Breitbart: Report: Chicago Operating 'Secretive' Network of Taxpayer-Funded Migrant Shelters 'Shrouded in Mystery'
Report: Chicago Operating 'Secretive' Network of Taxpayer-Funded Migrant Shelters 'Shrouded in Mystery'
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is allegedly running a secretive network of migrant shelters funded by local, state, and federal taxpayers. The shelters, which are shrouded in mystery, cannot be assessed fully because the public is not allowed inside them. The Chicago Tribune reports that over 10,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived in Chicago since August last year, and Johnson has vowed to house, feed, and care for them. The Chicago City Council recently approved an additional $51 million in funding for migrant care through June, leaving many local taxpayers feeling abandoned. There are reports of dirty bathrooms and hotel rooms crammed with multiple families. The condition of the shelters remains in question as Johnson continues to keep their existence shrouded in mystery.

Breitbart: John Rich: TN Gov. Pressuring Lawmakers to Pass Red Flag Gun Control
John Rich: TN Gov. Pressuring Lawmakers to Pass Red Flag Gun Control
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is pushing for an extreme risk protection order, a rebranded red flag law, but doesn't want the words "red flag" used. He wants the law to allow a citizen's gun to be temporarily confiscated following a judge's order. On Twitter, country singer John Rich criticized the Governor, accusing him of being a "RINO in sheep's clothing" and trying to "strong arm Representatives" to support the law. Rich promised that the "attempt at disarming Tennesseans will fail". The special session for gun control is set to start on August 21, 2023.

Who else is on board with the Big Guy?
Biden has received bipartisan support despite his disastrous presidency, which raises questions about the loyalty of these politicians. It's possible that Biden's connections to Ukraine and China may also involve key political figures like Pelosi and Romney, whose children were involved in business dealings in Ukraine. The possibility of political corruption, such as bribery and extortion, could be the reason behind Biden's immunity from jail.

Fox News: If Trump indictment is true, he could have put our military in danger: Nikki Haley
If Trump indictment is true, he could have put our military in danger: Nikki Haley
Nikki Haley, a 2024 Republican presidential candidate, commented on the indictment charges against former President Donald Trump, stating that if they were true, the former president was "reckless" with the country's national security. Haley, a military spouse, stated that her husband's upcoming deployment makes the indictment hit home, putting all military men and women in danger. One allegation in the indictment is that Trump had retained a classified document from the Pentagon on a potential foreign attack. Haley notes that more indictments may come out against Trump, nominating someone who could win the general election is needed, and that Democrats want Kamala Harris as their presidential nominee.

American Thinker: The playbook is always the same for most of the media and other Democrats
The playbook is always the same for most of the media and other Democrats
Democrats relentlessly target and destroy political opponents like Sarah Palin, Justice Kavanaugh, and President Trump to maintain power and push radical leftist policies, regardless of evidence or truth. The playbook comes from Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, where the goal is to pick a target, personalize it, polarize it, and keep the pressure on. Meanwhile, corrupt Democrats like the Bidens and Clintons get away with mishandling classified documents and foreign kickbacks because no one cares, and the media and other Democrats call anyone who defends themselves divisive. The media and Democrats claim to want to unite the country but their actions sow division, and voters should focus on policies, not the garbage attacks.

Fox News: 'TRANTIFA:' Experts warn of 'increasing trend' of extremism and violence from far-left transgender activists
'TRANTIFA:' Experts warn of 'increasing trend' of extremism and violence from far-left transgender activists
Experts warn that extreme transgender activism is becoming increasingly violent and radical, with some referring to the new militant faction as "Trantifa." UN Investigator Reem Alsalem expressed concern about the alarming trend of violence against those who disagree with the group's agenda, citing the "ambush and hit" by screaming trans activists on activist Riley Gaines in San Francisco. Public officials must act to protect freedom of speech and thought, including on sex, gender, and identity, according to Alsalem. The Daily Mail reports that trans activists are joining the far-left anarchist outfit Antifa due to their shared anarcho-communist ideology and views on systemic racism.

Fox News: Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease: Maintain structure and familiarity, educate yourself and more
Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease: Maintain structure and familiarity, educate yourself and more
Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's can be challenging, especially since the pace at which a patient declines is unknown, and the severity of the disease varies. Understanding the three stages of Alzheimer's is key to providing the right level of care. Caregivers should plan structured routines and activities while allowing patients to do tasks on their own. Providing safety in the patient's home is also important, and caregivers should communicate often with their loved ones and take care of themselves as well.

Fox News: Sinaloa Cartel exports fentanyl ‘kitchens’ from Mexico to Colombia amid international crackdown
Sinaloa Cartel exports fentanyl ‘kitchens’ from Mexico to Colombia amid international crackdown
The sons of former Sinaloa Cartel leader Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman are allegedly moving their drug production from Sinaloa to Colombia, according to sources in the Colombian government and cartel operators. Carlos Omar Felix and Silvano Francisco Mariano, two high-ranking cartel members were arrested in Colombia while overseeing operations from a series of new fentanyl "kitchens" established in one of Colombia's wealthiest areas. The cartel is building a network of corruption inside hospitals, pharmacies, and small clinics in Colombia to buy high quantities of fentanyl to be later used in laboratories.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) flagged the Sinaloa Cartel as "the largest, most violent, and most prolific fentanyl trafficking operation in the world," pointing specifically at "Los Chapitos," Ivan Archivaldo, Jesus Alfredo, Joaquin, and Ovidio Guzman, all sons of El Chapo Guzman. The Guzman family continues to deny any involvement in fentanyl trafficking, yet Mexican authorities have seized more than 600 fentanyl labs in Sinaloa and have linked the family to them. Fentanyl is still arriving in the US in large numbers, with over 17,000 pounds being seized during the first four months of 2023, surpassing last year’s record of 14,000 pounds.

Why Arsenal Should Drop Their Summer Transfer Plans To Sign Kylian Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe’s announcement that he won’t sign a contract extension at Paris Saint-Germain and will become a free agent next summer has sent shockwaves through the elite level of European soccer. Real Madrid are long-time admirers but finding the money to sign Mbappe might be impossible with other commitments. Arsenal, however, have yet to make their first significant signing of the summer and have room to manoeuvre if they wanted to change tact and sign the forward, which would be ambitious and move the needle for the Gunners.

Forbes: Russia Throws In Kamikaze Drones To Slow Ukrainian Advance
Russia Throws In Kamikaze Drones To Slow Ukrainian Advance
Russia appears to be using loitering munitions, particularly small FPV kamikaze drones, to slow Ukraine’s counter-offensive, according to video footage and reports from the front line. The use of drones in combat presents a fundamentally different threat from previous anti-tank infantry weapons, making them hard to counter. While Ukraine has reportedly stockpiled tens of thousands of kamikaze drones, it is not clear whether Russia has enough available to make a military difference. Russian reports suggest that the Airborne Forces are using FPV drones, but many of the supposed kills may have inflicted little or no damage.

American Thinker: TDS enters a new phase
TDS enters a new phase
Robert Reich wants to bar Trump from running for president by using Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. The left-wing extremist mindset is projected onto Trump by the Reich-type ilk who have deleted the "due process" and "equal protection" clauses from the amendment in his case. The Garland/Biden/Smith team of anti-Trump prosecutors convinced U.S. judge Beryl Howell to ignore the attorney-client privilege in the Trump context by using the "crime-fraud exception." The Times pursues Trump like Stalin pursuing Trotsky, and their smears of him continue even after winning the Pulitzer for falsely calling Trump an agent of Putin. Biden's denial of executive privilege is tantamount to claiming Trump was the leader of extreme terrorists trying to overthrow the United States.
