Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Grandmother of Five in Fatal Crash
An illegal alien with a criminal record, Anastacio Bemol Mendoza, has been indicted for manslaughter charges in Texas, following a fatal crash that caused the death of Diane Hill Luckett. Mendoza ran a red light whilst driving under the influence and hit Luckett’s vehicle at 77 mph. Police claimed that Mendoza refused to speak English and became combative towards them. Mendoza has been arrested in the past and has also received several ICE detainers.
