The Epoch Times: 1,100 Migrants Arrive on Small Boats in Past Three Days
1,100 Migrants Arrive on Small Boats in Past Three Days
Over 10,000 migrants have arrived in the UK on small boats this year, including 486 on Friday and 374 on Saturday. The jump in arrivals is 1,000 less than at the same time in 2022. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has made stopping such crossings one of his key priorities for the year. Labour has criticised Sunak’s responses as a failure after a report warned the UK may not cope with a summer surge and that there was a “very real danger” of a build-up of people at a processing centre in Kent, due to a lack of outgoing accommodation for tens of thousands expected to arrive by 2024. American Thinker: As Biden’s dementia advances, he had to be pulled offstage after stumbling through a teleprompter speech
As Biden’s dementia advances, he had to be pulled offstage after stumbling through a teleprompter speech
Biden's increasing disorientation and need for help is becoming more obvious due to his dementia. Despite this, he and the Democrat establishment insist he will lead the 2024 ticket, but Xi Jinping may see his infirmity as an opportunity to act boldly. Evidence of his incapacity, such as mistaking the year and needing help to navigate, is collapsing the media's propaganda.

Watchdog hits John Kerry with science ethics complaint over climate change deaths claim
Ethics group Protect the Public’s Trust has filed a complaint against US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry, alleging he made comments that were misinformation about climate change. The group said Kerry violated federal scientific integrity policy when he claimed that greenhouse gas emissions cause the deaths of 15 million people annually, citing outdated data. PPT is asking for a federal investigation into Kerry's comments.

She cried hysterically when Trump got elected—now dismantles leftist ideology from inside
Ashley Smith, a former leftist who became a social media influencer and conservative thinker, shares how her worldview shifted after her adoptive father's death and the 2016 US presidential election. Her husband's vote for Donald Trump led her to listen to other perspectives and research facts, causing her to focus less on emotion and more on logic. She now critiques progressive ideals while advocating for gun rights and border protection, and prefers Ron DeSantis over Trump as a possible Republican nominee. She also supports the nuclear family and traditional gender roles but values being an agnostic conservative.

Liberty Nation: The Biden Spending Spree Continues Unabated
The Biden Spending Spree Continues Unabated
President Joe Biden visited California to kick off his fundraising for the 2024 election, highlighting his campaign message of addressing climate change. Biden joined Gavin Newsom at events where they extolled the virtues of the commander-in-chief when it comes to improving the environment. The visit included announcing $600 million for climate change projects, which will come from the Inflation Reduction Act, with $575 million awarded to community-led projects. Critics suggest that these efforts come at the expense of the American taxpayer, and Biden's joint fundraising agreements with all 50 state Democratic parties and Washington, D.C. is an opportunity to raise significant resources for his campaign.

American Thinker: The Swamp Strikes Back
The Swamp Strikes Back
Investigations into corruption and election fraud in Arizona expose the scope of bribery, real estate fraud, money laundering, tax evasion and more, implicating those in the highest levels of power and government across multiple states. Principal investigator Jacqueline Breger's report sparked political backlash, skepticism, and initial allegations of "no evidence," but the evidence contained is overwhelming, including depositions, names of those who benefited, and an upcoming book by the investigator. Despite scrutiny, investigations continue slowly and quietly, implicating both Republicans and Democrats in a fight to maintain their power and protect their financial interests.

Townhall: Can You Define Leftism?
Can You Define Leftism?
Leftism is the attempt to destroy the past, including the best from every institution and value. Liberals and leftists share almost no values, with liberals not believing in racial segregation or that males who identify as females should compete in women’s sports. Leftism seeks to replace moral categories with class and racial categories, as well as redefine marriage and destroy the distinction between man and woman. The Left’s aim is to fundamentally transform everything it touches.

WATCH: Climate Activists Get Forcibly Ejected From Granholm Event in Michigan
Climate activists are protesting Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm's events, calling for a ban on all fossil fuels. The activists have been forcibly removed after disrupting events in both Washington, D.C. and Birmingham, Michigan. Despite Granholm's support for renewable energy solutions, the activists accuse her of choosing money and destruction over Michigan residents and young people. They chant "Don't let our futures burn" and criticize Granholm's support for natural gas extraction. (, )

The Epoch Times: The One UN Representative Fighting for Women's Rights
The One UN Representative Fighting for Women's Rights
UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, Reem Alsalem, has condemned the actions of some trans activists who target and intimidate biological women. Despite being employed by the UN, which champions trans-friendly causes and language, Alsalem recognized the real threat to women's rights and issued a brave statement. She reported being inundated with stories of women and their allies being punished for expressing their views on sex and gender. Many of those who attack Alsalem champion women's rights in countries like Afghanistan and Iran but neglect the rights of women in their own countries. Attacks on biological females are real, with a number of examples cited including physical attacks on those who advocate for single-sex protections and sports categories, or challenge trans-friendly jargon, such as British activist Kellie-Jay Keen and swimmer Riley Gaines. Far-left transgender activists pose a significant threat to the public and something needs to be done to bridge the divide between the trans community and the non-trans community. There are many things that can and should be done to open up spaces for respectful, dignified discourse and debate, including referendums and citizen juries or assemblies.

These People Have to Be Stopped. Help Us Do It
June has become the month of Pride, but not everyone is on board with the radical LGBTQ+ agenda. Some of the most absurd initiatives have been met with public dissent. The cultural revolutionaries and their enablers in corporate America and elite institutions are being opposed by those who reject their premises, report on their outrages, argue against their logic, and mock them as warranted. The fight to defend truth and common sense, protect our children and our faith, and continue opposing the woke cultural revolutionaries is ongoing. Help us keep fighting by donating to our webathon goal of $100,000.

The Federalist: Ukraine's Failing Counteroffensive And A Blown Chance For Peace
Ukraine's Failing Counteroffensive And A Blown Chance For Peace
Ukraine counteroffensive is failing, and a stalemate is likely or Russia may win the war, leaving President Biden with the options of either escalating or admitting defeat. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has proposed providing "Israel status" to Ukraine with multi-year security guarantees. Recent evidence suggests that a peace deal was achievable, but Ukraine rejected it after UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson promised new weapons if Ukraine kept fighting, resembling Afghanistan's outcome.

Liberty Nation: Blinken Sets Bar Low for China Meeting – Barely Makes It Over
Blinken Sets Bar Low for China Meeting – Barely Makes It Over
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Chinese President Xi Jinping met in China to discuss areas where cooperation is mutually beneficial, but they failed to make progress towards better communications between their militaries, according to diplomatic writer Matthew Lee. The United States continues to assert its commitment to Taiwan's ability to defend itself, while refraining from making an official agreement with China regarding sovereignty over Taiwan. The Chinese Communist Party insisted that the relationship between China and the US remains consistent and stable, but countries in the region interpreted the visit as a modest success.

National Review: The Price of Blinken’s China Trip
The Price of Blinken’s China Trip
Secretary of State Blinken met with Chinese officials for two days to stabilize communication between the US and China, but the trip had few concrete results. Blinken secured a commitment to explore a working group on the export of fentanyl precursor chemicals from China but China is still withholding the resumption of military-to-military dialogue. Reports suggest the State Department is delaying several measures responding to Beijing’s misbehavior and Biden has downplayed the significance of the Chinese military-surveillance device that the PLA floated over several key US bases. The trip paves the way for other officials, including John Kerry, to visit China.

Japanese Designers Plan A Floating City To Combat Rising Sea Levels
N-Ark, a Japanese designer, plans to build Dogen City, a floating city, to provide a self-sufficient habitat for 40,000 residents. The city, measuring 4 kilometers in circumference, is circular in design to protect it from severe weather. A habitable ring, an undersea data center, and flexible inner ring structures are parts of the infrastructure. The development plan is expected to be completed by 2030 and will propose six elements to promote ocean development activities.

American Thinker: School Choice Will Supercharge the American Economy
School Choice Will Supercharge the American Economy
School choice programs have become increasingly popular across the US, with Arizona the first to introduce the idea, followed by seven other states. Families receive funding to educate their children independently, which can be spent on approved educational placements, such as private schools, online academies and tutors. As the benefits are becoming more apparent, other states are expected to follow suit. The programme has significant economic benefits, as the high cost of real estate in towns with good public schools leads to families having to sacrifice education funding. School choice will ultimately boost Americans’ net disposable income by hundreds of billions annually.

Opponents argue that redirecting funding from public schools will result in “taking away money” from social services. The truth is that the costs of public education are lowered for remaining children, making the program a net cost reduction for taxpayers. The substantial net savings provided can drive the economy forward, and marginal communities can benefit from greater attractiveness. Furthermore, school choice programs will provide children with greater educational opportunities, especially those with special needs, while empowering educators to experiment with innovative and promising teaching methods. The benefits of school choice far outweigh the costs, making it a prudent policy for any state to consider.

Forbes: Too Many Barriers For Milwaukee Bucks To Trade For Bradley Beal
Too Many Barriers For Milwaukee Bucks To Trade For Bradley Beal
Milwaukee Bucks were deemed unlikely suitors for an inevitable Bradley Beal trade due to scarce assets and only three players with salary-matching qualifications. Chris Paul, Landry Shamet, and multiple pick swaps were traded for Beal instead to the Phoenix Suns. Having only 22-year-old MarJon Beauchamp and two other second-rounders to offer for trading, Milwaukee had to attach assets and would have to trade one of their big three.

Why NBA Rookies Should Act Like CEOs To Avoid Losing The Millions They’re About To Make
Goldman Sachs wealth manager Nicole Pullen Ross advises incoming NBA class to build a trustworthy financial team to avoid fraud. Incoming players should be frugal, rent before buying a home, and do due diligence on their advisors. Pullen Ross notes that rookies' salaries can rapidly disappear due to expenses and fraud, emphasizing that players need to think and act like CEOs to ensure long-term financial security. She also warns that fraudulent activity in professional sports, such as what happened to NBA Hall of Famer Tim Duncan, is common.

The Epoch Times: Ex-infantry soldier shares crisis survival tips, says preparation is possible for everyone
Ex-infantry soldier shares crisis survival tips, says preparation is possible for everyone
Michael Major, an ex-infantry soldier, shares survival tips for families to prepare for a disaster, citing his experience as a peacekeeper in war-torn Bosnia where he witnessed people trying to survive. Major's book "No Grid Survival Projects" features practical projects for off-grid living, including a hydroelectric generator, a greenhouse for growing food, and an off-grid washing machine. He also emphasizes the importance of having water and off-grid power in a crisis and includes recipes for two ancient survival foods that can be stored for the long term. Major believes that the world should be prepared for a potential high-altitude nuclear detonation or coronal mass ejection, which could shut down the power grid completely, and encourages preparation for a "massive grid down scenario."
