The Federalist Papers: Watch: Tucker Rips Fox News, Asks If Joe Biden Really is a "Wannabe-Dictator"
Tucker Carlson slams Fox News over censorship after the network aired a chyron reading “wannabe dictator” during a split-screen showing of Biden and Trump. The network apologized and a producer resigned, though Carlson criticized the women executives who “panicked” and punished the producer. This incident prompted outrage among Democrats and calls for censorship of criticism of President Biden. Carlson examines whether there is any truth to the idea that Biden is a "wannabe dictator" by drawing parallels between his actions and those of fundamental dictators.

A man stabbed four children and an adult at a French playground, shouting "In the name of Jesus Christ." Initially, he was identified as a right-wing Christian terrorist. However, it has been revealed that he was, in fact, a Muslim refugee from Syria named Selwan Majd. He had claimed to be a Christian to gain asylum in Sweden and France. The incident highlights how migrants often provide European authorities with false information, including their religion. The attacker's actions follow the trend of Muslims committing acts of violence, while invoking their faith.

The Blaze: Americans have lowest support for Black Lives Matter since death of George Floyd, poll finds
Americans' support for the Black Lives Matter movement has dropped to its lowest point in three years, with only 51% still in favor, according to a poll by the Pew Research Center. The percentage supporting BLM was at its peak in June 2020, with two-thirds of Americans showing support. Criticisms and damaging revelations about BLM leaders have contributed to the decline, including concerns about activist Patrisse Cullors' use of group funds to purchase high-end properties, and the revelation that the organization purchased a $6 million home in California with funds donated to their cause.
Front Page Magazine: America’s Largest LGBTQ+ Advocacy Group Declares National Emergency
The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has declared a state of emergency for LGBTQ+ individuals. The group is pushing for fundamental changes in America's institutions and societal norms, seeking to impose transgender activists' most extreme demands on society. HRC is launching an attack on what it calls the "anti-LGBTQ+ Republican establishment" and its conservative supporters. It is angry about legislation that protects children from age-inappropriate gender identity and sexual orientation instruction at school, opposes legislation that ensures fair competition in girls' and women's sports by limiting participation to biological females, and condemns legislation that bans or limits potentially irreversible medical procedures on minors aimed at conforming them to the gender they believe they identify with as opposed to their biological sex at birth. HRC also has problems with laws that would prohibit schools from keeping parents in the dark about their child's gender identification in the classroom. President Biden strongly supports the transgender community, but HRC waited until now to declare an emergency. The group is working hard to elect pro-LGBTQ+ political candidates at all levels of government and presses businesses to embrace pro-trans policies. Left-wing groups that support HRC's agenda also condemn feminists who reject HRC’s pronouncement that the word ‘women’ “always includes trans women. There's no if, ands, or buts about it.”
Red State: Fox News Goes Woke—Twitter Thread Exposes 'Pride'-Filled Employee Comunication Portal
Fox News employees are being encouraged to donate to LGBTQI organizations and attend Pride events on the company’s employee communication portal. Additionally, they are being urged to read books about trans activists and their experiences. The company even tested an artificial intelligence platform that monitors “employees’ commitment to the cult of DEI” (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), according to Daily Wire contributor Matt Walsh’s long Twitter thread. Fox News recommends books with extremely graphic content and LGBTQI-themed children’s books. The platform even uses a “peer comfort index” and “diversity index” to keep employees on track.
Front Page Magazine: Rainbow Flags Over Scandinavia
Numerous American and international companies have faced a significant backlash for their Pride Month marketing campaigns. Brands, including Bud Light and Target, have been criticized for their association with Pride, and companies such as Chick-fil-A and Cracker Barrel have faced negative reactions from conservative customers for including DEI jargon on their websites. The trend has extended into Norway, where the Steen & Strøm department store has faced significant pushback after announcing plans to eliminate separate sections for men's and women's clothing, garnering accusations of cultural coercion.
The Epoch Times: California Lawmakers Propose $1.1 Billion Transit Bailout Amid Declining Ridership, Rising Crime
California lawmakers have reached a tentative agreement on transit funding as transit agencies seek more than $5 billion in bailouts due to low ridership. Governor Gavin Newsom's team is working with the Legislature and remains optimistic about providing support for statewide public transit systems. The deal proposed would reinstate $2 billion in funding and allocate $1.1 billion from cap-and-trade revenues to struggling agencies. (, )
By March 2020, coronavirus restrictions in California led to a 40% decline in ridership for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. With ridership expected to be approximately 41% of pre-pandemic totals, BART faces a projected $93 million budget deficit for the 2025 fiscal year and over $300 million expected in 2026. Crime has plagued the system as instances of open drug use, violent crime, and aggressive panhandling contribute to the decline in ridership. Some recommend reducing expenses by making tracks driverless, while others argue for limiting spending on benefits and unnecessary projects. (, )
The Blaze: Animated 'Spider-Man' movie banned from Muslim countries, possibly over brief transgender messages
The latest "Spider-Man" movie has been banned in many Muslim countries, including the UAE, due to suspected support for the transgender agenda. The ban is suspected to be linked to brief scenes in which signs in the background display support for transgender children, and the film depicts a transgender rights flag on the character's uniform. The UAE Media Council stated that they "will not allow for circulation or publication" of any content that goes against its values. The ban follows the banning of "Lightyear" in 14 Asian and Middle Eastern countries in 2022, which had LGBTQ characters and bombed at the box office.

PJ Media: Do You Trust AI With Your Health Care?
Nurses rely on experience to spot issues with patients, but hospitals are increasingly turning to AI for monitoring. While AI can find issues, it cannot pinpoint them like human nurses can. Nurses also worry that younger nurses may rely too heavily on AI and that hospitals prioritize AI over their experience. The danger is that AI could replace skilled bedside nursing, but if human heads and hearts are no longer needed in medicine, will quality healthcare still exist?

Forbes: Injury-Riddled Astros Rotation Takes Another Hit With Loss Of Lance McCullers, Jr. For Balance Of Season
The Houston Astros are facing potential pitching woes as Lance McCullers Jr. is expected to miss the entire 2023 season due to forearm surgery. He is the latest addition to a string of injuries that have plagued the team's rotation, including Luis Garcia and Jose Urquidy. With McCullers out and no return date set, the team may need to search for pitching help on the trade market or waiver wire.
Despite pitching injuries, the Houston Astros have managed to stay competitive with returning starters and surprising help from rookies. The team's manager, Dusty Baker, has won his first World Series last year and has taken four other teams to the playoffs in the past. However, the Astros may still need to address the loss of Yordan Alvarez to an oblique injury and potentially seek additional pitching help to maintain their position near the top of the American League West. The Astros have won two world championships in recent years, but their current injuries may threaten their chances of adding a third.
