The American Spectator: Trump’s Followers Will See Election as Mission to Save Him From Prison
Former President Donald Trump has been federally indicted, but questions arise around equality before the law. If everyone is subject to the same law, then why wasn't Hillary Clinton prosecuted for illegally handling classified national security information and obstructing justice? Furthermore, why has the FBI been sitting on Hunter Biden's laptop since 2019, refusing to disclose information surrounding a bribe of $5,000,000 paid to Joe Biden? Americans have lost faith in the FBI and Justice Department due to their partisan politicization and distrust of the system. Trump's arrest and potential imprisonment may become a major campaign issue, but could the timing be an attempt to draw public attention away from other schemes?
Breitbart: Exclusive - Michael Savage: Trump Indictment Distraction from Biden Team ‘Degeneracy,’ Clearly ‘Selective Prosecution’
Conservative radio host Michael Savage calls the recent indictment of former President Trump a "never-ending persecution" against him and questions where any crime took place, portraying Trump as “the only person who can possibly save this nation” from its current state. Savage also discusses his concern about World War 3, illegal immigration, crime wave, Biden's administration, inflation, out of control government spending, the education meltdown, and the Antifa movement penetrating all elements of the nation, including intelligence agencies. He implores that injustices against Trump need to be righted, saying that Trump is the only person who can save the nation.
Breitbart: Several Ex-Trump Officials, Moderate Republicans Snipe at Trump

Kelly told the Washington Post that Trump is "scared sh--less" and that he has never been held accountable before. Grisham said that the rally was "part public relations and part babysitting" and that Trump's staff wanted to keep him busy to avoid him becoming angry. Republican officials, including former House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senator Tim Scott, have also criticized Trump.

Donald Trump's campaign has raised over $7 million since he was indicted on 37 counts from the investigation into his handling of White House records. The campaign had already released a statement announcing $6.6 million raised, but a Trump campaign source told Breitbart News that the number was well over $7 million. Trump appeared in court in Miami on Tuesday for his first hearing in the criminal proceedings.
The Blaze: 'Bold': Tucker Carlson crushes it with views on another Twitter monologue, earns plaudits from Elon Musk
Tucker Carlson's new show on Twitter has gained massive viewership, with the third episode reaching over 78 million views. Newsbusters: NewsBusters Podcast: Pardon Me, Can You Find the Big Guy at Burisma?
The media gave massive coverage to Donald Trump's indictment, but refused to air his speech later due to concerns about broadcasting untrue and dangerous statements. Coverage of the Biden bribery allegations was largely absent. PBS included dismissive fact checks during Trump's speech, warning about the dangers of inflammatory rhetoric, despite the unlikelihood of a PBS viewer being involved in the Jan. 6 riots.

The American Spectator: ‘Fertility Equality’ is the Next Frontier for California’s Civil Rights Regime
California is considering a bill that would redefine "infertility" as a status instead of a diagnosed medical condition, which would allow anyone to be legally infertile if they can't reproduce individually or with their partner without medical intervention. It allows coverage for surrogacy, gestational carriers, sperm and embryo donors, and forbids providers from denying access under 15 different categories. The bill is pushed by the LGBT lobby's organization Men Having Babies, who are advocating for fertility equality and want taxpayers to fund surrogacy for anyone who wants it. However, surrogacy involves high-risk pregnancies, and the process often causes death and abandonment of millions of embryos, negatively impacting the surrogate and the child. Furthermore, this process has become commercialized, being used as a mere transaction between adults that overlooks the safety, needs, and investigative background checks for the child's future home.
