Fox News: CNN fact-checks Trump, Republicans overwhelmingly more than Biden
CNN fact-checks Trump, Republicans overwhelmingly more than Biden
CNN's chief fact-checker, Daniel Dale, has not fact-checked President Biden since March 30, while fact-checking claims made by Republicans, including former President Trump, has remained a regular occurrence on CNN. Dale has also made a series of on-air appearances to check statements made by Trump related to his federal indictment. Many have criticized the fact-checker's overwhelming focus on Republicans, with conservatives questioning the bias against their party and calling for CNN to hire someone who could fact-check across the board.

Spectator USA: I’m backing RFK Jr.
I’m backing RFK Jr.
A graduate student was barred from completing their program at NYU due to vaccine mandates. They researched the vaccines extensively and found no compelling evidence for their safety or efficacy. Young women who took the shots experienced severe menstrual issues and illness. The campaign for vaccination was manufactured by the Democratic Party and caused censorship, job loss, and threats. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was one of the only public figures to speak out against Covid restrictions and mandates, and is the only morally acceptable candidate, with a deep concern for the earth and its inhabitants.

Fox News: Mayor’s rebuke could signal end of 'Democratic Socialist, radical politicking' in this city, activist says
Mayor’s rebuke could signal end of 'Democratic Socialist, radical politicking' in this city, activist says
San Francisco Mayor Breed's recent commitment to cracking down on open-air drug markets could signal a tone shift in the city's approach to the drug crisis. Recovering addict-turned-activist Tom Wolf cautiously praised the move, despite criticizing progressive policies for driving San Francisco "into a ditch." During a recent Board of Supervisors meeting, Supervisor Dean Preston criticized Breed's approach as contradicting the city's 2022 overdose prevention plan. Breed responded by defending law enforcement as a necessary component of fixing the city's drug crisis.

Fox News: The real cause behind Jordan Neely case and it’s not race
The real cause behind Jordan Neely case and it’s not race
The indictment of Marine Veteran Daniel Penny for the "subway strangulation" of Jordan Neely is making waves, but this time the racial narrative isn't sticking. Video footage shows a man of color aiding Penny and a Black woman has called him "a hero". Despite this, many elites are still calling for Penny's head, including Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan district attorney who has led the charge, despite his leadership style resembling more of a Russian army general than a prosecutor. The case will turn on whether Penny's use of force was commensurate with the threat he faced, and while there will be a trial, my prediction is a hung jury.

How To Sell A Story: Caribbean Food Brands Gain Momentum In The US
Barbadian fast-food franchise, Chefette, made its US debut through a two-city food truck pop-up event, drawing in thousands of hungry customers. The event during Caribbean American Heritage Month raised questions about the market for Caribbean food in North America, with a forecast that it will be one of three global cuisines poised to take off in the US by 2023. Founder and CEO of Caribbean Biz Network, Nicole Grimes, suggested that Caribbean brands need to move beyond manufacturing to establishing a brand presence, identity and partnership in the market. The Momentum Expo, a business and cultural exposition, held in Brooklyn, New York, this month, will enable Caribbean brands to navigate the challenges of marketing food in the US.
