U.S. Government Buying ‘Intimate’ Data About Americans, Report Finds

Purchasers outside government agencies include private-sector and non-governmental entities as well as governments worldwide. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) requested the report, calling for the intelligence community to publicize how it uses commercially available data ( ).

Red State: Confirmed: WH Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre Violated Hatch Act Before Midterms With 'Mega MAGA Republicans' Rhetoric
Confirmed: WH Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre Violated Hatch Act Before Midterms With 'Mega MAGA Republicans' Rhetoric
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre violated the Hatch Act by referencing "mega MAGA Republicans" during the lead-up to the 2022 midterms. Protect the Public’s Trust filed a complaint against Jean-Pierre, which was confirmed by the Office of Special Counsel. The White House Counsel’s Office only issued a warning letter instead of pursuing disciplinary action.

The phrase "mega MAGA Republicans" was a deliberate strategy deployed by the Biden administration ahead of the midterm elections. President Biden had previously used the phrase in a speech and the White House included it in a memo in mid-August. Biden's then-chief of staff, Ron Klain, also violated the Hatch Act. The White House takes the provision seriously but is "not perfect."

CNN Brings In Andy McCabe To Address Trump Indictment And People Have Thoughts
Andrew McCabe, former FBI Deputy Director and CNN contributor, was brought in by the news network to explain the federal case against former President Donald Trump. Critics have been scathing of McCabe's involvement in the politically-charged investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election. Many took to social media to express their dislike of McCabe being used as an expert by CNN, including radio host Joe Pagliarulo and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Another Scam Indictment Against Trump
The Biden DOJ has charged Donald Trump again in another politically motivated indictment. This is a continuation of false and disproven smears of Russia collusion, and it is an attempt to stop Trump from occupying the oval office again . The DOJ is targeting Trump's leading opponent for 2024, while ignoring evidence of Joe Biden's alleged bribe from Burisma, and his son Hunter's involvement. This is a clear double standard, and voters will send a message in 2024 that targeting your political opponent is wrong in America. The only solution is to elect Donald Trump.

CNN Attempts to Discredit Judge Presiding Over Trump Trial
CNN attempts to discredit Judge Aileen Cannon, who will preside over former President Trump's indictment, by questioning her impartiality due to her appointment by Trump and previous rulings. Senior legal analyst Elie Honig notes that she is young for a federal judge and previously clerked for a conservative judge. The conversation implies that Cannon should recuse herself because of her conservative ties. However, Honig did not think there was enough evidence to prove she was biased. Neutrogena sponsored CNN's biased coverage.

Westfield Surrenders San Francisco Location As Woke City Deteriorates
Westfield is transferring its largest mall in San Francisco to its lender after halting payments on a $558 million loan. Nordstrom also announced in May that it would be closing its San Francisco Centre location in August due to declining sales, occupancy, and foot traffic. The company previously blamed unsafe conditions and lack of enforcement against rampant criminal activity in the Democrat-controlled city, and that the shopping center had unprecedented bad performance compared to its other locations. An immigrant from Afghanistan who opened a business in San Francisco describes the conditions in the city to be worse than in Afghanistan when it comes to enforcing the law due to daily store robberies and a lack of police action.

Elf.Tech and TuneCore have partnered to allow works featuring Grimes's voice to be vetted and professionally distributed with royalties being split 50-50 between the artist and Grimes. However, the GrimesAI voiceprint does not claim ownership of the sound recording or the composition unless the song is a Grimes cover.

Former abortion provider sues North Dakota over heartbeat law
North Dakota's Red River Women's Clinic has filed a lawsuit challenging the state's abortion ban law that virtually outlaws all abortions after six weeks of pregnancy. The clinic argues the legal window for rape and incest exceptions is too narrow and vague. Provisions in the new law allow for treatment of ectopic and molar pregnancies, but it has been challenged as unconstitutional. Banned under the new law, abortions can only be carried out where women could face death or serious health conditions, as well as rape and incest but only in the first six weeks.

Matt Capelouto is starting his Father’s Day weekend rallying in front of California Attorney General Rob Bonta’s office in LA, calling to prosecute fentanyl dealers on behalf of his late daughter and other victims of fentanyl poisoning. The bill has failed repeatedly, but Capelouto is not giving up and will protest alongside other advocates in front of Bonta’s office on June 16. Capelouto is the president of Drug Induced Homicide, a Michigan-based nonprofit that advocates for judicial reform and accountability for those who sell illicit drugs that result in death.

Watch Rare Footage of Wolves Hunting and Catching Fish in Minnesota
Wolves in northern Minnesota have been observed hunting and eating fish during the spring spawning season, as part of a 7-year research project by the Voyageurs Wolf Project. The wolves ambush fish in creeks at night when spawning fish are vulnerable in shallow waters. This behavior provides a valuable nutritional resource for the wolves when their primary prey, whitetail deer, become less abundant. The research suggests that wolf fishing behavior may be widespread in similar ecosystems in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ontario, Quebec and beyond.
