This serious allegation of misconduct could undermine the entire case against both Trump and Nauta, and may end careers at the DOJ if fairly investigated.

Government investigators warned Jean-Pierre about the violation, but she used the phrase twice in a statement criticizing a Republican budget plan. re-election in 2024
Retired Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer tells Jack Posobiec of Human Events that President Biden's motive for aiding Ukraine is not to help Ukraine at all but to bolster his chances of being re-elected in 2024 (, ). Biden's political inner circle is pressuring him to become the FDR of his generation but the more they fail in Ukraine, the more they justify additional spending, says Shaffer. The aim is to create conditions for failure so NATO can get involved, enabling Biden to virtue signal his way into a war that benefits him politically but has nothing to do with helping Ukraine. Shaffer believes Biden is also compromised and took bribes.

The candidates Soros supports typically oppose cash bail, back so-called "restorative justice," and shy away from charging minors as adults.

Soros has a long history of providing last minute donations to District Attorney candidates and has backed dozens of far-left prosecutor candidates, including Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, Kim Foxx in Chicago, Kim Gardner in St. Louis, and George Gascón in Los Angeles. Soros' Democracy PAC II has also donated $295,000 to Dehghani-Tafti. Soros' group is also backing Arlington County Commonwealth Attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti yet again. Why Biden 2024 is no sure bet
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s unexpected strength in the polls is making Joe Biden's camp nervous as it highlights Democratic insecurities about the president's weaknesses. While Kennedy's candidacy may be considered a quixotic run due to his fringe views, it has exposed the shakiness of support for Biden. Furthermore, talk of third-party presidential bids from Joe Manchin and others threaten to weaken Biden's position, giving leverage to Democrats who want to move on from him. Meanwhile, serious Democratic contenders like Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer continue to position themselves as alternative leaders.

Foreign Policy: The Archbishops of Disarmament
The Archbishops of Disarmament
Archbishop Wester has become an advocate of nuclear disarmament since being inspired by Pope Francis, who condemned storage and use of nuclear weapons. In 2017, Wester penned a pastoral letter claiming the arms race with Russia and China was “arguably more dangerous than the past Cold War” and that the US’ $1.7tn plan to modernize its own nuclear arsenal was an act of stealing from the poor. Wester travelled to Hiroshima and Nagasaki last year to build interfaith dialogue over their atomic bombing. Wester’s anti-nuclear stance is considered important for raising awareness and calling for action on nuclear disarmament.

Jeffrey Epstein Pushed U.S. Virgin Islands Leaders On Sex Offender Legislation And Airport Customs, JPMorgan Alleges
JPMorgan Chase alleges in a legal filing that Jeffrey Epstein communicated with former first lady of the US Virgin Islands, Cecile de Jongh, about changing local sex offender laws, easing airport customs, and obtaining visas for women. The allegations came amid a lawsuit by the Virgin Islands, which accused the bank of enabling Epstein's sex trafficking. Epstein owned two private islands in the territory, where much of his sex abuse and trafficking took place.

JPMorgan has largely denied the allegations, and is currently suing former executive Jes Staley for his alleged ties to Epstein. On Monday, the bank agreed to pay Epstein's victims $290 million. The Virgin Islands received $105 million in damages for Epstein's alleged trafficking on its islands, along with an agreement that his estate would sell the islands and give about half the proceeds to the territory.

Sixteen young plaintiffs are suing the government of Montana for violating the state's constitutional promise to "maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment in Montana for present and future generations" by continuing to support fossil fuel industries. Defining "clean and healthful environment" and "clean" is problematic, as natural disasters and human activity will always create pollution. Additionally, the use of unprovable assumptions about future climate conditions makes the case difficult to rule upon, and many believe that minors should not have legal standing on this issue. A worthwhile legal challenge for youth would be to sue Uncle Sam for the national debt burden placed on their shoulders.
