Furthermore, Trump's defense team will assert that Garland manipulated the law by commandeering the Espionage Act to criminalize conduct that is not criminal at all under the Presidential Records Act. They will also argue that unequal application of the law and selective prosecution are a violation of their client's due process rights and that Judge Howell's conclusions and her rulings themselves are a breach of the principle that communications between a lawyer and client are sacrosanct.

Bernie Sanders was among the top recipients. Indeed, nearly 100% of fact checkers' donations went to the left wing of US politics. The near universal liberal bias among fact checkers re-ignites concerns that they are unfairly targeting and regularly censoring conservative views.

The study looked specifically at “combined contraceptive pills” that contain progestogen and estrogen. The hormonal changes from puberty can make teenagers more receptive to changes in neurochemistry and therefore hormonal contraceptives.
