Breitbart: Biden's Migrant Mobile App Frees Over 100K Foreign Nationals into U.S.
Biden's CBP One mobile app has released over 100,000 illegal immigrants into American communities in just five months. The mobile app entices immigrants in Mexico to schedule appointments with DHS officials at the border in the hopes of being released into the US. The app has reportedly created a "safe, orderly, and humane" process at the border, but recent reports suggest that immigrants using the app are being extorted by Mexican officials. The app is also spurring Mexican drug cartel profits to boom. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against Biden, suggesting that it merely encourages and facilitates illegal immigration.

National Review: Tim Scott Vows to Finish Hunter Biden Probe if Elected: ‘The Big Guy Has Some Explaining to Do’
GOP senator and 2024 presidential candidate Tim Scott promised to investigate Hunter Biden and his family's overseas business deals if elected. Biden's son has been charged with illegally possessing a handgun and failing to pay taxes on time. While the plea agreement may allow Hunter to avoid jail time, Republican critics claim that it is a "sweetheart plea deal" that lets him off easy. The House Oversight probe into the Bidens' dealings appears to be ongoing, and Scott vowed to finish the investigation if elected president. ( )
The Epoch Times: Trump Expresses No Regrets Over COVID Policies, Jan. 6 Speech
Donald Trump defends his response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Capitol breach whilst in office, claiming he has no regrets. He also comments on Dr. Anthony Fauci and clarifies that he never mandated anyone to receive a vaccination. Trump still maintains that the election was "rigged" leading to Biden's victory. Finally, Trump suggests he may consider debating President Joe Biden again.
The Epoch Times: Alberta NDP Demands RCMP Investigation Into Premier, Citing Concluded Ethics Investigation
The NDP in Alberta has called for an investigation into the province’s premier, Danielle Smith, after alleging she improperly attempted to influence the legal system. The Ethics Commissioner of the province released a report that found the premier had acted inappropriately when she spoke to the Caretaker Minister of Justice regarding a case involving a street pastor and his followers that had been charged with offences related to Covid. The Commissioner raised concerns over the independence of the legal system in a case that had not been concluded. The Commissioner’s report did not find that Smith had interfered with Crown prosecutors or attempted to interfere with any court cases.
During her apology in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, Smith admitted that the Ethics Commissioner had branded her communications with the Minister as “improper,” while Smith acknowledged seeking advice. The Ethics Commissioner recommended that provincial MLAs undergo mandatory training on the constitutional framework of the country and the roles of the three branches of government. However, the NDP insisted the Commissioner’s findings required a criminal investigation, as New Democrat Party, Rachel Notley and Calgary MLA, Irfan Sabir, sent a letter to the RCMP demanding that an investigation be launched into Smith.

Breitbart: Deep Blue Illinois Ranks Dead Last on Racial Equality
Illinois ranks last in racial equality in the US, according to a study by WalletHub, in spite of state's "woke" policies. The study measured different metrics, including poverty, homelessness, employment, and home ownership, showing a lack of opportunities for economic success among minority citizens. Illinois has progressive income tax policies, set-asides for historically disadvantaged groups, and handouts for illegal aliens but has had no net job growth in two decades, high tax burdens, and GDP growth that ranks tenth-worst in the US. Citizens are fleeing the state to red states, including Florida, Texas, and Tennessee.
The Blaze: Judge strikes down Arkansas ban on transgender treatment for children, calling it unconstitutional
A law prohibiting transgender surgeries and treatments for minors in Arkansas has been struck down by U.S. District Judge Jay Moody. The law was passed in April 2021 after the state Senate overturned a veto by then-Governor Asa Hutchinson, but Moody ruled that it was contrary to the due process clause and equal protection rights of transgender people. The law would have banned puberty blockers and surgery for children. The state is appealing the ruling to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, with Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Republican Attorney General Tim Griffin criticising the decision.

Forbes: China Stocks Routed Amid Growth Worries; Alibaba Drops 4.5% After Surprise Leadership Switch
China-traded shares of major tech companies sharply declined due to fears of growth in the Chinese economy, strong competition in e-commerce, and geopolitical tensions with the US after a high-level meeting. Companies such as WuXi Biologics, Alibaba, and JD.com lost billions of market capitalizations as concerns over weak private and foreign investment grew, and hopes for a rebound in customer spendings declined. Alibaba's co-founder, Daniel Zhang, will resign as CEO to focus more on the firm's cloud business, and Joe Tsai, the company's billionaire vice-chairman, will replace him as the new chairman.

The Epoch Times: Southern California School District Considers Policy Notifying Parents of Students' Trans Status
The Chino Valley Unified School Board in California is considering a proposal that would require school staff to inform parents if their child identifies as transgender or non-binary. The proposal, introduced by Board President Sonja Shaw, contradicts state Department of Education guidance, which directs school districts to seek the student's consent before revealing their gender identity to parents. The Board plans to vote on the issue in July, and also voted 4–1 to block the LGBT pride flag from being displayed in classrooms. The near-300 participants at the meeting included advocates for parental rights and those expressing concern that the proposal would make LGBT students unsafe.
