Red State: Moore to the Point - Lean Into Your Dadness
Moore to the Point - Lean Into Your Dadness
Father's Day often gets overshadowed by Mother's Day, but both deserve equal recognition. Dads are often praised for their strength and wisdom, but their humor, specifically dad jokes, should also be recognized. Despite the groans they may elicit, dad jokes make the world a brighter place. Thank you to all the dads for upholding this tradition.

Fox News: Critical differences in protesting between liberals and conservatives. Here's why
Critical differences in protesting between liberals and conservatives. Here's why
The current source of protesting and cancel culture is coming overwhelmingly from within the extremely liberal wing of the Democratic Party, causing significant damage to our civic health and making it hard for many to question particular ideas and norms and disagree. Liberal faculty and students on campuses have become increasingly supportive of protests against speech, compared to their moderate and conservative counterparts, which has a dangerous impact on the country's democratic health. Despite distortions on social media, the data are clear: liberals engage in activism and protest more than most Americans, and this continuous activism and protest chills and stifles honest debate, making it hard for students to learn from one another.

Inside Myanmar’s Shadow Government in Washington

His office is a single-room tucked into a co-working space near the White House. Myanmar has been the center of one of the world's largest humanitarian crises due to the conflict between the military and ethnic armed militias, causing the displacement of over a million people internally.

American Thinker: Biden’s self-abasement toward China risks provoking an invasion of Taiwan
Biden’s self-abasement toward China risks provoking an invasion of Taiwan
President Biden's actions towards China show "provocative weakness," with him accepting a subordinate status. Biden almost performed a kowtow, and was talked out of calling Chairman Xi directly after a Chinese spy balloon was shot down. Instead of acting strong, Biden has acted weak, cowering in fear of the more powerful party. Secretary Blinken postponed a trip to Beijing, with China treating him as a supplicant. Biden continues to minimize China's threat, with Hunter Biden's business arrangements possibly playing a role.

Forbes: More Than 300 U.S. Mass Shootings Recorded Halfway Into 2023—This Year Is On Pace To Be Deadliest Ever
More Than 300 U.S. Mass Shootings Recorded Halfway Into 2023—This Year Is On Pace To Be Deadliest Ever
More than 300 mass shootings have occurred in the US this year, making 2023 on pace to become the deadliest year for mass shootings yet. The Gun Violence Archive defines a mass shooting as four or more people, excluding the shooter, being shot, and there have already been 311 of these incidents in 2023. In addition, there have been 23 mass murders so far this year, which is almost one per week in the first half of 2023. This rise in gun violence has prompted Democrats to push for stronger gun control measures, while Republicans argue that it is a result of poor mental health and law and order problems.

Fox News: What is Juneteenth? The history behind the oldest commemoration of the abolition of slavery in the US
What is Juneteenth? The history behind the oldest commemoration of the abolition of slavery in the US
Juneteenth, observed on June 19, commemorates the end of all slavery in the United States and is celebrated across the country. It now is on the list of federal holidays in the United States. Black Americans began to celebrate Juneteenth to mark the anniversary of June 19, 1865, the day when Texas – the last rebel state – officially abolished slavery. Juneteenth was made into a federal holiday during President Joe Biden's administration. Celebrations typically feature music, BBQs, prayer services, parades, festivals and other activities. The date became a point of contention in 2020 when the Trump administration announced it would hold a major campaign rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on June 19.
