Townhall: No Deal for Iran
No Deal for Iran
Biden's deal to placate Iran's Islamist regime is misguided and dangerous. It will empower them to continue their global terror, persecution of minorities, and goal to destroy Israel. Author Marziyeh Amirizadeh, once sentenced to death in Iran for her faith, urges the administration to choose freedom over appeasement.

Townhall: When You’re Told To Sit Down, Stand Up
When You’re Told To Sit Down, Stand Up
The left censors conversation on COVID origins, vaccines, and election fraud. The right silences those who challenge FBI whistleblowers and oppose defunding the FBI. Ideological tyranny thrives on both sides, with a manic attachment to narrative overriding evidence. Tyrants aren't just products of the left, with petty tyrants on the right obscenely malign and bully, forsaking the noble roots of conservatism. The FBI is in need of reform, not abolition. Some FBI whistleblowers behave reprehensibly, and not all should be blindly supported. We must speak the truth and not be silenced by bullies on either side.

Townhall: Why Democrats Won’t Debate Anymore
Why Democrats Won’t Debate Anymore
Liberals have given up on the concept of debate, making them incapable of engaging in vigorous discussions. MSNBC does not employ anyone who disagrees with their progressive orthodoxy and does not have serious discussions. They only engage in an endless stream of one-upmanship and shouting matches.

The American Spectator: The Juneteenth Hypocrisy of Biden and Obama
The Juneteenth Hypocrisy of Biden and Obama
Joe Biden and other Democrats celebrated Juneteenth as a federal holiday, but failed to acknowledge their party's history of supporting slavery, segregation, and racism, with not even a mention of apology. The Democrat Party was formed by slave owners and had six platforms supporting slavery from 1840-1860. There is also no reference to the seven Democratic presidents who owned slaves from 1800-1861, or the 20 platforms that supported segregation outright or were silent from 1868-1948. Democrats also opposed the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution, and opposed civil rights acts and the desegregation of the federal government. The party's history includes the formation of the Ku Klux Klan as well as supporting Jim Crow laws.

Spectator USA: Macron needs to get over AUKUS
Macron needs to get over AUKUS
France's President Emmanuel Macron is still angry over Australia's termination of the "contract of the century" to supply diesel-powered submarines to Canberra, despite the incident being declared officially closed. This anger is causing issues as AUKUS's importance increases, and France has an important role to play in an expanding AUKUS. The alliance morphs into something that could shape the West's coordinated response to regional strategic threats.

AUKUS has already deepened beyond submarines, covering undersea, advanced cyber and quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, electronic warfare, hypersonic and counter-hypersonic missile cooperation, and nuclear technology. The "Five Eyes" partnership between the AUKUS founders plus Canada and New Zealand allows AUKUS to evolve and adapt nimbly to regional strategic requirements, without prior commitment to action and without unduly provoking China by a formal alliance. Expanding AUKUS could include other threatened regional nations like Japan, South Korea, and possibly France, who may well bolster their Indo-Pacific presence and strategy through the EU, at present building its Indo-Pacific strategy.

Breitbart: Young Adult 'Magic' Mushroom Use Nearly Doubles in 3 Years
Young Adult 'Magic' Mushroom Use Nearly Doubles in 3 Years
Young adult use of hallucinogenic drugs, including "magic" mushrooms, has nearly doubled in three years to reach 6.6 percent of those aged between 19 and 30, according to a report in the journal Addiction. While therapeutic use of psychedelics remains rare, many young adults are engaging in youthful experimentation, often with increased risk of a "bad trip" that can lead to suicide. A study author suggested that public health officials face a growing societal disconnect over the risks and rewards of recreational drugs, as both marijuana and hallucinogens saw historic usage rates in this age group in 2021.

The Epoch Times: Australia Removes Moderna Vaccine for Children Under 5
Australia Removes Moderna Vaccine for Children Under 5
Australia has removed Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine for children five years and under due to concerns about fevers and other side effects. Health authorities changed their advice on COVID-19 booster shots for those 18 and under, now recommending that those without risk factors for severe COVID-19 should not receive a booster shot. In March, concerns were raised about the delay in updating the country’s adverse event notification database despite deaths, including those of two children aged 7 and 9, following receipt of the vaccine.

The American Spectator: Catholic Bishops Vote to Address Transgender Health Care
Catholic Bishops Vote to Address Transgender Health Care
Last Friday, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops voted to add guidance for Catholic health care providers on transgender surgeries and hormone treatments. The guidance will be incorporated into the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs), addressing the professional-patient relationship. This comes after the bishops issued a doctrinal note in March stating that Catholic health care services must not perform interventions, whether surgical or chemical, that aim to transform the sexual characteristics of a human body into those of the opposite sex, but prior to this vote, did not provide specific guidance.

The American Spectator: A Practical Remedy for University Cancel Culture
A Practical Remedy for University Cancel Culture
The dominance of progressive politics among faculty and administrators in American universities has led to cancel culture and a moral crisis, as well as fear of the power of the majority. Academics need to organize themselves preemptively on every campus in America and meet regularly to develop the confidence to speak and act when academic freedom is threatened. Such campus organizations could model their activities on those of the Academic Freedom Alliance, pledging mutual aid in times of threat.

Forbes: Can Rookie Catcher Bo Naylor Inject Some Life Into Cleveland Guardians’ Offense?
Can Rookie Catcher Bo Naylor Inject Some Life Into Cleveland Guardians’ Offense?
Cleveland Guardians' season has been discombobulated with bizarre statistics. With only 8 combined home runs, , it's not surprising they're last in the majors. They've had the fewest hits-by-pitches on both sides, hit the fewest players on the mound, and drawn the fourth-fewest walks, yet have drawn the most intentional walks. Starting with a losing record (33-38) in the first 71 games, fans' hopes are resting on the team's tendency to perform well in the second half of the season. Mike Zunino was a major disappointment for the team's defense and was called off for the new prospect, Bo Naylor, .
