Breitbart: Analysis: Mass Immigration Spikes Share of Low-Income Students in U.S.
Increased legal and illegal immigration to the US has disproportionately impacted low-income public school students, with the share of students from immigrant-headed households having more than tripled since 1980, according to U.S. Census Bureau data analyzed by the Center for Immigration Studies. Though 83% of those students are born in the US, almost 30% have parents who are illegal aliens. The House Homeland Security Committee reported that an influx of limited English proficiency students is starting to overwhelm US public schools. A 2021 report in the New York Times revealed that there is a significant impact on child poverty rates in the US, primarily a result of immigration.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr called for federal investigators to release an FBI document alleging an illegal bribery scheme between Joe Biden and a foreign national after the plea deal with Hunter Biden over tax charges. Hunter will plead guilty to failing to pay around $100,000 in taxes for 2017 and 2018, with the charges being misdemeanors. However, Barr suggested that the investigation into the Bidens should be thoroughly accounted for regarding allegations of bribery, money laundering, influence peddling, and internal wrongdoing. Barr also urged House Republicans to continue their investigations into the Biden family since the administration is likely to stonewall efforts to make more information public.

The indictment was brought by government gangster and federal henchman Jack Smith, who serves as special counsel to the Biden administration’s Department of Justice. It is believed to be covering up the Biden family’s long history of corruption.
The legal arguments aside, the indictment of Trump has led to criticisms that the country has been turned into a banana republic with a two-tiered justice system. It is seen as an attempt by the ruling elite to silence, destroy, and arrest opposition. In addition, it was noted that several high-profile individuals, including the Clintons, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Mike Pence, have taken home classified documents without facing any legal consequences. Trump, who is currently the leading candidate for both the Republican Party and the White House in 2024, according to polls, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

California Democrats are accused of dividing communities with their affirmative action policies. The latest accusation involves Assembly Constitutional Amendment 7, which advocates the repeal of Proposition 209. The 1996 initiative outlawed affirmative action by Californian authorities and was supported by most demographics except black voters. A UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies poll revealed that the 2020 attempt to repeal Proposition 209 was defeated by a majority, despite the support of both the California Teachers Association and the Califonia Federation of Teachers. Meanwhile, Assemblyman Corey Jackson (D-Perris) and Assemblyman Bill Essayli (R-Riverside) reached a Twitter conflict in which Jackson accused Essayli of White supremacy.
Affirmative action policies not only create division but also cover up the failures of the Californian government and their schools in lifting up disadvantaged communities. There is no surprise that the California Teachers Association and the California Federation of Teachers support the reintroduction of affirmative action policies, which are not a remedy for institutional issues that especially affect Black Americans. The anticipated US Supreme Court ruling against affirmative action policies, expected in the coming weeks, could resolve the matter, but Democrats like Jackson are promoting such policies to the detriment of the communities they claim to support.

On "Jesse Watters Primetime," Jesse Watters discusses the Durham probe and how Republicans are disputing the report finding no collusion between Trump and Russia. Watters claims that the Russia hoax was started by Hillary Clinton, and asks why the FBI investigated a lie for two and a half years, including using it to spy on the Trump campaign and shutting down investigations into the Clintons. He questions why Democrats are doubting John Durham's motives for investigating the matter.

Scott pledged to complete a probe into the Biden family, started by two Republican lawmakers, should they fall short of finishing their work. The senator added that the Department of Justice should not use the FBI to act against political opponents, including pro-life activists and parents who vocalize opposition about their children's education.

FBI whistleblower Steve Friend says the FBI and DOJ “willingly operate outside the boundaries of policy and law to achieve [their] ends.” He was partly reacting to new evidence and allegations from former Rep. Rick Renzi (R-AZ), who exclusively revealed the previous prosecutorial misconduct of Donald Trump’s prosecutors to PJ Media. Renzi and Trump, however, are not the only targets of a weaponized DOJ and FBI. Renzi was convicted on bribery and extortion charges, to which he pleaded “not guilty.” He was later given a full presidential pardon by Trump.
Friend listed other examples of federal, particularly FBI, misconduct. “They offered Christopher Steele $1 million to prove his fictional dossier claims,” he said. “They targeted General Michael Flynn for a process crime investigation and pressured him to plead guilty by threatening his family. They reinterpreted an Enron accounting law to charge January 6th subjects with felonies. They manipulated and withheld evidence during the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.” And besides more well-known public figures, the FBI and DOJ have targeted and continue to target pro-lifers, traditional Catholics, and parents concerned about woke curriculum. Renzi and Trump, sadly, are not exceptions.

Russian forces in eastern Ukraine are packing old armoured vehicles with explosives and sending them, unmanned, towards Ukrainian positions. In recent attacks, at least two of the vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs) sent out failed, but the Russians claimed that the other triggered a Ukrainian strongpoint and inflicted significant losses. Regiments of Russian and allied forces exist in the area around Marinka in eastern Ukraine, but it is not clear why VBIEDs are being employed instead of rockets and shells called in by the 381st Artillery Brigade. One possible explanation is that there is a shortage of rockets and shells.
Forbes: Ukraine Leak Suspect Jack Teixeira Pleads Not Guilty To Sharing Classified Documents
The Massachusetts Air National Guard member, Jack Teixeira, pleaded not guilty to charges of willful retention and transmission of classified information in federal court. Teixeira was in custody since April for what has been one of the most significant disclosures of defense documents in years, and each of the charges he faces has a maximum sentence of ten years in prison, up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000. According to prosecutors, Teixeira shared the sensitive information on a private Discord server from January.
