Considered Slurs on Twitter
Elon Musk: 'Cis' And 'Cisgender' Considered Slurs on Twitter
Elon Musk announced on Twitter that the terms "cis" and "cisgender" will be considered slurs on the platform. This decision came after writer James Esses received abusive tweets from transgender activists who used the term "cis" after he rejected the label. Musk warned that repeated, targeted harassment will result in temporary suspension of accounts. The origins of the term "cisgender" were also highlighted, as it was coined by a German sexologist who argued that exposing children to pornography was harmless. This is the first time a mainstream term from the political left has been deemed off-limits on a major social media platform.

Newsbusters: DARK: NewsNation Displays ‘Countdown’ to Titanic Sub Passengers Dying
DARK: NewsNation Displays ‘Countdown’ to Titanic Sub Passengers Dying
A submersible carrying five people is running out of oxygen, and a timer counting down the oxygen supply appeared on NewsNation. Host Ashleigh Banfield criticized the U.S. government for not launching a rescue effort sooner, and the Coast Guard did not confirm the banging sound was heard until 21 hours after it was first reported. The timer may be an attempt to shame officials over their slow response time. However, the graphic comes off as sensationalist and there could have been better ways to address the situation.

National Review: The Corner: Khan vs. Amazon
The Corner: Khan vs. Amazon
Yesterday, the FTC sued Amazon for enrolling consumers in Amazon Prime without consent and sabotaging their attempts to cancel, alleging that Amazon "duped millions of customers into unknowingly enrolling," in spite of Amazon's claims to make the process clear and simple. The complaint reports that facilitating cancellation is not “the primary purpose of the Prime cancellation process” but the process still only takes under a minute to perform. Amazon argues that the complaint is disingenuous, and calls on the FTC to target firms whose behavior is actually fraudulent or contrary to the consumer-welfare standard.

The Epoch Times: Green Monkeys, You Say? BioNTech’s mRNA Factory and the Marburg Virus
Green Monkeys, You Say? BioNTech’s mRNA Factory and the Marburg Virus
Green monkey DNA has been found in mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines, leading to concerns about contamination and links to previous virus outbreaks. The production facility for BioNTech, the legal manufacturer of the Pfizer vaccine in Europe, is located in Marburg, where the infamous Marburg virus outbreak began in the 1960s after laboratory workers were exposed to infected monkey tissues. BioNTech recently purchased the same facility and received a grant from the German government, which raises questions about the safety of the mRNA production process. The facility also has ties to Nazi experimentation.

Over 10% of Canadians Did Not Disclose True Vaccine Status When Polled: Federal Memo
Over 10% of Canadians lied about receiving three COVID shots in a federal poll conducted in March 2022, potentially due to a fear of social repercussions or a lack of trust in institutions. The findings were revealed in an internal memo by the Privy Council Office, which noted a similar trend in a poll conducted a year prior, as well as during the initial vaccine rollout. The Canadian population was also divided over vaccine mandates, with 22% expressing skepticism and 11% reporting a complete lack of trust in institutions.

Fox News: CUNY Law student breaks silence on 'evil' 'anti-American' commencement speech: 'Would not change single word'
CUNY Law student breaks silence on 'evil' 'anti-American' commencement speech: 'Would not change single word'
Fatima Mousa Mohammed, a CUNY Law grad, has spoken out after receiving backlash for her speech, which called the US military and NYPD "fascist" and was deemed "anti-Semitic" and a "call for insurrection." Mohammed claimed she was then subjected to harassment and threats, which impacted her studies for the New York Bar. She stated she would "not change a single word" and believed the pushback was to "stifle, censor, and intimidate me away from Palestine organizing." Numerous groups are now questioning whether she should be able to practice law, with some petitioning the American Bar Association to revoke CUNY Law School's accreditation.

Prominent California educational leaders are pushing Critical Race Theory (CRT) lessons that praise Marxist Angela Davis, who has looked up to Osama bin Laden. Some on the left and right have already condemned the move. Teachers have also been caught out promoting the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which supports the Palestinian cause and wants Israel to be boycotted over human rights abuses. Such activism is now impacting students at all levels, leaving many with no choice but to wear their views on their sleeve or face alienation and discrimination.

Daily Wire: Top Tennessee Republicans Receive Suspicious Packages, Radical Trans Activism Suspected
Top Tennessee Republicans Receive Suspicious Packages, Radical Trans Activism Suspected
Several "suspicious" packages have been sent to Tennessee lawmakers, leading to the offices being shut down and a lockdown being put in place on the sixth floor out of an abundance of caution. The FBI is investigating the incident, with hazmat teams on the scene to assess the substance. A source said the letter contained a white powder substance and mirrored threatening letters received by Kansas Republican lawmakers, with both being signed "your secret despiser" and listing a return address for a transgender activist who passed away several years ago.

Kansas legislators and officials also reported receiving letters containing white powder since Friday, with some suspecting political motives. So far, it appears the letters have been sent exclusively to Republicans, and the KBI and the FBI are working together on investigating the issue. The substances tested so far are not explosive nor biohazard, but officials have asked everyone to remain vigilant in handling mail. One Republican lawmaker believes the letters could be linked to Republicans overriding the Democratic governor's vetoes.

The Denver Nuggets Load Up On 2023 NBA Draft Picks, But How Will They Use Them?
Denver Nuggets general manager Calvin Booth makes moves to add a first-round selection and two second-round picks, consolidating their draft capital from the future to the present, with the aim of keeping the team competitive in the short term. With the guaranteed salaries of key players bringing the team's total payroll right up against the luxury tax, Booth looks to fill out the remainder of their roster with low-paying contracts and affordable rookie contracts. As the Nuggets enter tonight's draft with three picks, they have several potential options for their draft strategy, including drafting with all three picks, consolidating picks to move up further, or trading for a more experienced player.

The Epoch Times: Take a Walk in the Woods
Take a Walk in the Woods
Summer hikes require preparation with a plan, shared with others. Basic gear like sunscreen, water, cell phone, hat, and energy bars are a must. Consider adding a trauma kit, compact pocket knife, compass, LifeStraw, and flashlight with extra batteries. Stay on the trail and wear shoes with good traction that enclose the entire foot. Matches or a lighter, and a compact axe like The Woodsman from Manly Bands are handy for building an emergency shelter or making a fire.
