Moreover, the Biden Justice Department inappropriately tried to plant the case in Washington, D.C., where it knew a partisan Democrat judge, Judge Beryl Howell, would be in charge. This forum shopping, which allowed the department to gain a friendly judge for crucial rulings, undermines the constitutional principle that a defendant should be charged in the place where the alleged crime was committed.

Republicans claim that Joe Biden may have accepted bribes when he was Vice President, with the FBI having information that a foreign national associated with Ukrainian energy company Burisma recorded multiple calls with Hunter Biden and then Vice President Biden. Republicans also say that Devon Archer, a Biden family associate, played a role in Biden family dealings.

Johns Hopkins University has removed an LGBTQ glossary that defined the term lesbian as "a non-man attracted to non-men", including non-binary people, as opposed to only women attracted to women. The definition of "gay man" was defined as "a man who is emotionally, romantically, sexually, affectionately, or relationally attracted to other men, or who identifies as a member of the gay community". The university released a statement saying that the glossary was not intended to be the definitive answer to how all people understand or use the terms, and they are working to determine the origin and context of the glossary’s definitions.

Actor and writer Kirk Cameron criticized transgender activist Rose Montoya for partially disrobing on the White House South Lawn during a Pride event. Cameron called the behavior immoral and disrespectful, and called for parents to protect their children from seeing such activity. The White House has since banned Montoya from the grounds following the incident and condemned it as inappropriate.

A perplexing aspect of existing laws means that farmers are allowed to give away the meat they produce but can't sell it to stores, restaurants, or direct to consumers, even in their own locality.
