Fox News: Dems, anti-Trumpers collaborate to fight third party effort that sees growing support
The No Labels centrist group claims that one in four voters favors an unnamed third-party candidate rather than either President Biden or former President Trump. No Labels is eager to put forward a "unity ticket" that would draw support equally from both Democrat and Republican voters and earn electoral votes from swing states. However, Democratic strategists like Ron Klain have started working to stop the third-party movement, which they fear could give Trump an advantage in the next election.
The Epoch Times: Beijing Tries to Shutdown Dissident Artist's Exhibition in Poland
Chinese-Australian cartoonist Badiucao is seeking support from the Australian government after the Chinese Communist Party successfully prevented the opening of his latest art exhibit in Warsaw, Poland, which highlights issues such as the Tiananmen Square massacre and Xinjiang’s concentration camps. The exhibit also includes a painting depicting Chinese leader Xi Jinping eating human flesh. The Polish Ministry of Culture provided funding for the exhibit and strongly criticised the intervention of the CCP. Despite becoming popular internationally, including in Czech Republic, Italy, and Belgium, Badiucao has found it difficult to garner support in Australia due to widespread self-censorship in the arts community.

The Epoch Times: NZ Public Broadcaster Published Stories With Pro-Russian, Chinese, Palestinian Bias
Radio New Zealand (RNZ) has come under fire for a perceived pro-Russian slant in its reporting, as well as pro-Beijing and pro-Palestinian bias. Head of the station, Paul Thompson, has issued an apology for broadcasting “pro-Kremlin garbage” and for failing its Ukrainian and Russian audiences. Presented with evidence that such edits had been made to RNZ articles for several years, Thompson expressed shock and pledged to put measures in place to ensure such standards breaches are not repeated. This ongoing review has caused concern over the broadcaster's editorial independence.
RNZ has published a list of stories in which problematic edits were made, so far totalling 15 articles on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, four on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and three on Beijing-Taiwan tensions. Changes made included adding in references to a "U.S.-backed coup in 2014", referring to neo-Nazi military units fighting in Ukraine and descriptions of the Hamas terrorist group being elected to government. Following the controversy, calls have been made for a wider parliamentary inquiry. Meanwhile, ACT Leader David Seymour called the situation "appalling", and a blow to the public's confidence in all of New Zealand's media.

Fox News: Wisconsin Legislature passes bipartisan plan to prevent Milwaukee from going bankrupt
Wisconsin Legislature has passed a funding increase for all communities in the state and a plan to prevent Milwaukee from bankruptcy. The bipartisan deal includes $1 billion for K-12 education, including private voucher schools. The city is facing bankruptcy due to an underfunded pension scheme that has resulted in a lack of funds for essential police, fire and emergency services. The funding bill would send more money to local governments by tapping 20% of the state’s 5-cent sales tax, growing along with sales tax revenue. The bill will be sent to Democratic Gov. Tony Evers.

The New York Mets are struggling in fourth place in the National League East, despite a $359 million payroll. Field & Stream: Catfish Noodling 101: A Beginner's Guide
Catfish noodling, also called “tickling,” “hogging,” and “grabbing,” is just a matter of using your hands to catch flathead, channel, or blue catfish instead of catching them with rod and reel. Catfish spawn in underwater holes, so when spawning season comes, you reach or dive underwater, stick your hand into an underwater hole, wait for a catfish to bite down on your hand, and then you grab the fish by its jaw and wrestle it out of its hole and up to the surface. However, catfish noodling is a rough sport, in which people get hurt often, and it is important to check whether it's legal before attempting it.
Good technique and a clear head allow you to take control of even a large catfish quickly. Some fish seem almost docile, and some catfish lairs are so deep that you can’t reach the fish inside with your hand. It’s worth remembering that these hooks are dull, both to prevent injuring the catfish and because it is dangerous to fight with a sharp hook underwater. Virtually every noodler practices catch-and-release most of the time, as catfish noodling can have its dangers. It is currently legal in 16 US states, with Mississippi, Texas, and North Carolina being some of the best states for catfish noodling.

Flag And Cross: Jim Cramer Compares AI To Hitler, Says 'The Machines' Pose Biggest Threat To Democracy In Ages
Jim Cramer warns that AI poses a massive threat to America’s political system by being used to create deep fake videos that could have catastrophic effects on democracy. Deep fake videos generated by AI are becoming more convincing, making it easy to deceive people. Cramer fears that AI could start a war or enslave the human race. There is a concern that if a deep fake video came out before the election, there may not be time to set the story straight, especially given the political system is already “shaky”. AI misuse could be the most serious challenge to democracy.

Gataway Couple: Gap Insurance: What Is It and Is It Worth It?
Gap insurance can help pay off a vehicle loan if your car or RV is totaled or stolen and the insurance payout is less than what you owe. Whether or not you need it depends on if you have a loan and if you can cover the remaining amount owed. Not all insurance companies offer gap insurance, so research and ask when shopping for RV insurance.
