Fox News: Adam Schiff censured: 6 Republican lawmakers vote 'present'
Rep. Adam Schiff has been censured by the House of Representatives for pushing accusations that former President Trump collaborated with Russia in the 2016 election. The vote was 213-209 along party lines with the majority of Republicans supporting the resolution and all Democrats opposing it. six GOP members voted "present" including the five Republicans on the House Ethics Committee. The measure subjects Schiff to an ethics committee investigation into "falsehoods, misrepresentations, and abuses of sensitive information." Democrats responded by chanting "shame" as the vote was announced.
Fox News: George Soros’s prosecutors wage war on law and order
Billionaire George Soros funneled $350,000 to the Pennsylvania Justice and Public Safety PAC, which contributed the majority of funding for Matt Dugan's campaign to become the public defender for Allegheny County in the Democratic primary, with Dugan's promises to give lenient plea offers and concentrate on violent crimes. Similar Soros-backed district attorneys in San Francisco, Chicago, St. Louis, Boston, and Baltimore have also caused disastrous consequences in their cities, engaging in prosecutorial nullification by refusing to prosecute entire categories of crimes, watering down felonies, and refusing to ask for bail. Krasner, Philadelphia's Soros-funded district attorney, saw murders up 63% and shootings up 78%, but dismissed the crisis of crime and violence, leading many to consider the rogue prosecutor movement dangerous and systematically destroying America's communities.
The American Spectator: Special Counsel Durham Further Unveils Russia Collusion Hoax
The FBI conducted the Crossfire Hurricane investigation based on uncorroborated evidence in the Steele dossier, damaging the public’s trust in the Department of Justice, according to special counsel John Durham’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee. The Clinton campaign and the DNC funded the Steele dossier, which contained allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government during the 2016 election cycle. The Durham report noted that the FBI relied on the dossier and FISA applications, even though they were aware that the material was likely originating from a political campaign.

Progressive House Democrats plan to boycott Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech to a joint meeting of Congress over India's human rights record. Modi is accused of engaging in systematic human rights abuses of religious minorities and cast-oppressed communities, as well as oppressing the roughly 220 million Muslims living in India. Instead of attending, some members of Congress will host a briefing with human rights groups to discuss Modi's record of repression and violence.
Flag And Cross: House Democrats Throw On-Floor 'Temper Tantrum' as Schiff Is Officially Censured

The Economist: One year after Dobbs, America’s pro-life movement is in flux
United States | Abortion politics
One year after Dobbs, America’s pro-life movement is in flux with factions jockeying to lead it. Pro-lifers called for punishment for rapists instead of exceptions for rape and incest in a recent Louisiana house's criminal-justice committee bill vote. Pro-lifers have different priorities, with some advocating for policies and legalizing bans, while others dream of a federal ban and going after birth-control pills. The movement now faces fiercer opposition, with a growing percentage of people finding the new patchwork of policies morally untenable. Two broad camps are jockeying to set the movement’s direction, with younger pro-lifers tending to be more absolutist.

Fox News: OUSTED FROM NO. 1: Bud Light needs to 'poke fun' at faults and appeal to 'fun, witty' base: 30-year beer vet
Bud Light's sales continue to plummet following backlash from a partnership with transgender activist, Dylan Mulvaney. Founder of Ahead of The Curve Strategy, Ethan Stienstra, suggests Bud Light needs a witty and funny comeback campaign that pokes fun at their own faults to appeal to their alienated base. Anheuser-Busch has seen a drop in sales and drop in market value by over $35bn since partnering with Mulvaney, while Coors Light and Miller Lite have seen an increase in sales over the same period. Reinventing the brand will take a while, but they need to focus on their messaging and DNA to regain the number one brand in America.
Daily Wire: Elitist L.A. Sex Club Bans Its Founder After He Said Hunter Biden Was A Former Member
Sex club founder Damon Lawner was banned from his own club, Snctm, after claiming in a now-deleted Instagram story that Hunter Biden was a former member. The club, which charges $75k a year, has strict privacy and safety policies, and according to a spokeswoman, it does not confirm or deny the identities of attendees. Lawner founded Snctm in 2013, but sold it for $1m in 2019 after his hedonistic lifestyle ruined his marriage and relationship with his children.
Hunter Biden's former exploits are no secret, but Lawner's claim caused him to lose his membership and the club distanced itself from Lawner’s claims. Biden is also in the midst of a legal challenge where he will plead guilty to two tax crimes and admit to facts of a gun charge when he appears before a judge in late July. However, he is not expected to face any jail time. As for Lawner, he told the Los Angeles Times that he risked losing his membership by publicizing what he said about Biden.
PJ Media: The Unsettling Emergence of Transgender Summer Camps: An Attack on Childhood Innocence
New transgender summer camps for children as young as four years old are spreading across America, promoting a lifestyle that young children are not equipped to understand. Voice training, makeup sessions, and other trans-centered activities are pushing children down a path they may not be ready to tread. These camps are cropping up all over the country, and parents are not allowed to attend sessions with their children. This is a violation of parental rights and deeply troubling.
These camps force children into a box and tell them who they should be, preventing them from being guided and nurturing their natural growth. Every parent who sends their child to a camp like this needs to question their decision, and society needs to question whether such parents should retain their parental rights. Children should be protected from a social experiment they are too young to comprehend. This is not just a conservative issue but an issue of basic human rights and decency.

Foreign Policy: How to Curb Corruption in Ukraine’s Postwar Reconstruction
Ukraine's postwar reconstruction is crucial for curbing corruption and ensuring successful recovery. The US Congress is currently structuring a fifth supplemental appropriations bill for Ukraine to aid in reconstruction efforts. Curbing corruption is crucial and will require an international, multilateral coordination and oversight framework. An independently integrated management office needs to be set up for administering the reconstruction effort, which should be housed within the State Department. An auxiliary, unified in-country, on-site construction management authority is needed to better manage all US-funded reconstruction operations.

The Economist: Greece votes, again, following the sinking of a migrant boat
A tragic shipwreck in the Mediterranean has thrown the issue of European migration policy, and particularly Greece’s treatment of migrants, into the spotlight. On 14 June, over 700 asylum-seekers died when a fishing boat capsized off the coast of Greece. The disaster and the huge loss of life have cast a shadow over the Greek parliamentary elections held on 25 June. The election will determine whether the right-of-centre New Democracy (ND) party led by former prime minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, wins a majority in parliament. ND is expected to win overall, but it remains unclear whether it will win enough seats to form a government.
The sinking of the migrant boat has raised questions over the behaviour of the Greek coastguard, with some accusations that it failed to avert the disaster. International investigators are looking into the tragedy. The majority of the victims are believed to be from Egypt, Pakistan, Palestine and Syria.
The Epoch Times: Cyber Threats From China and Russia
China and Russia are the biggest cyber threats to US security, according to the 2023 Annual Threat Assessment of the US Intelligence Community. The countries are accused of exploiting vulnerabilities within technology and stealing data, as well as controlling information in a bid to disseminate propaganda and misinformation. In addition, the US Department of Homeland Security is particularly concerned about cyberattacks on critical national infrastructure, with the US grid seen as particularly vulnerable as many of its components are over 30 years old. Meanwhile, Russia is known to have developed anti-satellite weapons, an electricity disruption weapon and cyber espionage capabilities.

Biden previously said that Xi got upset over the U.S. Air Force shooting down a Chinese spy balloon because he did not know it was there, embarrassing dictators when they are unaware. The comments drew a strong rebuke from the Chinese government and the White House has not commented.

The Epoch Times: Funding Plea to Stop ABC Losing Its Voice in Pacific
Australia's national news broadcaster, the ABC, has warned that more funding is required to compete in the Pacific region, following years of cuts leading to service shutdowns. The ABC's international services head, Claire Gorman, disclosed that the broadcaster allocates just $11m per annum for its international reporting compared to high levels of funding being allocated by nations such as France, at $400m, the UK at $700m, the US at $1bn and China with over $3bn. International media services are among the most powerful, effective and immediate tools of government influence that can amplify public diplomacy initiatives, which the ABC attributes to Australia’s positive influence in the region. The ABC has a presence across the Indo-Pacific region, with a history spanning over 80 years, reaching 38 countries and territories in the area.

Currently, Cohen, or any other Director nominee, does not require Senate confirmation until 2025, which Cruz believes is unacceptable due to Cohen's "history of engaging in partisan left-wing politics." Even Cohen's home state senators are not in support of her appointment, citing her role in recommending school shutdowns and enforcing the state's emergency declaration for far longer than was necessary.
