The Epoch Times: Ex-Long Beach EMT Faces 29 Years in Prison for Selling Fentanyl Resulting in Coworker's Death
Former Long Beach first responder Cruz Noel Quintero was sentenced to over 29 years in prison for selling fentanyl to coworkers, resulting in one’s death. He was found guilty of distributing fentanyl resulting in death and possessing unregistered firearms. Quintero previously shipped cocaine and methamphetamine across the country and distributed them out of a Long Beach residence. He had 13 firearms, including machine guns and short-barreled assault rifles, and equipment for cocaine manufacturing at his base of operations. He was sentenced to 352 months in federal prison for his crimes.
