Greg Gutfeld: ‘Misinformation Is Anything the Left Doesn’t Want to Hear’
Fox News Host Greg Gutfeld mocks the United Nations' report on disinformation and hate speech as a threat to freedom of speech. The report aims to police digital content, but Gutfeld criticized the recommendations as subjective terms coined by global authoritarians. The comedian also mocked the UN's diagram and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in his show, Gutfeld!

The American Mind: The Constitution, Citizenship, and the New Right
The Constitution, Citizenship, and the New Right
The American kleptocracy is pushing for tyranny and the erosion of natural rights. Democracy has become a farce, with unaccountable bureaucrats colluding with Wall Street to import a new populace and reduce rural Americans to serf-like status. The only force that can oppose this tyranny is an armed citizenry with a stake in society. The New Right must reconnect with republican communities and consider the possible outcomes of our current crisis. They must ally with the AR-15 crowd and focus on state and local republican institutions in order to protect natural rights. The alternative is civil conflict.

Bob McDonnell, A Past Jack Smith Target, Rips ‘Overzealous’ Trump Prosecutor
Former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell criticized Special Counsel Jack Smith for being "overzealous and overaggressive" in prosecuting former President Donald Trump in a documents case. McDonnell had personal experience with Smith, who oversaw his bribery and extortion conviction in a gifts case that was later thrown out by the Supreme Court in 2016. Trump pleaded not guilty to 37 charges, including violations of the Espionage Act, obstruction, and making false statements, and accused Smith of running "political hit jobs" during an address to supporters at his New Jersey resort.

The Epoch Times: How About a Presidential Campaign About Vision and Principles?
How About a Presidential Campaign About Vision and Principles?
Former Vice President Mike Pence and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie joining the presidential race bring the total of Republican candidates to 12. Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis lead the polls for now, but it is still early in the game of politics. Americans are not happy with their country, and only 18 percent express satisfaction with the direction. This dissatisfaction creates a big opportunity for a Republican presidency. With that said, there needs to be a discussion about what the country is about and what principles it should have.

The Epoch Times: Biden Administration Seeks to Renew Engagement Policy With Blinken's Trip to China: Expert
Biden Administration Seeks to Renew Engagement Policy With Blinken's Trip to China: Expert
Antony Blinken, Secretary of State for the Biden administration, is visiting China this week to re-establish communications and discuss mutual cooperation with Chinese communist leadership. The visit is part of an effort to build guardrails between the two powers and prevent competition from turning into conflict. However, Bradley Thayer, director of China policy at the Center for Security Policy, believes that the Biden administration is attempting to revive a flawed engagement policy that made China rich and will leave the US weaker in this new Cold War. Thayer argues that the US intelligence community has failed to keep citizens updated on the rise of China, and that its assumptions need to be corrected to sustain freedom and liberty in the US.

Joe Biden Starts to Crack, Snaps at a Reporter For Asking Him About the 'Big Guy'
Biden snaps at reporter asking about the FBI informant referring to him as the "Big Guy" in the bribery scandal involving his family. He calls the question "dumb," but it's a crucial one that goes to the core of the scandal. Biden's angry outbursts towards the press go unchecked because he's a Democrat - a double standard compared to how a Republican would be treated.

The American Mind: There Is No Escape Hatch
There Is No Escape Hatch
Kevin Slack, a Hillsdale College Professor, calls for the new right to use militant language like "evil" and "degenerate," while holding individuals in the bureaucracy accountable. However, the author of the article is uncertain that Slack's prescriptions for the New Right rise to the level required at the national level. The author believes that it is imperative to return the Bible to the classroom and Scripture to the public square, in conjunction with creating a rightist political order wielded by all available intermediary institutions.

The American Mind: Revolutionary Necessity
Revolutionary Necessity
In War on the American Republic, Kevin Slack argues that an armed citizenry with a stake in society can oppose the ruling kleptocracy and protect against state coercion. However, while the Left celebrates revolution, a civil war would pit "city against country, neighbor against neighbor." To prevent open conflict, a common recognition of inalienable rights not subject to negotiation must be forced. According to Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence, conditions necessary for invoking the natural right to revolution include a serious infringement of natural rights, an extended, persistent pattern, a refusal to negotiate, and the necessity of a better alternative.

‘Woke Alert:’ Disney, Kohl’s Blasted Over Support Of LGBT Group Hosting Anonymous Chats For Minors
Consumers' Research has flagged Disney, Bank of America and Kohl's, among other companies, for their support of the Trevor Project, a pro-LGBTQ+ organization that aims to end suicide among young people who identify as LGBTQ+. Critics claim the Trevor Project enables sexual predators through an online chat room in which adults can chat to vulnerable children without age verification, and promotes a dangerous radical gender ideology. Kohl's has a Trevor Project pride collection and donated $100,000 to the organization, while General Motors, Chipotle and Bank of America have also given financial backing. Consumers' Research offers consumers ways to reach out to the companies and the alerts identify the companies' woke capitalism.

Daily Wire: WaPo Desperately Tries To Spin Bud Light’s Massive Plummet In Sales
WaPo Desperately Tries To Spin Bud Light’s Massive Plummet In Sales
Bud Light's rapid sales decline is being spun by The Washington Post as an organic change rather than due to backlash from the brand's partnership with a trans activist. Critics point to the drop-off in sales coinciding with the ill-fated partnership and suggest it caused the decline, while others question the Post's suggested long-term trend. Bud Light's loss in popularity comes amid stagnation for domestic beer sales. The brand was targeted by a boycott, and critics suggest consumers may be moving away from the brand.

Other brands facing boycotts include retail giant Target, which lost billions in market capitalization after backlash over its "LGBTQ+ PRIDE" display, featuring "coming out" greeting cards and trans-identifying children's swimwear. Critics suggest the Left will be desperate to convince conservatives the boycott against Bud Light didn't work, hoping this won't be replicated against woke targets in the future.

influencers NOT journalists: study
A new report from Britain’s University of Oxford found that over half of TikTok and Snapchat users, as well as 52 percent of Instagram users, get their news from social media influencers rather than traditional news outlets. The Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism interviewed 94,000 people across 46 countries, finding that mainstream journalists struggle to gain attention on newer networks like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat. Overall trust in the news has fallen by two percentage points globally, and over half of people struggle to distinguish between real and fake news.

Fox News: Average homeowner equity in US declines for first time in over a decade, reflecting housing market slowdown
Average homeowner equity in US declines for first time in over a decade, reflecting housing market slowdown
Home equity in the US has decreased for the first time in over a decade, as homeowners with a mortgage suffer from a drop in value. Data from CoreLogic revealed a 1.9% decline in homeowner equity per borrower in Q1 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. This is despite the number of underwater homeowners, those who owe more than their home is worth, remaining steady at 1.2 million homes, or 2.1% of mortgaged properties. The US housing market is said to be struggling with higher mortgage rates and a lack of available homes.

Average US homeowner equity has fallen year-over-year for the first time since 2012. Homeowner equity amounts to the property's present value minus the remaining mortgage debt. Overall, US homeowners with a mortgage have collectively lost $108.4bn in property equity between Q1 2022 and Q1 2023, a 0.7% drop, according to CoreLogic. Figures for the first quarter of 2023 show that average homeowner equity per borrower totalled $274,070, down 1.9% YoY. Nevertheless, there was a marginal increase of 0.9% from Q4 2022 to Q1 2023.

Biden Offers Work-Permit Giveaway to India's White-Collar Migrants
Biden's deputies have quietly announced a work permit giveaway for hundreds of thousands of white-collar temporary workers from India to compete against American graduates for jobs. The giveaway allows many Indian H-1B, L-1, and O-1 temporary workers to escape long-term indentured-service contracts with Fortune 500 subcontractors and compete with US graduates. The influx of such workers will push young American graduates out of career opportunities and expand ethnic hiring by Indian-born predatory managers in many Fortune 500 companies and their subcontractors.

Bomb squad called after live grenade donated to California museum
A California museum received a live grenade as a donation. The item was placed outside, and the bomb squad from Travis Air Force Base inspected and took it away. The grenade was an innocent mistake by a well-intentioned donor.

The Vallejo Naval and Historical Museum in California was evacuated when the bomb squad was called following the discovery of a live grenade. No one was injured, and the museum reopened the next day. The scare came after a man was killed, and his two teenage children injured last month after a live grenade detonated in Lake County, Indiana.

A church in Georgetown frequented by Joe Biden held a “Pride” Mass on Wednesday. The event was the church's "3rd annual LGBTQIA+ Pride Mass." A group of conservative Catholics organized a rally outside the church to pray the rosary during the Pride Mass.
