Fox News: You know CNN is bad, but it won’t even do this
You know CNN is bad, but it won’t even do this
CNN shows no interest in covering the Biden scandals, with only one result in a Nexis search of CNN transcripts for the last month showing that "What Biden scandals?" is CNN's daily take on such news. Despite this, CNN has no shame in likening Trump to various infamous dictators. Even when burisma, a scandal-ridden Ukrainian energy company that once employed Hunter Biden, was mentioned by CNN weekend host Michael Smerconish and by Democratic lawmaker Daniel Goldman, CNN refused to cover the story further.

California state senator urges parents to ‘flee California’
California state lawmakers are proposing legislation that would require courts to consider a parent's acceptance of their child's gender identity in custody or visitation cases. State Senator Scott Wilk has warned that such a move could lead to parents losing custody of children for opposing gender change. Despite only affecting divorce proceedings at present, Wilk claims it's "not going to end with divorce proceedings". The bill's author Assemblymember Lori Wilson defended the proposal, citing the risk to trans people of mental health crises, while opponents have warned of a larger government agenda at work.

Inside Trump's Unprecedented Arraignment: Court Order Poses Complicated Campaigning
Former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to 37 counts related to the documents seized from Mar-a-Lago in August during his arraignment. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman ordered that he should not engage in discussions about his classified documents case with co-defendant Walt Nauta and potential witnesses. Trump could engage with Nauta and others in his circle but strictly refrain from discussing the facts of the case. The order prohibits direct discussions about the facts and legal strategies of the case. Legal experts are calling it a compromise, but they are skeptical about how practical it will be to enforce due to vagueness and Trump’s unique position as a former president facing federal charges while actively campaigning for the White House.
