Anti-capitalist Colin Kaepernick claims that targeting 'Black Studies' is central to the GOP's 'white supremacist political project'
Colin Kaepernick claims that Republicans target "Black Studies" as part of their "white supremacist political project," as it threatens the status quo. He also suggests that capitalism must be resisted to promote "Black Liberation." Kaepernick, along with co-editors Robin D.G. Kelley and Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor, compiled "Our History Has Always Been Contraband: In Defense of Black Studies," which argues that critical engagement with U.S. history exposes white supremacy's link to capitalism.

Hunter Biden's Lawyer Makes Some Astonishing Comments About the Laptop During Interview
Hunter Biden has entered into a plea agreement and admitted guilt to two misdemeanor tax offenses and a felony firearm offense. He owed over $100,000 in federal taxes for both years in 2017 and 2018 when he received taxable income in excess of $1,500,000 each year. Hunter Biden possessed a firearm despite knowing he was an unlawful user of a controlled substance. The U.S. Attorney in Delaware revealed that the investigation is ongoing. Hunter's lawyer, Christopher Clark, said that his client is expected to be released without any conditions. The FBI had not asked Hunter Biden about the laptop despite information pertaining to the charges against him, leading to questions about the FBI's investigation. .

The Epoch Times: Laguna Niguel's 2nd Vacant City Council Seat Filled by Former Deputy Sheriff
Laguna Niguel's 2nd Vacant City Council Seat Filled by Former Deputy Sheriff
Former Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff Foster “Gene” Johns was appointed to fill a vacant seat on the Laguna Niguel City Council, and will be sworn in on June 20. He believes the three most important issues facing the city are maintaining public safety, fiscal responsibility, and supporting small businesses. Johns brings a "wealth of experience" to the council, according to the mayor, and regularly attends city council meetings.

Johns will fill the seat of Sandy Rains, who stepped down as the city’s mayor in February after two of her colleagues asked her to resign from the largely ceremonial position. Johns was appointed alongside estate planning attorney Stephanie Winstead, who replaced the previous councilor who resigned for unknown reasons. The appointments saved the city an estimated $658,000 by avoiding a special election.

Front Page Magazine: Karine Jean-Pierre Is Finally Right About Something
Karine Jean-Pierre Is Finally Right About Something
Karine Jean-Pierre, the press secretary for the Biden regime, said in an interview with theGrio that she is a historic figure and "walks in history every day" while admitting that she loves her job. Despite being incapable of performing her duties adequately, Jean-Pierre boasts of a confidence and swag in her role that has grown over time. She spends hours preparing for briefings with her team and has warned that being a press secretary is not for everyone, adding that "we're not going to get everything right." Jean-Pierre's tenure will undoubtedly go down in history as an example of the wrongheadedness and failure of the Left's identity politics agenda.

Jean-Pierre's interview with theGrio, a media network focused on black culture, highlights the primary focus of identity politics in this regime's administration. Her declaration that she is a historic figure and the weight of the world is on her shoulders, despite her inability to perform her job well, is indicative of the dangerous trend of giving important jobs to people based on the color of their skin and sexual preference rather than their ability to complete the job tasks. Jean-Pierre will be remembered as part of the problem in an advanced society that went mad and began giving important jobs to those who are unqualified.

The whistleblower, bank records, and House investigation will continue to investigate Joe Biden despite the plea deal.

Front Page Magazine: U.S. Catholic Bishops Supporting Illegal Immigration?
U.S. Catholic Bishops Supporting Illegal Immigration?
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has been accused of remaining silent on illegal immigration because it means wealth for the organization. Catholic groups within the US exploit Latin American migrants entering illegally to enrich themselves with money from taxpayers. It has been reported that the amount of federal immigration funding Catholic agencies received during the past 15 years grew exponentially. For Fiscal Year 2008, those organizations received $85 million. In Fiscal Year 2022, the total exploded to $618 million. During those 15 years, Catholic groups received $3.053 billion, among the highest totals for all charitable agencies. This information is only going to increase the conversation on in America.

Catholic agencies are being accused of not caring about the safety of children, and participating in human trafficking by encouraging and even helping migrants bypass legal channels to enter the United States. In other words, the USCCB and Catholic agencies participate in human trafficking. US tax dollars are financing organizations that, in turn, use that funding to transport and house illegal immigrants, including minors. The Catholic bishops have profited from illegal immigration while American society, as a whole, foots the bill. It appears that the bishops' support for illegal immigration could be considered a declaration of war against their fellow countrymen. This information raises concerns about the consequences of illegal immigration on American society, including its health-care system, criminal justice system, and educational system.

In the Sinai, Israeli Experts Say Weapons Smuggling is the Biggest Threat
An Egyptian police officer shot and killed three Israeli soldiers at the Egypt-Israel border, stating his desire to harm "infidels" from what he read in the Qur'an. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, but officials believe the terrorist was a lone wolf. Smuggling across borders in the region remains a huge security threat for Israel, and extremist activity is disrupting Israeli efforts to maintain the border with Egypt. .

Egypt and Israel both have reasons to halt the smuggling taking place across their shared borders. Israel's eastern border with Jordan has seen a recent increase in smuggling activity and weapons smuggling from Sinai into Gaza continues to pose a threat to Israel's security. The Egyptian government has offered to compensate the victims' families and preserve their security cooperation with the IDF. .

Connecticut Launches Investigation Into Hyundai, Kia Anti-Theft Technology As Thefts Go Viral On TikTok
Connecticut and New York have launched investigations into Hyundai and Kia over allegations that the lack of proper anti-theft technology in their vehicles has led to more car thefts across the US. Vehicle thefts have surged in recent months, with thefts of Kias and Hyundais becoming a viral phenomenon on social media. Videos circulated on TikTok show how to steal the cars, and some US cities have seen them account for 60% or more of their auto theft reports. The investigations follow a $200m settlement in May by the two car manufacturers for failure to install anti-theft immobilizers.

Forbes: Little Luis Arraez Flirts With .400 Batting Average For Miami Marlins
Little Luis Arraez Flirts With .400 Batting Average For Miami Marlins
Miami Marlins' Luis Arraez, a lefty-hitting infielder acquired from Minnesota Twins, has started well and could be headed to the All-Star Game. He is bidding to become the first player in the Modern Era to win back-to-back batting crowns in opposite leagues. With three five-hit games in 15-game span, Arraez was the first Marlin to hit for a cycle and is often on base ahead of "Comeback of the Year" candidate Jorge Soler. The team vaulted to 11 games over .500 by mid-June, with Arraez touted as the best trade acquisition of Miami Marlins general manager Kim Ng.

Arraez is a contact hitter, with a .327 lifetime batting average but just 16 home runs in 1,851 plate appearances, who has surpassed expectations at Miami defying criticism at Minnesota. Despite his lack of power and poor defense at first and second, manager Skip Schumaker instilled his players with a desire to win. Arraez is a relative bargain at $6,100,000, eligible for salary arbitration in 2024, and cannot test free agency before 2026. He is frequently compared to batting champions like Ted Williams, Tony Gwynn, George Brett, Rod Carew, and Ty Cobb, having produced three five-hit games in a calendar month and becoming the first player to reach 100 hits this season.

Astronomers Capture Two Million Distant Galaxies For 3D Map
Astronomers at Durham University have captured two million distant galaxies, black holes and stars to create the largest 3D map of the universe to date. The team, working with the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument, catalogued the distant objects in a step towards charting more than 40 million stars, galaxies and quasars. The project, which uses more than 5,000 robotically-controlled mini-telescopes and reveals the rate at which the universe is expanding, is set to understand dark energy, dark matter and the universe's evolution. The map will also provide new insights into the Milky Way and the physical properties of the cosmos.

OceanGate Was Reportedly Warned Titanic Sub Didn’t Meet Industry Standards 5 Years Ago—Posing ‘Catastrophic’ Threat
The Titan submersible, missing since Sunday morning, reportedly did not meet industry standards and had the potential for "catastrophic" outcomes, according to a 2018 letter from the manned underwater vehicles committee of the Marine Technology Society. The group raised concerns about OceanGate Expeditions’ plans to bring tourists to see the Titanic with the submersible, which is believed to be carrying five people, including OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush. The submersible was considered "experimental" and had not been reviewed by typical industry regulators. It is unclear whether OceanGate responded to the letter or obtained further review of its submersible.

The U.S. Coast Guard is working to locate the missing sub with the vessel potentially providing 40 hours of breathable air.
