The Epoch Times: Proposal to Ban Secret Rental Bidding Comes Under Fire in Australian State
New South Wales has proposed a law, which will ban secret rent bidding to ensure transparency for tenants. However, some tenant advocates and real estate agents claim that the proposed legislation will drive up prices rather than providing relief to tenants seeking affordable accommodations. They warned that the proposal would spark legal rental auctions and create more pressure on tenants to offer more than the asking price, leading to adverse outcomes. The average Sydney rent has risen more than 13% in the past year, forcing the average apartment tenant to find an extra $106 per week. The inquiry report is due before parliament returns on June 20.

Fox News: Public university display teaches 'Christian privilege is directly connected to White supremacy'
An Indiana professor has been criticized for a bulletin board in the university's hallway displaying six full pages of detailed information about Christian privilege. The display has been titled "Understanding Christian Privilege" and was up for the entire school year. The board asserts that Christians receive unfair advantages in society due to the perception that Christianity is status quo while other religions are not. The material also claimed that Christian privilege is linked to white supremacy and settler colonialism and that this advantage is problematic.
The bulletin board included a "Christian Privilege Checklist" for students to evaluate their favored status as Christians. The list is suggested to have made students feel guilty for their religious beliefs. The board listed other privileged groups such as White people, males, heterosexuals, Middle-aged people, and English-speaking people, claiming that other religions or attitudes about religion were marginalized and overlooked or even perceived as troubling, problematic, or suspicious. The University has not made a statement about the bulletin board and refuses to make any comments.

Lewis, endured a period of separation from his wife, Florence, due to the moving of his job with Oxford University Press to Oxford. Though he resented the separation, Williams initiated a daily exchange of letters with Florence that lasted until he fell ill three days after Germany's surrender. During this exchange, Williams dealt with everything from financial troubles and sartorial difficulties to the spiritual darkness of the war. Throughout, he maintained a strong love for Florence, whom he affectionately called Michal. Despite dark times, Williams continued to produce prolifically, and his influence on writers such as W.H. Auden and Dorothy L. Sayers endured long after his death.

PJ Media: Trump Needs a Reality Check on the mRNA Jabs
Iowa voter tells Trump vaccines caused deaths, but he praises the jabs at smaller events. He claims to have been able to get the vaccine done rapidly, but he was never for mandates. A big portion of the country still believes the vaccines were a great thing, but recent studies show the mRNA jabs can cause a range of medical problems, including myocarditis in young men. Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates were behind the vaccine push, and effective early treatment was hindered, leading to lockdowns. Monoclonal antibodies were effective but did not receive enough attention. Trump should focus on his recovery with Regeneron and blame Biden and Fauci for not making alternative treatments more available.
