American Thinker: Wanna Be a Good Samaritan? Fuhgeddaboudit…
Wanna Be a Good Samaritan? Fuhgeddaboudit…
A Black man was threatening subway passengers until a White ex-Marine intervened and restrained him, putting him in a recovery position. However, the White man was indicted for second-degree manslaughter by a left-wing Manhattan District Attorney because of his skin color. The incident raises questions about the concept of a Good Samaritan in a Democrat-controlled city under full socio-political polarization . The case highlights the vulnerability of anyone trying to do the right thing and the disastrous outcome that awaits them if something goes wrong. Good Samaritans are chumps in current times leading to increased violence and wanton crime in the Democrat cities.

WaPo faces ridicule for story on Ron and Casey DeSantis' marriage: 'Most flattering hit piece I've ever read'
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and his wife Casey have faced criticism from left-wing media outlets since the governor announced his 2024 presidential bid. The Washington Post published a feature report on the DeSantis family, calling their marriage "insular" and describing their relationship as "private." Co-host and former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said that the article is the most flattering hit piece she has ever read, adding that the themes of the piece seem to be that the couple "love being around each other." Some compared the DeSantis family's treatment by the media to another political powerhouse couple, the Clintons.

Texas Rangers face criticism for lack of Pride Night: 'Just ridiculous'
Texas Rangers face scrutiny for lack of Pride Night. The team has not held a Pride Night since 2003 due to immense backlash and protests. Current and former employees of the organization have spoken out about the issue, with one former employee saying the lack of action is a "bare minimum thing." Some speculate that the resistance to a Pride Night may come from team owner Ray Davis. The Rangers have said they support the LGBTQ+ community in various ways, but activists believe a Pride Night would be a positive marketing opportunity and boost revenue while promoting inclusivity.

Fox News: How courts handle death is such a mess that even for Walt Disney’s grandson it was no fairy tale
How courts handle death is such a mess that even for Walt Disney’s grandson it was no fairy tale
The issue of probate court abuse is widespread with accounts of physical, psychological, and sexual abuse, as well as financial exploitation. Legislative remedies to these problems exist in Arizona state legislature in the form of SB1291 and SB1038. Without these remedies, individuals can lose all decision-making power and civil rights and be legally prevented from seeing loved ones. The legislation being voted on in Arizona will help install clear protections for people's rights and is a fight that is needed to stop abuses in the probate system.

The Biden Admin Says It's Cracking Down on Illegal Chinese Vapes. You Can Still Buy Them Next Door to the FDA.
FDA warns tobacco retailers to stop selling illegal Chinese vapes, but conveniently overlooks a retailer in their own backyard. White Oak Convenience Store, located just 250 yards away from the FDA's headquarters, was caught selling an illegally flavored Elfbar BC5000 to a reporter. This highlights questions about the FDA's enforcement strategy for Chinese products and their failure to catch a retailer located right next to their headquarters.

American Thinker: About that student loan coming crisis thing...
About that student loan coming crisis thing...
President Biden's plan to forgive up to $20,000 in federal student loans is still undecided in the U.S. Supreme Court. The plan has opposition who say that Biden doesn't have the authority and that it's unfair. The student loan forgiveness plan is the next headline that appears to be the focus to divert attention.

The mass forgiveness of student loans has opposition from Republicans and conservatives who say that it's unfair and don't believe that Biden has the authority to do so. The lack of recognition present is that it's not just STEM majors that make laws and decide what's taught in schools, it's many disciplines that do so. The current student loan debt situation is not black and white with some of the loan contracts being unconscionable. The idea that the participation-ribbon-mentality has caused debt and the attitude to suck it up and pay it back does nothing to solve the problem.

Former Mafia boss, 88, convicted of ordering several murders pleads for 'compassionate release' from prison
Former Luchese crime boss Vittorio "Little Vic" Amuso is appealing for "compassionate release" from Butner federal prison due to his age of 88 and chronic medical conditions, as well as his "perfect institutional record," according to his defense attorneys. Amuso, convicted of ordering several murders in 1992, has been in jail for more than 31 years and suffers from various serious medical ailments that have left him mostly immobile. The attorneys cited Amuso's Catholic faith and devotion to his family, as well as the "grim" life expectancy for the elderly felon, as factors warranting his release.

The GOP is Losing the Vote Fraud War
In a Rasmussen poll, the majority of likely voters believe that cheating affected past and future elections. The Republican National Committee has done little to combat Democrat cheating. Despite calls for her resignation, Ronna McDaniel remains the RNC Chairman, with Donald Trump's backing, even though she has overseen three consecutive election losses.
