The majority of those affected are from El Salvador.

Forbes: Trump Drives Straight From Federal Arraignment To Miami Cuban Restaurant—As He Campaigns Off Classified Docs Charges
Former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to 37 federal charges in Miami before heading to a historic Cuban restaurant in the Little Havana neighborhood where he was greeted by supporters. The charges include possession of national security documents after leaving office, obstruction, and making false statements. Trump's visit to Versailles restaurant appears to underline his commitment to continuing his presidential campaign for 2024 and downplaying the charges against him.
Red State: House Republican Issues Subpoena for Hunter Biden’s Bank Records While Investigating Connections to Russian Oligarch
Rep. James Comer has issued another subpoena for bank records to investigate Hunter Biden's relationship with a Russian oligarch, after previously hidden evidence suggested that Joe Biden and his son received payments from a Ukrainian energy firm. Comer plans to examine alleged sham companies set up by the Bidens. During a Fox Business interview, Comer explained that Burisma allegedly offered the bribes to Joe Biden to gain entry into the American energy market via an IPO and avoid corruption investigations in Ukraine. Comer also suggested there may be other FD-1023 forms related to the bribery allegations against the Biden family, which could reveal more evidence of corruption.

Flag And Cross: Students Reject 'Pride Month Spirit Day', Show Up with Attire That Sends Message
Middle school students in Burlington, Massachusetts protested their school's "pride month spirit day" by tearing down decorations and chanting "USA are my pronouns." Parents and school officials are outraged, but the story inspires respect for the protesting students and disdain for the idiocy of certain adults. Pride month celebrations are bad enough when celebrated in front of adults, but celebrating them in middle schools is a grotesque abomination. The adults encouraging children to participate cannot be defended. Children are standing up to indoctrination at the hands of cowardly adults.
The Epoch Times: White House Calls Trans Activist's Stunt at Pride Month Event 'Inappropriate and Disrespectful'
Transgender activist Rose Montoya exposed her breasts on the South Lawn during the Pride Month event for LGBT people at the White House on June 10. Joined by two shirtless men, Montoya drew criticism from the White House and others for the stunt, which was described as disrespectful and taking attention away from celebrating the accomplishments of the LGBT community. Montoya defended her actions, saying she supports the movement to free the nipple and believed her actions were legal. She received backlash from some in the LGBT community who felt her behavior set back progress towards acceptance, with some attacking her for being paid off by conservative groups to embarrass the Biden administration.

The Epoch Times: California Voters Say Economy Is Most Important Issue, Half Disapprove of Reparation Payments: Poll
California voters rank economy as top issue, with 50% not supporting reparations for black residents. Governor Newsom has touted California's economy as strong, but a new study reveals that the state has seen a steady increase in departing companies, with notable brands, like Tesla and Hewlett Packard, moving their headquarters. Newsom has urged that reparations come in many forms and is urging caution over the issue.
Breitbart: Breitbart Business Digest: Inflation Tame Enough for a Fed Pause
Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is likely to get his pause as the Labor Department's consumer price index (CPI) rose only 0.1% in May, lower than expected, due in part to declining energy prices. However, core inflation remains high, with core CPI the same as in December 2022 at 0.4% in May. Used car prices, rent, and food inflation are all contributing factors. While energy prices are down, food costs rose particularly in fruit, vegetables, and dining out, which is likely driven by increasing labor costs. The Fed is expected to skip raising rates, but if Powell falters in communicating future rate hikes, it may reignite inflation.

Flag And Cross: Liquid Metal Breakthrough: Scientists Unlock Potential For Flexible Electronics
Chinese scientists have developed a liquid metal which can transform everyday materials, such as paper and plastic, into "smart" devices, including mobile phones. Researchers from Tsinghua University in Beijing have described the technology as having potential applications in wearable electronics, flexible devices and soft robotics, such as stretchable smartphones. Early attempts to apply liquid metal to surfaces including paper had been hindered by the substance's extremely high surface tension, stopping it from adhering to most materials. However, the researchers applied two liquid metals to silicone stamps and then rubbed them onto paper surfaces.
Although the researchers are still looking at how to ensure the liquid metal coating stays in place without additional packaging material, they predict that the technique could be scaled up for mass production. Furthermore, by using an approach called "transfer printing" the scientists sidestepped the previous need to use a third material. The team hopes to use the method to apply liquid metal to a greater range of surfaces, and for constructing smart devices using materials treated by this method.
Forbes: Reddit Stands By Controversial API Changes As Subreddit Protest Continues
Over 8,000 subreddits are protesting against planned pricing changes for developers and have gone dark. Reddit's new API policies will charge third-party app developers $0.24 for every 1,000 API calls from July 1, which has led to backlash from app creators and users as some third-party apps will have to shut down. However, Reddit has confirmed that it will follow through with the changes, despite the ongoing protests. The blackout is expected to last until Wednesday, but some subreddits have planned to remain closed for longer.
