Fox News: ICE nabs illegal immigrant convicted for child sex offense, who escaped after parole release in Illinois
ICE arrests Mexican illegal immigrant convicted of sexual assault of a child who absconded parole and escaped monitoring in Illinois. He will not yet be deported but returned to DOC to complete sentence as ICE has issued an immigration detainer for him. Border Patrol recently stopped four convicted sex offenders and over 5,700 illegal aliens who escaped into the US. A Texas trooper also discovered a Mexican illegal immigrant who was smuggling 12 illegal immigrants, including children, with a handgun and cocaine in his vehicle, and an illegal immigrant from Honduras who is an MS-13 gang member and on an international criminal organization watchlist.

President Biden tweeted that guns are the killer of kids in America, promoting gun control and banning AR-15 models. However, fact-checkers quickly pointed out that accidents are the leading cause of death for children and adolescents. For Biden's claim to be true, infants would be excluded and 18 and 19 year-olds would be counted as children, which is impossible as they are legally considered adults. Many were quick to respond to the tweet by pointing out that abortion is actually the killer of kids in America, something not mentioned by Biden or fact-checkers. Biden and the left are being dishonest about this issue to promote their political agenda.

Fox News: Texas man, 22, sentenced for murder he committed after removing ankle monitor
Jordan Isaiha Lopez was sentenced to 35 years in prison for fatally shooting Austin Balogun during a robbery after removing his court-mandated ankle monitor. Balogun was held at gunpoint, but managed to get ahold of a gun and shot Lopez in the hand before being fatally shot himself. Lopez's ankle monitor had been a condition of bond following a previous crime.
Daily Wire: Evidence In Trump Docs Case Contains Info On ‘Ongoing Investigations’ Involving ‘Uncharged Individuals’: Report
Federal prosecutors are reportedly set to give evidence to former President Donald Trump’s defense team that contains information about ongoing criminal investigations which could be used to identify individuals in the cases. Trump’s lawyers did not object to the request for a protective order on the documents. Some documents were about “ongoing investigations” and contained information that could be used to “identify uncharged individuals.” Trump was charged with 37 criminal counts, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and making false statements.
The Epoch Times: Road Rage Shooter Gets 410 to Life for Thanksgiving Killing in Costa Mesa
Lee Queuon Walker was sentenced to 410 years to life in prison for opening fire on a pickup truck full of six men in a road-rage dispute in Costa Mesa on Thanksgiving Day in 2022. Walker tearfully asked Lucas Rivera-Velasco’s family to “forgive me” for fatally shooting him and wounding four others before jurors took about two hours to also find true sentencing enhancements for discharge of a gun causing death or great bodily injury. Walker followed the other vehicle and when it was in a left turn lane on 19th Street to go north on Harbor Boulevard the defendant jumped out of his pickup truck and dashed over to them and “pounded on the window.”
